RomanceSix Easy Ways To Make Her Beg For More [18+] by hyman9ja(op):
First off, I would want to debunk some myths about the female ejaculation.
Only few girls can squirt: well that is not true, if she isn’t squirting it’s probably because you have not made her to.
The center of gravity Myth: Now locating the center of gravity is key, The center of gravity is not a myth, I repeat the center of gravity is not a Myth, you have to locate it to make her gush.
Stop! Its pee: No, don’t stop, when she says she wants to pee, it means that she is getting there.
You have to be a Clitoral Lord to make a woman squirt: False, all you need to know is how to do it! And It you shall learn now:
Well now, all that has been said, here is the cheat on how to make her squirt amazingly without breaking sweat…(oh well you shall break into sweat at some point), so sit back, relax and learn.

Step One: Hydrate
Make her drink lots of water before the action starts, the reason is because squirting takes a lot of fluid out of her, you will need her to be well juiced up if you need her juices to flow *wink*

Step Two: pre-intimacy
Prepare her for the awesomeness you are about to unleash in her life, yes! Kiss, handle, lick, suck, nibble, bite, all her erogenous zone, by now you should know what makes her twitch and curl her toes.

Just go ahead what you will find will make you go gaga... grin>>> http://lovefac3..com.ng/2016/05/six-easy-ways-to-make-her-beg-for-more.html

Romance30 Secrets Every Woman Keeps From Her Man by hyman9ja(op): 3:43pm On May 18, 2016
Open your ears wide as we reveal the secrets you’ve been looking for about women.

The woman you sleep with gazes into your eyes and tell you she loves you. And you believe her. You can tell by the way she looks at you, the way she holds you, the way she seems to always know what you want before you do.
There are a few of things in life you just know, and how much you love this naked woman is one of them. But there are a lot of things you don't know.
A woman may give you her body and her heart, but there are parts that she’ll never give up. Pieces woven into the very fiber of her being. Mysteries only hinted at in a passing sly smile, an inscrutable laugh.
These are the secrets of lovers past, hidden fantasies, and unshared longings. A woman’s deepest secrets that don’t—and never will—include you. You’re about to sample this hidden knowledge.
But like any man who seeks, you'd better be prepared for what you're about to find.

1. Her best friend knows everything.
She knows all of your vitals—from the size of your bank account to the size of your other, um, holdings.

When her friend smirks at you knowingly, you are not imagining it. She knows. So just know that she knows, and deal with it. (It’s not going to change.)
Chat with her about your relationship at your own risk. Your secrets are not safe with her. This is not always a bad thing (e.g., if you happen to be telling her how much you love your girlfriend). But, in general, remember that she is your girlfriend's confidante first, and yours never.

2. Just looking at your hands can turn her on.

3. When you go away, even for a day, she sleeps in your favorite old T-shirt.
Because it smells like you.

No 4. will simply make your Jowl drop lolz

Romance9 Secrets Women Wish You Knew by hyman9ja(op): 10:07am On May 17, 2016
A Caring Guy Is a Hot Guy

What do women want? For those who've ever pondered this question, here are 19 relationship secrets. They're based on the study of healthy, happy couples and our changing gender roles. Secret No. 1: Women appreciate a guy with a sensitive side, especially when they're upset. Put your arm around her and hand her a tissue. Nurturing is a powerful way to connect.

Traditional Masculine Role

When it comes to romance, many women do like men to take a traditional masculine role. This is especially true in the wooing stage of a relationship, according to psychologist Diana Kirschner, PhD, who's written several books about love. She's perfectly capable of pulling out her own chair or opening a door, but if you see her hesitate, she might just be waiting for you to be the gentleman.

Dress to Impress

Styles come and go, but a man's attention to his grooming and clothing should be long lasting. It's important to women from the first flirtation through the honeymoon and beyond. "You've got to figure out if there's a certain look that she likes," says Kirschner. "If she likes a guy in tight jeans, you wear tight jeans."

RomanceHow to avoid Letting Your Ego Ruin Your Relationships by hyman9ja(op): 5:36pm On May 16, 2016
Ego has a role in spoiling many relationships, and it's not just a problem with people who are dating. Ego can ruin friendships and put a wedge between family members, too. If you have had a string of unsuccessful relationships, you need to let go of your ego and take a step forward toward true happiness.

