The fact that there are no routine tests conducted to pick up these things does not mean that they do not exist in Nigeria.

From your explanation that will require n simultaneously and will be seen as 2 yrs study and 2 years PG study visa. It will only be advantageous for ILR if the couple run it one after the other not at the same time
