@ Turakidanjuma, while I support a candidate from the South for the presidential position come 2019, displaying your hatred for Muslims will do u more harm than good.

I'm a Muslim from the south, forming a party of trying to garner support for a candidate on a basis of religion will fail woefully.

You are full of hatred, has it occurred to you that there are Muslims in d south?
People with your mindset are actually part of the problem we are facing.

Truth is the north doesn't even pity nor like itself.
It rather prefer to use BBOG as a political tool just to gain power but now condemn the same BBOG, does this same region deserve people's sympathy?

The north brought this calamity upon itself!!!

[quote author=LagosismyHome post=49018098]You can relax that you definitely meet the requirement for gpa ....because most schools say above 3.0 ....... 3.08 /5 is almost where 3.0/4 meet ..... so 3.20 will be above 3.0 ...worry359 nice one

Source : Based on bigfrancis21 calculation

@ LagosIsMyHome & Co I appreciate your response.
However, I'm still confused here, my intended school require that I have 3.2 in a 4 point scale in the last 2yrs of my undergraduate study, after calculation, my cgpa for those last 2yrs was 3.81 in a 5pt scale.

Now do you think the 3.81 meets that 3.2 in the 4pt scale?

I will appreciate your response

Hello Pals

I'm back again with my question, can any body assist me with a link on how to calculate the last 2yrs of my undergraduate study using the WES Calculator?

Need that to know if my CGPA falls within 3.2 needed as minimum in my intended US school.

Thanks in anticipation of your response.

Heloo everyone

I have a troubling question for sm1 to assist me with an answer.

1. As a prospective MASTERS student at a US university, should I secure a GA position will the embassy still request for proof of funding from me?

2. Supposing I secured admission with intent to self fund my study, how much is the minimum from your experience that I need to have in my sponsor's account? Do u think $10,000 is enough as a minimum balance?

I will appreciate your kind response.

Any idea about minimum balance me sponsor must have in his acct?
Intend applying for MS Actuarial Science.

Will appreciate your kind response and will appreciate if you could help recommend cheap schools offering the course. Though already have some schools in mind, just trying to see if I could get cheaper ones.
TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 9 by hybeenoni: 1:13pm On Aug 12, 2016
@ Nairasea and LagosIsMyHome, the cgpa is for my BSc. Actually UI killed my enthusiasm for Academics, so was thinking of getting a school to do another MS Actuarial program in order to practise as an Actuary.

I no longer wish to run a PHD program again but just do MS Actuarial science and become a professional Actuary, since I wish to settle down real soon.

My Cousin has actually agreed to sponsor my program in the US but trying to see if I could get a cheap school with possibly some funding to be on the safer side.

I really appreciate your response.
