Stay away from supplements. Apart from not having any proven benefit, they are a waste of money (being qiute expensive as most would know), and can actually be harmful, especially the very high protein and/or steroid containing supplements.

Ummmm....i think what I meant by that is that some people(hardgainers) really have a hard time building muscle mass...I may be wrong cos my knowledge on bodybuiding might be limited so any information from u is welcomed...

Just eat protein rich foods.....eat a whole lot of foods...but avoid unhealthy fats and calories...as for supplements, try creatine monohydrate...its a sure fire way to put on weight...but u know the hardwork is in ur workout and diet...cheers....

i,m not doubting your confidence but one thing u have to understand is that majority of today,s girls have a clear specification of guy they want to date, and the truth is that skinny guys are nt among them. I was skinny before, to get a girl was like a hell for me, but since i start taking protein and hitting the gym my body structure has rapidly turn to six pack and i,m also tall nd dark. So to get a girl now is just as easy as ABCD.
