Picked passport this morning
Got mine as a frequent traveller but my wife and kids were refused stating " there are reasonable doubts as to your intention to leave the territory of the member states before the visa

Just tired of these people. 🤦‍♂️

I have previously visited UK in 2019 and India in 2015, I mentioned the visas and included copies, also mentioned it in my Sop, I also made sure to explain every doubt like my hotel reservation was for 2 instead of 1 person which I contacted the customer service to change it but they never got back to me. I made a table of my proposed itinerary in my Sop, stating activities for each day.

I now tend to believe that if one receives early pick-up email it's a rejection unless the applicant is a frequent traveler.

I paid yesterday. I couldn't pay using FCMB and UBA dorm USD cards. It was saying something on encountering errors. I had to use my Geegpay virtual card which went right away without any issue.

I'm actually going for a workshop for a fellowship in SA (organised by a university) and hosts provided only accomodation details (address) and details of contact person in SA without a proof of address. Is the provided details sufficient for my purpose of visit or i necessarily need proof of address of host?

What you said is the truth. We don't have good image here, I recently entered Poland and I knew what it took me to open Santander bank account. Initially they were like they can't open for Nigerians because our country is tagged as dangerous country but with the help of someone I know there, I eventually opened. I think they said something like they were scammed millions of zloty from a Nigerian.

They knew because of an auditing method Canadian Immigration started using in late 2023. They’re finding hundreds of false documents so expect more deportations. I agree with you, she didn’t think they’d find out since she wasn’t going to attend the school. Her story is suspect because she said she didn’t want to be waitlisted and wanted to start school immediately (January) but she chose another school and didn’t start until September, 9 months after arriving.

All of us na Nigerians and we know as e dey go. Let's be frank, Auntie knew it was fake even before she left the shores of Nigeria.

The era of using fake travel documents as Nigerians to travel was in the 80s and 90s and a little in the millennium.

Now, even fake Nigerian passport is impossible.
