annnikky: 1:A woman has incontrovertible proof in court that her husband was murdered by her sister. The judge declares, “This is the strangest case I’ve ever seen. Though it’s a cut-and-dried case, this woman cannot be punished.” How can this possibly be?
2: The store room of your house is locked with a certain kind of padlock that can be closed without a key but requires a key to open which you own and there is no duplicate key. You decide to move your old stuff to the storeroom. After keeping the things carefully, you lock it back again perfectly. The next day, a dead body is found in your closed store room.
Since only you have the key to the store room and you live alone, the police suspect you as the murderer. You can’t understand anything when suddenly a thought strikes your mind. There is a possible way using which the dead body could have been placed by someone else. Can you find that way so that you can tell the police and prove yourself to be innocent?
3: A very famous chemist was found murdered in his kitchen today. The police have narrowed it down to six suspects. They know it was a two man job. Their names: Felice, Maxwell, Archibald, Nicolas, Jordan, and Xavier. A note was also found with the body: ’26-3-58/28-27-57-16′. Who are the killers? These are very tough ones. Very. 1. I'm guessing the sister is dead or something... Or maybe... They are siamese twins! 2. Um... This one is crazy... Maybe he took the key from wherever she put it? Or climbed in through a window on top of the stuff? Or he's a locksmith? :p I have no idea. 3. Easy! He's a chemist! Periodic Table of the Elements! Felice and Nicolas! |

michellhilton: I figured I’d post this because I don’t see anyone else talking about it and it bothers me. If you didn’t know, Pokemon Go is the latest in the long running series of games from Nintendo (although Go is actually made by a developer called Niantic). It’s also the first (I think) to run on your phone. Needless to say, it’s a huge hit. And it looks like a ton of fun - pretty much everyone I know is playing it.
But there’s a problem.
To play the game you need an account. Weirdly, Niantic won’t let you just create one - you need to sign in with an existing account from one of two services - the pokemon.com website or Google. Now the Pokemon site is for some reason not accepting new signups right now so if you’re not already registered there you’ll need to use a Google account - and that’s where the fun begins.
I started the game, hit the Google button, and was redirected to log in. Normally you’d see a little message saying what data the app is going to be able to access - something like “This app will be able to view your email address and name”. For some reason that’s not shown in this case, but I went ahead and logged in anyway. Then on a whim I went to see which permissions it was granted (you can see for your own account right here).
http://www.michellhilton.com/2016/07/pokemon-go-login-google.html There are apks of the game which have malware. You'd be prone to such if you sideloaded the game, which would be the case if it's not yet in your region. Not sure whether that's the case with you, but it's a possibility. |

The thread follows a weekly theme, to which photographs should then be oriented towards. Theme for this week is 'Look Up'. It's about taking photographs of things overhead. Other photographs qualify as such. Your does not. Hence her correction. There is another thread for general photos taken with mobile phone cameras. That is where she suggested you display your picture. You are free to show them off here provided they fit the theme. Thanks. |

SmooshCHN: New monochrome series.
First is a shot I took yesterday in the rain. No problem since the camera is weather sealed.
Second is a panning shot.. Trying to work more on my composition
Please drop your comments, critique and advise.. Thanks. Yum. I like that first shot. Quite my style. All the high whites and dark blacks really give a striking shot. Second one, well, I don't know how possible it might have been, but I'd have preferred it the lady on the scooter was more, focused on, should I say? SmooshCHN: Just capturing moments.. Strike a feeling of presence like you're in the shot. Saw that first one in the other thread, love it. The colours, and the whole 'nightlife' theme really get me. That second one is funny. Funny how that guy has his face expressed. And that girl using the iPhone is cute. Picture seems a little low res though... Third one, I like it. Seems there was a lot of rain recently. |

Phones › Re: The Android Phone With The Best Battery Life [july 2016] by HyDef(m): 12:44pm On Jul 07, 2016 |
Battery consumption depends mostly on your processor and your display.
The display is the hungriest source of power. It's the same thing on a laptop.
The higher your resolution, the more juice it drinks.
Higher your brightness, the more juice it drinks.
Regarding the processor is tricky ground. New architectures have different power consumption ratings, so an octacore processor nowadays could use less power than a quad from maybe 5 years back.
Then of course there's the software optimization which plays it's own role as well.
I love Xperia phones. Never owned one, but I just love em. I use a Gionee Marathon M5. Not what I hoped for, but serves it purpose. Battery life is good, although as Greenhulk said, if you put this 6020 in a SD device, it'll beat it hands down. Look at Sony's battery life despite sub-3000 batteries. |

There's absolutely nothing wrong with a husband helping with house chores. The problem is that, in this country, we see wives more as privileged employees. It's wrong.
Bathing a child, is it not OUR child, why should I leave bathing my child to the mother?
Cooking, well, if it's a man that can cook, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. And if you can't cook, at least help her cut onions or something.
Washing dishes. She cooked, you ate, and you can't even offer?
I'm not trying to spark a revolution here. Not saying you should do these everyday. But don't take a wife to be some form of High Class slave who does what you want. |