Ego vs. self-esteem

Being egotistical is generally considered negative, while having high levels of self-esteem is positive. So, what's the difference? An egotistical person's self-worth is driven by external factors -- primarily feedback from others. A person with high self-esteem's sense of self-worth is determined by internal factors such as passion, belief or personal vision.

RomanceMinimize The Risks Of Getting Hurt When Falling In Love by hyman9ja(op): 5:29pm On May 09, 2016
If you’re trying to find a good partner—male or female—one key is to apply your criteria before love takes hold. Whatever criteria you have—a financially stable partner, a person who wants to start a family, a person who is emotionally mature—as soon as you find out that the person you’re dating fails to meet your criteria . . . move on. Move on before love takes hold.

Falling in love is a highly motivated state. It’s actually a state of need. We are biologically wired to fulfill this need by merging with another person. As we fall in love our brains are busily predicting the rewards of merging with another person.

Romance8 Valid Reasons Why No Woman Wants To Date You by hyman9ja(op): 12:34pm On May 07, 2016
It is widely said that there is no one rule when it comes to impressing a woman. To impress a woman and make her fall for you, there are certain things you need to do right in order to make her fall head over heels.

Women are tough to understand. They are also tough when it comes to falling in love. Today, the modern woman looks for specific things in a relationship and if those things are not met with someone she fancies, then she moves on to greener pastures.

So, guys, if you are wondering why no woman wants to date you, it is probably the way you dress and carry yourself when you are in her presence. At times, it could also be due to your weird behaviour which kind of puts her off mood and in some situations a woman doesn’t prefer to be seen with a man who is way too egoistic and sεxist.

So, far if you dwell all these qualities it could be some of the reasons why no woman wants to date you. By possessing these behaviours, there is no chance of you ever being in a positive long term relationship. Therefore, it is time to change for the better. Take a look at some of these reasons why no woman wants to date you:

You Take In The Wrong Hints. Most of the single guys fail to understand this: if a woman is friendly with you, it does not mean she is in love with you. So, if she is nice, don’t give in and flirt with her.

Your Jokes Are Stupid. If your jokes imply to be racist and demeaning, don’t expect a woman to like and laugh at it. Being hilarious is surely a woman’s turn on, but being stupid with random jokes is something no lady appreciates.

You Seem Very Desperate. Women hate the sight of desperate men. So, if you are desperate and showing it out clearly, she will only think you to be a creep.

Noted...Corrected
Romance7 Ways You Can Love An Introvert by hyman9ja(op):
Here are seven ways you can love the introverts in your life…
{What I’m sharing below is based on personal experience, From my many years of dealing with introverts i have come to find out these points i want to share with you.}

1) Realize that introversion is not simply a personality trait; it’s a nervous system setting. Here’s how I like to explain it: Your nervous system is like a net that catches stimulation in your environment–things like noise, lights, words and facial expressions.

If you’re an extrovert, you’ve got extra large holes in your net. You can handle a lot of stimulation before you get overwhelmed. If you’re in the middle of extrovert-introvert you’ve got average size holes. If you’re an introvert with a highly sensitive nervous system you catch everything. So you’re easily and quickly overstimulated.
This is not about liking people or not–it’s about biology and how your system processes your environment. Please never make an introvert feel like she’s anti-social. She loves people just as much as you do; she just does it differently. Brain scans can actually show us this now.

2) Appreciate that because of the above, the introverts in your life will probably know you better and more deeply than anyone else. They may be quieter but they are taking it all in. They’re listening to you, reading between the lines, catching what you’re expressing that even you don’t realize you’re expressing.
So please don’t pressure introverts to be more outgoing. They’re doing what they do best and if you push them to be someone they’re not, you’re moving them away from who God created them to be and what he wants them to add to the world.
If you have a child who’s an introvert with a sensitive nervous system, nurture the unique gifts that come with that. Many of the world’s most influential artists, spiritual leaders and creative thinkers are in this group. Think of all we would have missed if someone had forced them to change.

Romance10 Places To Touch A Woman And Make Her Go Crazy For You by hyman9ja(op):
Models in photo we all know which female body parts men most frequently like to explore, but there is more to her than a vagina, br**sts and butt. The largest amount of nerve endings may be packed into those areas, but she has pleasure sensors all over her body, and getting her in the mood may be as easy as stimulating some of these often-neglected parts. Incorporating touching these places into pre-intimacy and s*x, or just giving her some pleasure after a hard day, will definitely earn you some brownie points.

