LOL It was obvious the lawyer was trying to milk him
His arguments didnt even make sense
He was kidnapped, he should be granted bail cos he has a brother in the US blah blah
This is not something Hush can get out of..best thing would be to plead guilty , offer restitution for a reduced sentence, maybe 9 -11 years
He is in some deeep shiiii |

Hedonisco: Don't group them into same category. Woodberry and Hush are facing different charges. Woodberry's matter involves wire fraud amongst others, whereas Hush's matter borders on conspiracy to commit money laundering. On paper, Hush stands the better chance. Woodberry's conviction and long jail term is 101% sure. Hush's case stayed from wire fraud too. His charges are even worse than Woodberry's |

julifeisgood: That person has no need for any connect.
The first condition anyone interested in joining AIESEC must fulfill is that he (or she) must be an undergraduate. He or she can then apply for membership at the LC (local committee), the name used to describe each campus branch. For example, AIESEC Ife LC is the branch of AIESEC in OAU Ife, AIESEC Ibadan LC ... Etc.
Next, there is an interviewing process after applying which is not too hard to pass.
Please go to AIESEC.org for more information. The person is graduate already, sadly I'll check their website |

julifeisgood: Still on the theme of sayingNoToCultism; for a fact, the attraction fraternities have for young men and women is the need to "belong." I felt that need after my first two years in the University. There was so much going on socially around me and I felt lost in some void.
So, I started looking at the various socially-inclined groups that I could join on campus. I saw the Kegites, Pacesetters, Democratic Students Movement, Man-O-War, Junior Chambers, AIESEC, my Departmental Association, Students Union .... etc. Eventually, I settled for and joined AIESEC.
AIESEC taught me business acumen, presentation skills, oratory skills, project management and so much more. In AIESEC, I had mad fun. I dated princesses on and off campus. I traveled to several campuses for seminars and some rockstar parties after the seminars, got to meet very wonderful people, networked extensively, and basically groomed myself for adult life. Much of what I learnt in AIESEC is what I still put to use in my work life. For example, I remember a few years back when I wrote an Enterprise Transformation proposal to a company. The project was for #2 million (in 2016). I defended the proposal and got the project. I learnt all those skills in AIESEC. I got my first real job as Head of Supply Chain at a food manufacturing company doing some #1 billion in sale per year utilizing my interview acing skills learnt from AIESEC. In that job, I had free accommodation, an official car and a corner office.
So, young folks, SayNoToCultism. If you need to belong, look for actual, well-recognized social groups who will help you in advancing your life.
Again, don't join any fraternity; please. Bro, you have any connect with AISEC now? I have someone i would like to join |

aoshea18: The never ending discussion about the effects or non-effects of music on a person's mind. A lot of people have weighed in on both sides. My take on this is based on experience, whatever music you constantly listen to would dominate your thoughts which is why we ALL subconsciously sing songs out loud without thinking about them.
I have found listening to Good Christian music keeps my mind on God, when I want to be reflective or think deeply or moody...I listen to Tracy Chapman. They call some of these subliminal effects. You are not consciously aware of it but deep down, it's changing you. And the lyrics in songs are really powerful.
If you choose to listen to songs that glorify killing and maiming, you can be sure it's changing you subliminally. Just because you're not aware of it doesn't make it any less so. Cult violence really skyrocketed in Nigeria because of the influence of 2pac and Biggie's rivalry in the early to mid 90s. There is one particular song 2pac sang that inspires violence even now if you listen to it.
Music can alter behavior and moods so I believe it would be wrong to say it doesn't inspire killings and maimings. 100% true. |

SaAyomikun: Hi Nairaladers,
I've noticed these acen-like spots on my face since around 5 years ago. Then, I didn't pay much attention cause I was erroneously convinced into believing it was caused by eating too much oil. Well, I cut down my oil consumption totally and those spots remain there.
The shocking part is they exist only around my eyes. The remaining of my face is smooth except around my eyes.
I have used several ointments including Ytacan and Funbact- A, still no difference.
Recently, somebody prescribed an ointment called "RETIN-A" for me but before using it, I wish to seek advice from the good people of this forum.
Please, do I go ahead to buy the RETIN-A or there's a better option? I need advice, please. Try Skineal |

This just mitigates all the nonsense you’ve been trying so unsuccessfully to say. You’re a killer seeking justification for what you do.
For me, you’re a lost cause already. Continue to walk the path of destruction. I just pity the idiots lapping up your posts with a false sense of bravado.
For other non cultist reading this thread. It’s important to note that this is not a debate between good or bad cults, graduate, undergraduate or street members. Cultism is evil in all ramifications and by every standard
There’s nothing to benefit as a cultist that can’t be obtained as a non cultist. Infact I can say without any fear of contradictions that whatever you think you can benefit will not surfice to pay for what you’ll loose in freedom and the potential risks to loosing your life... let me rephrase and say ’potential risk of dying shamefully’!

enthronedbyGod1: There's a popular LP that's sang in schools in the south east region. It's a song used to hype a kpoai.
It's an Igbo song.
It goes thus.
Kpokpo dikpo dikpo unene( 4ce) Gisimu nwaba nwaba unene Gisimu npiaba npiaba unene Kpokpo dikpo dikpo unene (2ce).
While the song is being sung, you'll hear aiyes shouting things like . Me kpoai, chakadum you're highly rugged, e.t.c Each time this song is sang, it's as if another spirit takes over the kpoai and he starts acting strangely.
This is why I laugh at people who say korofo doesn't exist. Those that really went deep into NBM, will know korofo exists.
No one that got to the rank of a chief priest will say korofo doesn't exist. If Korofo exists and they consult it before they go on hits or before initiation, how do they then get caught? |
