Don't know if you're interested in a used laptop, but this ericdry guy has had this ad up for an Asus ROG G75VW for 120k. I once wanted this lappy so bad, never got it, but it's totally worth the price.

A GTX 660M is a great card even today. Have a pal with a Sager that has the same card. Plays GTA V, The Witcher 3, Shadow of Mordor and some others. You can't get a new laptop as good as this at your budget, no lie.

It all comes down to whether you are willing to purchase used.

Always exercise caution when buying online.

Not sure how much a fan would cost.. If it's a common laptop model like a HP, it should probably be like 3k at most.

Don't use it like that. Please wait till you get it fixed. Could cause damage to your CPU and mobo.

The Mate S is a great smartphone but is definitely above your budget.
Sells at about $600 on eBay. I don't think it's available in Nigeria yet.

I'm not a fan of Apple stuff. I'd knock it off the list without a second glance. I feel that an iPhone is really gonna be worth it if you've got other Apple people around you, but if you're constantly surrounded by Android users, then that is the more beneficial choice.

I'd place it between the Nexus 6 and the P8.

Personally, it's a hard choice... But I think I'd take the Nexus 6. I'm a camera person, amateur photographer, and it has one of the best cameras rated by DxOmark. The Z5 is top currently, which is why I love it, but it's expensive...

It all comes down to you. What you like in a smartphone, cuz they differ a lot in different regions.

Check that out to compare the two devices.

Nexus has support for wireless charging, a larger battery, but then again a higher resolution and a larger screen which may put more drain on the battery. It does not support microSD, which can be a deal breaker for some, although it has 32 and 64GB variants which should be sufficient.

Make sure however, that you read the reviews on GSMArena for both phones before choosing one. Specs on paper, do not always play out how they read.