1. hair maintaining their gorgeous locks isn’t the only reason women go to their hairstylists so often. The process of wash, cut, color, and styling can actually be quite a stress reliever. Running your hands gently through her hair is a surefire way to send tingles down her spine. Let your fingers massage circles from her temples to the nape of her neck and she’ll be putty in your hands.

2. pelvis concentrating some affection on her pelvis is a great idea; however, you’ll have to resist the urge to slip down to her vagina while you’re so close. Like teasing her inner thighs, kissing and licking around her pelvis will excite her until she’s begging for more.

Prolong the sensation by leaving the region to focus on another body part for a while, Inner thighs touching her inner thighs without venturing into the vaginal area will make for an excellent tease that is sure to get her revved up. Use your hands and mouth to caress and kiss the insides of her thighs, getting excruciatingly close to her ultimate pleasure spot, but pulling back before going all the way.

3. FeetPulp Fiction taught us that rubbing the feet of another man’s wife may be an offense punishable by being thrown outa window, so the sensual appeal of a foot massage is obvious. There are few better ways to help her relax than to give her feet a good rub, especially if her job requires her to be on them all day.

Do it right and grab some massage oil or lotion.

Don’t forget to pay some attention to her toes, ankles and the sides of her feet too. Some women really enjoy having their toes sucked, but others find it repulsive, so asking first is a good idea before putting them in your mouth.

4. Ear LobesTouching, kissing and even lightly biting the earlobes of your woman will up the bliss factor for her. These delicate, soft lobes are very sensitive and most women thoroughly enjoy the sensation of having a man’s lips on them.

You can nibble around the outside of the rest of her ear as well, but for courtesy’s sake avoid jamming your tongue inside her ear.

Romance11 Signs You Need To Leave Your Relationship by hyman9ja(op):
When it comes to relationships, some of us have had the unfortunate but eye-opening experience of being in an extremely toxic one. Most likely, our first experience was enough to be our last, if we were lucky enough to learn from our mistakes and never get involved in one of those types again.

But sometimes, you are so deep in love and relationship that you can’t even see the mess you are in until it is too late.
Human beings have the tendency to idealize things that they want. Studies have shown that being in “love” actually makes your lover seem more attractive, intelligent and desirable than they really are. How many times did you look back at and ex and be like “Wow, what the f*ck was I thinking?” — exactly my point.

RomanceGuys Beware! These Are The 7 Women Who Will End Up Wasting Your Time by hyman9ja(op): 10:58am On Feb 22, 2016
It’s an amazing feeling to be in love with someone. But sometimes we may be in a devastating relationship with people who will end up wasting our time. Find a list of those kinds of people.

Few things are more frustrating than coming across someone you could have had a spark with, only to find out that they’re just wasting your time.
We’re all very busy nowadays, and between work, socializing, keeping fit, and relaxing, we barely have the time to date. This makes it extremely frustrating when someone we are interested in is wasting our time. Luckily, when you know what to look for, it is quite easy to identify and avoid potential time wasters.
You need to have an abundance mindset – realize that the girl who is wasting your time is not ever going to be the one, and that you should move on as soon as possible to meet other girls who are potentially a better fit. Clichéd as it may sound, there are other women out there who won’t end up wasting your precious time.
No idea what types of women will only end up frustrating you? Here are the top 7 types, along with ways to avoid them.
#1 She’s just not that into you. There is nothing worse than falling for a girl who is just not interested in you. She might be a friend, a colleague, or someone from your past. This is usually the case, leading to you coming into consistent contact with each other. Seeing her regularly keeps the feelings fresh and makes it impossible to forget about her.
Really, the best thing to do is avoid her and cut contact for a period, at least until you have met someone else or you have completely done away with whatever feelings you have for her. If you’re colleagues or close friends, it might not be possible to avoid her altogether, but you should keep things professional or friendly for a while, and focus your energy on meeting other women.
Meeting someone else is the best way to get over her and is also, funnily enough, the thing that is most likely to make her like you, since other women liking you can instantly make you desirable in her eyes.
Reality is rarely like a rom-com, and trying to woo her when she is initially not interested is unlikely to get you anywhere, especially if she rebuffs your advances by saying…
#2 “Let’s just be friends” or LJBF. The classic line that women will say to let a guy down gently. She might give reasons, such as the fact that she isn’t looking for a relationship or she doesn’t want to ruin what you already have as friends. Recognize now that these are justifications to spare your feelings. It is her being nice and not telling you that she just isn’t interested.
The same applies as in #1. If she says LJBF, that is the end of the line for trying to seduce her. You are not Hugh Grant, and, again, the rom-com plot hardly works in real life. Maintain your relationship with her as it currently is if you wish – especially if you are genuinely already friends – but move on to pursuing other women. You will get over her when you meet someone else that you like and who likes you back.
Once you have been “friend zoned,” it is nigh on impossible to get out of it. She doesn’t view you as a potential romantic partner, and you should move on as quickly as possible to avoid putting yourself through a fruitless emotional rollercoaster.
#3 She’s still into her ex.  This isn’t your fault, and there really isn’t a whole lot you can do about it. If she can’t get over her ex, perhaps she is still in love with him and maybe even continuing to sleep with him, then she will not give herself to you.
When her emotions are elsewhere, you will never connect on a deeper level. You might be able to have a fling or a rebound relationship with her, and if you choose to pursue that, it is your prerogative. However, keep in mind that you may not progress any further.
In time, when she has allowed herself to truly get over her ex, she may realize that she can learn to want you after all. Don’t try to force it, though. Either keep things casual between you or give her some time, and revisit the idea later down the line to see how she responds.
#4 She’s always “busy.” If she has blown you off three times with excuses about being busy, she is probably just stringing you along. Chances are, she only sees you as a guy whom she can have at her beck and call whenever she feels like getting some attention or validation.
She might promise to make it up to you or she might show her remorse, but if all she has to offer you are excuses and apologies, then you’re better off not seeing her. What you can do, however, is try to turn the tables by being unavailable.
The next time she blows you off, avoid her for a week or two. It might give her enough time to realize that she misses you or that she actually likes you. But if she’s still as elusive as ever, there’s really no point in staying in touch with someone who can’t be bothered to invest some time in you.

