Anyway, consider the fact that human intelligence actually hampers any evolution. Consider if we weren't intelligent enough to have devised glasses? That's why poor vision can persist through families. Normally, it'd be a trait not well suited for survival.

You need help. I am sure you are not married. iF you were you would not even imagine this. A small birth canal has never been an impediment to delivery. Pelvic bones are for some and they can remedy this early via targeted exercises. I think you need to sit for a lecture with a Gynaecologist.

Cephalopelvic disproportion, can sometimes require a Cesarean Section. Why? Cuz the baby would get stuck during delivery. Obstructed labour, and that would greatly increase the risk of both neonatal and maternal morbidity and mortality.

A small birth canal can always be an impediment to safe delivery, if not managed properly.

If the human body didn't have flaws, there would be almost no disease.

In case of inherited disease, the flaw is in the error that sometimes occurs during DNA replication. Mitosis, meiosis.

DNA replication is not perfect. Did you know that most 1st trimester abortions are due to gross genetic abnormalities? Something basically goes wrong.

Down's Syndrome? Due to non-disjunction of chromosome 21. Couldn't that have been perfect? No. It is flawed. Unfortunate, but it happens.

A lot of people I know say scientific theories of the existence of the universe make no sense because something can not come from nothing, but trolling aside, I would like to see your view on this. Because I feel the exact same argument can be used for God.
