Actually, he's not wrong. Depending on the codec, whether the video is compressed or not, and especially the bit rate, a 1080p video could hit as high as 8GB.

In fact, a Blu-ray disc can hold up to 25gb, and they are used for full HD videos. A typical DVD does 4.7, so it shows that some full HD content surpasses 5GB.

If you have Titanium Backup, freeze the two apps in the screen shot. That did it for me.

Those are not acronyms. Just names that the creators came up with. However, I do know that Bluetooth was based on a Danish king who liked to eat blueberries. The others, well the founders usually have an origin of some sort.

You're right. None of those are acronyms. Even Wi-Fi doesn't mean wireless fidelity, as said. It actually has no meaning. It was just chosen for its catchiness and it's similarity to Hi-fi (which means high fidelity). It was coined by Interbrand. They were simply looking for a nice sounding name.

The word computer is not even an acronym but originates from the Latin word computare "to count, sum up, reckon together," from com- "with" + putare "to reckon," originally "to prune"

The word virus is not an acronym, probably from PIE root *weis- "to melt away, to flow,".



Ovi is not an acronym but a borrowed word from Finnish word " ovi" meaning "door"


Dell is not an acronym and is actually Eponymously named after its founder, Michael Dell.

Although I doubt that "Acer" is an acronym i couldn't find any source of the etymology of the word.

LeEco is a relatively new smartphone brand, so to be 5th on this list is quite a feat. Considering they went for the bang-for-buck approach with their models, it's not so surprising.

They bought Vizio, an American company, very recently. LeEco, which was originally a TV oriented company, might have just bought Vizio, because they as well, make TVs, but they could also use that brand name to launch phones in the US, as the name Vizio will be a lot more welcome by American users. This could mark their move to NA.

I'd go with Bats.

He's a better strategist if you ask me. Tony is smart. Probably smarter, but I think Batman can always find his way out of a tough situation. In terms of pure hand to hand combat skill, Bruce is more skilled. Iron Man can fly however, plus the advantage of long range attack. Batman can grapple though, for what it's worth, and glide, and throw Batarangs.

But tell me what you guys think.

This Night rider competition was jist rubbish. The car is a classic F1 whip but i dont like it.. Its like its got no controls even with all the steering/brakes in place.

It has good speed but i dnt regret not playing it till the end.

I quit it as well. I normally drive without assists, but I just found myself swerving constantly.

It straightened the Nairomi arc*, showed more of Lex's plan the nightmare scene still has its issues - simply because it always will, amazing how expanding some plots made it less confusing, instead of turning us into budding detectives. The Ultimate is the better of the two versions. It still has its issues, but you'd be less confused.

*the Nairomi arc was one of my biggest issues, since I kept wondering why no one ever mentioned the bullets, since Superman doesn't use bullets, but they did really straighten that bit out.

I don't want to act like an angry Pokémon fanboy here, but me and they go waaaaay back.

Pokémon Go was an overnight sensation, Pokémon was not. So once again, I'll tell y'all, that the series is quite popular in other continents. When we talk about gaming consoles here, we are either for Xbox, or for Playstation. We always forget (or don't even know of) the wee little Wii. And other Nintendo consoles for that matter.

We don't know much of Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Pokémon, and any Mario game apart from the classic Super Mario Bros. That's because all those games, which are amazingly popular, are exclusive to Nintendo and their consoles. You can't see a Pokémon game on a Playstation. Only on a 64, or a GameCube, or a Wii, or a Wii U. Or more popularly for Pokémon, all them handhelds.

That's why to us, it might seem like someone just made a game and it blew out of proportion. It really wasn't like that. It's a 20 year old franchise, and the 'little children' like me who began with it, are now adults, and we still love it anyway.

Remembering the days of watching the Pokémon show in 90s just brings a wave of nostalgia... I'm a huge Pokémon fan.

All you people shouting MIND CONTROL! Hope you know Pokémon has been around for more than 20 years now. And having played a whole lot of the games, one thing I and a lot of people used to wish was that Pokémon were real.

This is the closest thing to that, and with a fanbase as large as Pokémon has, it's obviously going to be a huge success. It's got people who don't care about the franchise playing as well, because, well, everyone else is. And they find it fun too once they get the hang.

Niantic broke records with this one. Bet they didn't anticipate this level of success though... The servers are almost always overwhelmed... It's crazy.

Oh, the mission where you are setting up a team for a bank job.

I can't remember exactly. Are you allowed to switch cars mid race? Like get out and jack a faster one? If you are, I suggest you do it. Cuz I'm not sure you can win that race with a Sentinel.

Are you racing Cup or Endurance? Which race are you stuck on? If it's the cup, don't give up the race until the end. With good technique, you can usually catch up.

I normally drive without any assists, although I long for Traction Control sometimes.

Have you fully upgraded the car yet? Perhaps you should if you haven't. I ran out of money, that's why I didn't.

Take corners nice and smooth, try not to skid.

Yes, the supermarket has to do with smashing the glasses in the shops. But no car can enter because the door is too small. 2. Even if a car can enter, some shops are up so the car wont be able to climb the staircase. And again, the police will shoot the tyres and engines of the car which will set it on flames.

Planting the bombs for me is too tough due to time limit. I only end up planting two bombs. How can I climb the stairs and come down twice within that time frame? Is there no cheat for this game?

Okay, yes you are right, you can't drive a car in, but there should be a car on display which you can steal. At least in the Xbox version.

There are actually cheat codes for the game. Try to use them sparingly, they tend to take the fun out of it.

Thanks! I had to quit my attempt to plant four bombs under two minutes and take another mission. But at this stage I am, there's no other mission I can take. I'm given few minutes to destroy a supermarket and the police start chasing me immediately after my first shot. I would have conquered all levels but the timing spoils it all.
What mission level are you in now?

I've finished the game, quite some years ago. Was very enjoyable.

The level with the supermarket. I'm not sure, is it the one where you are meant to smash the glass of the shops? If it is, 2 tips I have, if I can remember well enough. You can drive a car into the mall, and use that to get from store to store. Apart from that, I believe that the shop, 'Gash' has health on one of the floors just in case you get low on health.

The one with the helicopter at the construction site... Well it's possible. But it's hard. Very hard. The only thing I can vaguely remember is that when trying to get from one floor to another, there's a way that you can go directly up or down without having to take the stairwell... Although I can barely remember it, however.

It'll be frustrating, but keep at it bruh. You'll kill it soon enough.

Hey guys, if anyone of you has ever played this game on a PC, I need you to help me out on how to proceed, cos I've reached a stage in which I don't know how to conquer enemies and forge ahead.


I cannot use the helicopter to plant four bombs in that big building under two minutes. Also, in stage 2, I cannot destroy that supermarket with that short time frame coupled with the fact that the police start chasing immediately after the first shot.


I need help on this game.

It's tough, but can be done.

I played Vice City on the original Xbox (Xbox 1, not One. ).
The levels you mentioned are really tough, but it can be done. Just keep going at it. And watch walk-throughs like the guy before me said. Good luck.