Romance10 Ways To Let Go And Open Up To Love Again by hyman9ja(op): 4:51pm On Jan 22, 2016
Reasons You Need To Open Your Heart To Love Again
“A thousand half-loves must be forsaken to take one whole heart home.” ~Rumi

When I met my first love, my dull black and white life became as bright as a double rainbow. The intense hues of love flooded over me with extreme joy and happiness.
Soon after meeting, we married and lived together for ten years. Yet, like rainbows and raindrops, our love evaporated and I took our divorce especially hard, soaking in self-pity and sadness while grieving for the past several years.
After experiencing a painful breakup, you never, ever want to be in a relationship again. A broken heart and pained soul wants to give up on love altogether.
Why put yourself through so much pain and suffering for a love that hurts and could end?
The reason to give love another shot, I’ve learned, is that by loving better and deeper, we become even more whole. Our hurt and tears clear the fog around our heart and illuminate the soul.
The journey to love is a journey to one’s self, your highest, most sacred and loving self.
There are plenty of obstacles keeping us from loving again. Sad to say, I’ve experienced them all.
Here are ten way to let go of the obstacles preventing you from having love in your life.

1. Let go of pain.
You can’t let go of pain by resisting it. You could avoid the pain for some time, but in order to move on you must fully embrace the pain.
Embracing the pain means experiencing loss, sadness, and grief. As difficult as it might be, allow the tears to flow and share your experience with your friends and family.
Write down your feelings and come to terms with the emotions you’re going through.
Instead of judging yourself harshly for your feelings, wash yourself in compassion for finding the strength to move through your pain.

2. Let go of trespasses.
When you break up, you feel like you want to blame everyone for causing your heartache. This includes not just your ex, but also their parents, your parents, their friends, your friends, and everyone in between.
The only way to stop blaming others is to forgive them. No matter how grave the offense or how unacceptable their behavior, your healing starts when you let go of the gripe. Yes, it was unfair; yes, it was unjust; and yes, they did you wrong. But there’s nothing to be done now but forgive.
Forgive people, because they, like us, have many imperfections. They know not what they do. They don’t live up to our expectations and have had difficult pasts that we may not understand fully.

3. Let go of bitterness.
The way to let go of bitterness toward others is to think of the many positive qualities and experiences you’ve had with them.
Your ex is not an evil person; they just weren’t the best person for you.
Instead of being stuck on their flaws and wrongdoings, allow the power of forgiveness to overlook what they’ve ‘done’ to you. Look at what good they’ve done, how much they’ve helped you be a better person, and the happy times you had together.
Remind yourself of their redeeming qualities. See their light.

