But if you had been to Cotonou port you will know what those car sellers do. I forgot their names. I was duped aprox 65k in that port by their own hoodlums 9 years ago when I went to buy my first car. I have visited their severally thereafter. And the situation hasn’t changed yet( I was told that’s how their govt give food t their own boys-not by duping, those ones only took the advantage of my naivety. You can’t gain access to the port to buy any car without them following you and they must have their shares after a purchase and most times dupe the innocent. Usually, people must follow you)

The daily transactions that go on in Lagos daily can’t make it to be as decent as Cotonou. Nothing is happening in Cotonou. Cotonou has good roads but how many cars ply the road daily? Compare to Lagos where within 5hours 10k cars will ply a road. Not justifying Lagos because development is continuum but Cotonou can’t juxtapose with Lagos.

Nigerians are just causing issues themselves. Not like there’s employment in Cotonou. But they are contented people. They do have good leadership that’s led to their good electricity, stable economy(though they had a challenge recently too) political stability moderate good roads in their capitals Some parts of Porto novo and Cotonou and water supply.the whole of Benin population isn’t up to Lagos abs yoh don’t see their youths constituting nuisance on social media.

What about Beijing, New Delhi. Rio de Janeiro, Cairo etc...they have all the above excuses but are still way better than Lagos!

Each one with his own problem..I obtained certificates here and abroad and each one has contributed to my progress...I love amassing certificates, I love learning.. don't discourage people searching for knowledge , certificates become useless the day we die...as far as we are alive certificates will always be useful if indeed you obtained them via the right means.

Certificates does not render people jobless..people render themselves jobless!

The judge gave a court order of forfeiture .of tinubu's heritage bank account that has the said $ 460,000 funds because Mueeiz Akande , a suspected drug kingpin has had dealings with Tinubu that warranted him ( tinubu ) to wire funds ( $100,000 ) to the Akande from that account , so any judge will order a forfeiture , but words are being twisted to make seems as if Tinubu acceded to paying almost half a million dollars to avoid a court case .And i ask you , why order a forfeiture of one account linked to an indicted drug lord when the courts has the power to seize multiple other account and jail him ?
Victim of circumstances is what tinubu was in knowing a fellow yoruba man suspected to be a drug lord . They never arrested or tried him in court because you need more than circumstantial evidence in the form of guilty by association to convict a man over there . That there was protracted litigations in challenging the forfeiture order sounds not to me as some one having something to hide . Eventually ,a African man paying legal fees in a prolonged litigation against U.S government had to re-evaluate his options .
By the way , i hope legal luminaries handling the case have more evidence than a " court order " to nail Tinubu in court because court orders fly everywhere , everyday but is not a court judgement .Imagine trying to get a court judgement in Nigeria against someone not found guilty /convicted of any wrong doing in the United states .ika ko lo ma daa .Top of the morning to you .
