Rule of Law? My question to you is, what are Buhari's antecedents? A military retiree who gagged the press by the unpopular Decree 4, killed people based on a retroactive law, crated someone to come and face trial in Nigeria....swore to ensure sharia is enshrined, the list is endless. I have always said that the leopard will and can never change its spots.

He may have his strong points, i do not deny that, but honestly as for rule of law, forget it. He does not understand democracy and civil rulership.