4. Let go of resentments.
We let go of self-pity and resentments by being more grateful.
Not only be thankful to your ex and the relationship you shared, but start living a life filled with gratefulness.
Notice the small things and the big things that are constantly occurring around you.
Appreciate the kind gesture, the words of encouragement, and the favorable circumstances that unfold in your life.
Making a small gratitude list as you start or end the day can help you move from focusing on resentments to focusing on thankfulness.

5. Let go comparing yourself to others.
What I’ve learned is that no relationship is perfect and most relationships look good from the outside. Comparing your relationship to others isn’t very constructive.
Once again, transform bitterness toward others to gratefulness that others have found love in their lives. If others have found love, let that be a message of hope and possibility for you.
We are each on our own journeys to better understanding ourselves and loving better. Our journey is independent of anyone else’s.
Your day will come. Your broken love and loss are the seeds of true love.

6. Let go of expectations.
We’ve grown up to expect a lot of things to turn out a certain way. But like the weather and weather reports, you can’t count on sunny and bright all the time.
If we can’t expect good weather, we sure can’t expect a perfect love or a partner to behave a certain way.
The way to be happy in and out of relationships is to let go of expectations and conditions.
Your Mr. or Mrs. Right isn’t a certain height, a certain profession, or a specific personality.
Be open to the magic of possibilities.

Romance7 Important Keys To Long-term Relationship Success by hyman9ja(op): 9:59am On Jan 20, 2016
Most of us want to meet and settle down with the “right” person, and most of us want such a relationship to last. Yet up to 60% of marriages in various countries around the world end in divorce. What are some of the most important ideas when it comes to making your love last? Below are seven keys to long-term relationship success.

1. Do You Trust Your Partner / Spouse ?
The first and perhaps most important predictor of long-term relational success is trust. Without trust, none of the other six keys that follow will have much meaning. Ask yourself the following questions: In general, is your partner reliable and dependable? Can you count on your partner as the “rock” in your life? What about you for your partner?
For some, trust is a complicated matter. Some people trust blindly, while others have trust issues. Evaluate your partner’s trustworthiness based not upon unproven promises or wishful thinking, but on a strong overall record of dependability.

2. Are You Compatible in the Dimensions of Intimacy with your Partner / Spouse?
Authors Ronald Adler and Russell Proctor II identified four ways with which we can feel closely connected with our significant other. The four dimensions of intimacy are: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, and Shared Activates.
Here’s a quick exercise to check you and your partner's compatibility in intimacy. List the four dimensions as follows:
_______________________________________________________
Partner A Partner B
Physical
Emotional
Intellectual
Shared Activities
_______________________________________________________
Next to each dimension, rank whether this is a “Must” have, “Should” have, or “Could” have for you in your romantic relationship.
After answering for yourself, next ask your partner to rank, or on your own put down how you think your partner would prioritize. The more “must-must” and “must-should” combinations between you and your partner, the greater the possibility of an intimate relationship. Since relationships are not static, a couple may evolve in the dimensions of intimacy. Understanding one another’s priorities, and connecting in ways that are important to both partners help ensure long-term relational success.

3. What Type of Person Shows Up Within You in the Relationship?
Consider the friends in your life. Do different friends bring out different sides of you? Maybe you’re more reserved with one and more rambunctious with another. Perhaps you’re patient with some and quarrel with others. A friend may trigger your higher or lower tendencies.
Just as a friend can elicit a particular side of you, so does your partner. Consider the following questions: Does my better self show up when I’m with my partner? Does my worse self show up when I’m with my partner? Perhaps it’s a combination of both? If so, what situations tend to bring out a particular side of me? Fundamentally, do I like myself in this relationship?
Your honest answers to these questions offer important clues to the long-term health and happiness of your relationship.

4. Does Communication With Your Partner Lift You Up or Bring You Down?
Dr. John Gottman of the University of Washington, a foremost expert on couple studies, concluded after over twenty years of research that the single, best predictor of divorce is when one or both partners show contempt in the relationship.
Contempt, the opposite of respect, is often expressed via negative judgment, criticism, or sarcasm regarding the worth of an individual. In communication studies, this is known as being “tough on the person, soft on the issue.” An effective communicator knows how to separate the person from the issue (or behavior), and be soft on the person and firm on the issue. An ineffective communicator will do the opposite – he or she will literally “get personal” by attacking the person, while minimizing or ignoring the issue.
Ask yourself the following: Does your partner’s communication lift you up, or bring you down? Is your partner’s communication with you “soft on the person, firm on the issue,” or the other way around? What about your communication with your partner?
If your relationship suffers from ineffective communication, the good news is that as long as you and your partner are willing, improvements can be learned quickly and put to use immediately.

