It's simple to use First Direct. Even the number of letters they send you will amaze you. I earned switch bonuses from Natwest, Royal Bank of Scotland and First Direct even though RBS are Natwest's arm. only you. the fd one, did it take time? |

koonbey: First direct dodgy?
They have some of the, if not the best customer service and are usually ranked third in customer satisfaction surveys (the ones they give printouts of whenever you visit a physical branch of any bank), only behind Monzo and Starling.
It's a division under HSBC so there's no risk as to its viability either. The process just looked somehow and the app interface sef get as e be Ill try them out and switch my Starling to them then Thanks! |

acosfd: Good morning my good people
To all the switching gurus
Please how long do I need leave my £1250 in the natwest account. Can I pay the money into the natwest account today and transfer to another account the following day, or does it have to be the account for a specific period? I left there until they paid me About one week Please who knows any bank that's offering switch bonus? That first direct looks dodgy and the app reviews aren't too good |

Was really, really sweet People were outside more and not glued to the internet and their phones so people socialized more. I remember using Nitel landlines and marvelling at how someone could hear me on the other line (only one person had it on our street) .. I also remember the first time i held a Satellite phone in 98, it was surreal. Was owned by one egbon from the US who everyone said was a 419er We couldnt even browse or make video calls with the A52 Siemens, Sendo, Sagem and Nokias back then. Cheat codes later came after 10MB plans and then it went from there. You had to go to the cafe to browse, Multilink and Starcomms later came Times have really changed tbh. Wish I could bring back the good old days when we used to just party without worries in this world. Baggy jeams, Phatfarm and Timberland boots & AirForce 1s, 6ers jerseys, headbands with durags, Echo fits, Vokal jerseys etc. Choi! The days of Funai and Akai DVD players and Sharp TVs When our dream was to make antennas that would make DBN or LTV show up, when during harmattan, stations like ITV would show up, when SEGA, NES, SNES and N64 was the thing.. When PS1 came out, it was a game changer, the competitions at game houses . I remember when MK3 and 4 codes were written on paper by OGs . When if you were selected by the egbon adugbos to deliver love letters to their girlfriends, then you were a big boy by right RIP to my childhood friends, Seun, Michael and Benedict I miss the early early 90s |

Solumtoya: It depends on the card actually. Some cards don't require anything, just a supplementary card with any name you want. Some other cards would require the person details and would reflect it in Credit Records. Maybe Ill update the house when I try it then Its the Amex Avios card (not sure the actual name) - Doesnt look like they will ask too many questions Thanks! |

Lexusgs430: This is what I discussed month's ago, when I mentioned piggybacking off someone's credit card, if obtaining a cc, was proving difficult........
It would help boost the piggybackers cc score, because that authorised user, is now registered on the credit card database........ So nothing for original owner (except maybe Avios points ) I remember the discussion where someone asked if they can add a friend or something |
