Edo state almost went into abyss courtesy Lucky Igbenedion (PDP) until Adams (ACN) came to their rescue. Same thing goes to Ogun state when Gbenga Daniels milked the state until Sen. Ibikunle came in. Other ones are Osun, Oyo, Imo etc...

Igalas are the majority, so they keep on voting their own people, even when they know they're voting the wrong person. They are just scared. They don't want another tribe to take over.

You know the truth. Kogi state is underdeveloped. igalas have governed the state, another Igala is governor now. .the state is still the way it is. Don't you think something is wrong? Combine all the 9 igala local govts., they're not up to OKENE in development. Development is not in their blood. Better people should take over.

Origami III: Something is definitely wrong with kogi state.I don't think the problem is igala cos the igalas i know are very well educated(at least majority of them),very versatile,principled and easily mix with other tribes. Unfortunately for the other tribes in kogi state,the igalas remain the absolut majority.Nothing anyone can do about it.Kogi has the highest number of the best bad roads in nigeria.The government is simply not functioning.

You don't know igalas then. You just know few of them. Majority of them do not possess those qualities.