5. How do You Deal with Conflict in the Relationship?
Couples with poor conflict resolution skills typically engage in Fight, Flight, or Freeze behaviors. They fight and stay mad, sometimes holding grudges for years. They fight and avoid important issues by sweeping them under the rug. Or, after endless arguments with no resolution in sight, they freeze emotionally and shut down. Someone who freezes in a relationship typically goes through the motions on the outside, but has stopped caring on the inside.
Successful couples have the ability to solve problems and let it go. They focus on taking care of the issue rather than attacking the person. Even when angry, they find ways to be upset and stay close at the same time. Once the matter is resolved, they forgive and forget. Most importantly, successful couples have the ability to learn and grow through their interpersonal difficulties. Like fine wine, their relationship improves with age and gets better over time.

Many Factors may lead to cheating in a relationship, but below are just few points put together to enlighten us about relationships and how to avoid being cheated on and things to do to ensure a healthy relationship.

The Eight Reasons that People Cheat on Their Partners
1. Lack of sexual satisfaction in your primary relationship. This was the most common reason cited by individuals in the Omarzu study. Recall that the large majority of the sample were women. Both women and men who enter into affairs are hoping to improve their sex lives. They may enjoy many other mutual activities but, for whatever reason, the sex is not working out for them.
2. Desire for additional sexual encounters. This was a relatively infrequent reason cited by the individuals in this study. It’s possible that more people had this as a reason but didn’t want to admit to it as it is not a very socially desirable wish to articulate. For example, one man in the study stated that he felt he needed more sex in his life to reward him for performing well at his job.
3. Lack of emotional satisfaction in your primary relationship. Seeking emotional intimacy can be nearly as compelling a reason to have an affair as can seeking physical intimacy. Participants who stated the need for emotional closeness in an affair felt they were lacking a connection to their primary partners.
4. Wanting emotional validation from someone else. Being appreciated is a key factor in the emotional connection that partners feel toward each other. Partners may grow apart and, as they do, fail to acknowledge the needs that both have in their relationship.
5. Falling out of love with your partner. This was a relatively insignificant reason in the Omarzu study, perhaps because “love” is so difficult to define. In the grand scheme of things, having sexual and emotional intimacy seems to trump love.

RomanceThe Anatomy Of A Broken Heart >>>MUST READ by hyman9ja(op): 4:08pm On Jan 07, 2016
The Anatomy of a Broken Heart

A broken heart. A dagger through the heart. Shot in the heart. Scarred, crushed, wounded. Would heartbreak by any other name be any less agonizing?
“We use these strange words that if somebody really did it to you … it would really be painful,” says Mark Leary, a professor of psychology and neuroscience at Duke University. In his work , he’s found that the words people use for hurt feelings refer to physically painful experiences – across at least 14 languages.
“For a very long time, there’s been a very strong connection between feelings we experience when we’re rejected and this physical sensation,” says Leary, who directs Duke’s social psychology program.
And for good reason: A broken heart is as much a physical experience as it is an emotional one. A 2011 study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found that showing recently dumped people photos of their exes activated areas of their brains associated with physical pain. Earlier research has also shown similarities between how our brain experiences pain and rejection.
“When people’s feelings are hurt by rejection of any kind, part of the brain mechanisms that are being used are the same mechanisms ... involved in physical pain,” Leary says.
Why? Leary hypothesizes that our bodies have developed two systems to deal with pain: one is a physical wound, and one is a negative emotional reaction. When it comes to a cut, the blood tells you where the damage was done, and the bad feelings tell you to bandage it up. When it comes to rejection like a breakup, there's no blood, but plenty of crummy emotions that make you want to maintain close relationships in the future. (But first, the Ben and Jerry's.)
“You’re evolutionary designed to have these kinds of reactions,” Leary says. “And thank goodness you do because if you don’t, you would misbehave in your relationships [and] … everyone would reject you.”
Here’s a closer look at where and why heartbreak hurts:

The Heart
Going to the emergency room for a broken heart might seem dramatic, but in some cases, it’s the right thing to do: A study published last year in the Journal of the American Medical Association showed that people are about twice as likely to suffer a heart attack or stroke in the 30 days after a partner’s death.
Up to 2 percent of the people who wind up at the hospital with what appears to be a heart attack are actually suffering from broken heart syndrome, says Sara Sirna, a cardiologist at Loyola University Health System outside of Chicago. “The heart muscle totally changes its shape,” she says.
Patients with the condition usually experience shortness of breath and chest pain, and their EKG readings look like those of a heart attack sufferer. But upon closer inspection, “their coronary arteries are normal – there are no blockages causing the abnormality in the heart muscle,” Sirna says.
What’s going on? “It probably has to do with adrenaline and sympathetic surge” during an extremely stressful time such as a divorce, the death of a spouse, a serious medical diagnosis or major financial problems, she says. “But we really don’t understand the entire mechanism.”

The Mind
If you considered your ex your better half, or even just your other half, a breakup can be particularly painful, says Gary Lewandowski, chair of the department of psychology at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. In his research asking people to describe how a breakup affected them, many responded with comments implicating their sense of self like, “I don’t know who I am anymore.”
“Our relationships are a really prime area for us to learn about ourselves and grow as a person,” he says. When the source of growth is gone, so is a chunk of our identity, he adds.
But the opposite is true, too: In relationships that don't spur so much personal growth, the breakup can be more positive, Lewandowski’s research shows. These people emerge from a split with positive emotions and more personal growth, he says. "If your relationship is not providing sufficient self-expansion, you're going to benefit when you break up," he explains. click link >>>> http://lovesfactory..com.ng/2016/01/the-anatomy-of-broken-heart.html

Romance7 Ways To Keep Your Love Growing Strong by hyman9ja(op): 3:47pm On Jan 06, 2016
Let's start with this scenario

The El Al security line looked endless. My family and I were on our way back from Israel; each one of us navigating our heavy luggage carts while trying not to bump into people. We finally settled in and waited for our turn to answer the usual questions. We hadn’t noticed the couple in front of us until we heard an angry outburst.
“I don’t believe it! All our suitcases just fell off the cart and it’s your fault!” The woman was gesturing indignantly at her husband. “You said I should listen to you and just pile them on. Now look at this mess. You always do this to me. You think you know best, well you don’t. Next time I am not listening. That’s it. I had it with you.”
Husband and wife glared angrily at each other. While we tried to help the couple with their luggage, the monologue continued. The husband waved a dismissive hand in his wife’s direction.
I don’t know if this couple had a wonderful holiday but their trip home was definitely ruined.
No one begins marriage by wanting to be nasty or unkind. It is just that we forget how to be gentle. Somehow we slack off and grow less sensitive. We neglect to use charm and laughter. We become thoughtless with our words. It does not take much effort to cause pain.
Even if we stood under the chuppah thinking that we’ve met the person of our dreams, we soon realize that no one is perfect. Every human being has their flaws. We need to work together to establish a strong foundation so that this bond will endure.
There is incredible potential in every marriage. How can we bring out the best in our relationship and make the potential our reality? If we view our marriage as a lifelong project of building love we come to the understanding that marriage requires constant care. A good project manager knows that we need the proper tools, time, effort and team to reach our goal and make all the pieces come together successfully. If we want a marriage that will endure we must think of a plan to help make our marriage strong.
Here are 7 steps to strengthen your marriage:
1. Create An Atmosphere of Affection
Many couples say that physical intimacy is the first to go when a marriage begins to crumble. It is important to remember that a physical connection is maintained by expressing and showing affection. We cannot allow stress and responsibilities like work and raising children to lessen our ability to demonstrate that we still care for one another. Sending warm and funny texts, concluding phone calls with ‘I love you’, and placing notes in a bag of a spouse who must travel are all great ways to display affection. Express gratitude often especially for the little moments that may often get overlooked. Be careful not to start taking your spouse for granted.
2. A Daily Dose of Kindness
Happy couples make sure that acts of kindness are a daily part of their lives. Being nice should not be left for special occasions. It also does not mean that we need to spend lots of money. Pick up a favorite chocolate bar or cappuccino, allow your partner to sleep in on a Sunday morning, fill the car up with gas to help save your spouse time. Judaism teaches us that the more we give the more we will love. We mistakenly have come to believe that the more we receive, the more we will love. We wait for the other person to give and forget that love grows when we invest and devote ourselves to making the relationship work.
3. Acceptance
Recognize that every person has their limitations. We all make mistakes. Everyone has a habit that will drive us crazy. So what? Stop trying to change your spouse. Accept him for who he is. Stop focusing on what drives you mad. It will only make you madder. Work, instead, on seeing the positive traits your spouse possesses. We need to focus on the good so that our love will grow. He may be awful at buying gifts but he is great at clearing the dinner table. She may not be the best organizer but she doesn’t lose it under pressure. Once you accept your spouse and zero in on the blessings, the foundation of your marriage will be strengthened.
4. Revive Your Romance
Letting ourselves go becomes easy through the years. Work on making yourself look and feel attractive. This goes for men as well. Positive changes bring positive reactions. Lose the baggy sweats and stained t shirts. Commit to a weekly routine of spending time together. Be sure to turn off your phones and devices. Remember that this is not about spending precious time discussing problems or the kids. This is about rekindling the spark.

RomanceBest Way To Start 2016 - ( Quotes About Love ) Show Love Everywhere You Go by hyman9ja(op): 11:36am On Jan 01, 2016
Quotes About Love

What better way to start the year but have love planted in your heart and sharing love with family and friends. Below is a list of Love quotes for your reading pleasure.

“I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.”
― Marilyn Monroe

“You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth.”
― William W. Purkey

“You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”
― Dr. Seuss

“A friend is someone who knows all about you and still loves you.”
― Elbert Hubbard

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.”
― Martin Luther King Jr.,
“We accept the love we think we deserve.”
― Stephen Chbosky,

“Only once in your life, I truly believe, you find someone who can completely turn your world around. You tell them things that you’ve never shared with another soul and they absorb everything you say and actually want to hear more. You share hopes for the future, dreams that will never come true, goals that were never achieved and the many disappointments life has thrown at you. When something wonderful happens, you can’t wait to tell them about it, knowing they will share in your excitement. They are not embarrassed to cry with you when you are hurting or laugh with you when you make a fool of yourself. Never do they hurt your feelings or make you feel like you are not good enough, but rather they build you up and show you the things about yourself that make you special and even beautiful. There is never any pressure, jealousy or competition but only a quiet calmness when they are around. You can be yourself and not worry about what they will think of you because they love you for who you are. The things that seem insignificant to most people such as a note, song or walk become invaluable treasures kept safe in your heart to cherish forever. Memories of your childhood come back and are so clear and vivid it’s like being young again. Colours seem brighter and more brilliant. Laughter seems part of daily life where before it was infrequent or didn’t exist at all. A phone call or two during the day helps to get you through a long day’s work and always brings a smile to your face. In their presence, there’s no need for continuous conversation, but you find you’re quite content in just having them nearby. Things that never interested you before become fascinating because you know they are important to this person who is so special to you. You think of this person on every occasion and in everything you do. Simple things bring them to mind like a pale blue sky, gentle wind or even a storm cloud on the horizon. You open your heart knowing that there’s a chance it may be broken one day and in opening your heart, you experience a love and joy that you never dreamed possible. You find that being vulnerable is the only way to allow your heart to feel true pleasure that’s so real it scares you. You find strength in knowing you have a true friend and possibly a soul mate who will remain loyal to the end. Life seems completely different, exciting and worthwhile. Your only hope and security is in knowing that they are a part of your life.”
― Bob Marley

“It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not.”
― André Gide, Autumn Leaves

“As he read, I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, and then all at once.”
― John Green, The Fault in Our Stars

“It is not a lack of love, but a lack of friendship that makes unhappy marriages.”
― Friedrich Nietzsche

“The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference. The opposite of art is not ugliness, it's indifference. The opposite of faith is not heresy, it's indifference. And the opposite of life is not death, it's indifference.”
― Elie Wiesel

“I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close.”
― Pablo Neruda,
“Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up.”
― Neil Gaiman,
“Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.”
― William Shakespeare, All's Well That Ends Well

“There is never a time or place for true love. It happens accidentally, in a heartbeat, in a single flashing, throbbing moment.”
― Sarah Dessen, The Truth About Forever

“This life is what you make it. No matter what, you're going to mess up sometimes, it's a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up. Girls will be your friends - they'll act like it anyway. But just remember, some come, some go. The ones that stay with you through everything - they're your true best friends. Don't let go of them. Also remember, sisters make the best friends in the world. As for lovers, well, they'll come and go too. And baby, I hate to say it, most of them - actually pretty much all of them are going to break your heart, but you can't give up because if you give up, you'll never find your soulmate. You'll never find that half who makes you whole and that goes for everything. Just because you fail once, doesn't mean you're gonna fail at everything. Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don't, then who will, sweetie? So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life's a beautiful thing and there's so much to smile about.”
― Marilyn Monroe
