Simple and nice. Just few observation. Your lounge has just one window. Your client would depend on AC and constant power supply to enjoy staying in the lounge. Suggestion: move the bedroom 1 to where the kitchen is. Redesign your lounge with 2 window.

Great work.WELL DONE!

PoliticsFacts Have Deserted Bola Tinubu Faster Than Usain Bolt – Jonathan by ibabz(op): 7:10am On Nov 17, 2017
The former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan has replied the National leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who had, during his address at the presentation of a book titled, “Making Steady Sustainable Progress” authored by President Muhammadu Buhari’s media aides at the Old Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, Abuja, accused his(Jonathan’s) administration of institutionalising corruption in Nigeria.

Tinubu and Jonathan
Dr. Jonathan, in his response to Tinubu’s claims that “So much money grew feet and ran away faster than Usain Bolt ever could and that his administration won gold medal in corruption, however said that facts have rather deserted the APC leader faster than Usain Bolt.
Puting Tinubu in proper perspectives, the former president who spoke through his former aide and bestselling author, Pastor Reno Omokri, said that under his administration, the only global body for monitoring corruption, Transparency International, had published in its annual corruption index, showing Nigeria made an eight(cool points improvement in corruption reduction, haven moved from 144 to 136 then.

The statement also said that, “other than media sensationalism, there have been no convictions of financial misappropriation stemming from the Jonathan era.”

The statement also challenged Tinubu or anybody in APC to counter Jonathan’s statement in 2014 that he has no bank account abroad.

Jonathan, in the statement said Tinubu mistook what he described as the “Usain Bolt speed” at which the current ruling APC government smuggled back into the country, the embattled former Chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team ( PRTT), Abdulrasheed Maina whom the previous government under Jonathan had dismissed and declared wanted, only for the APC-led government to reinstate him, even with a promotion, for what he said is the “unproven claims of corruption under Jonathan.”

The statement reads thus:

“Again my attention has been drawn to disparaging comments made by Mr. Bola Ahmed Tinubu against former President Goodluck Jonathan and his administration.

In the said comments, Mr. Tinubu said “The prior government used the public treasury as a private hedge fund or a charity that limited its giving only to themselves,” he said.

“So much money grew feet and ran away faster than Usain Bolt ever could. That which could have been spent on national development was squandered in ways that would cause the devil to blush.”

Speaking further, the former Lagos State Governor said:

“Boko Haram would have taken more territory and more lives would have been lost to insurgency if Jonathan had remained in power.”

I would now address these allegations point by point using verifiable facts.

First of all, the only global body for monitoring corruption is Transparency International which releases an annual Corruption Perception Index.

It is a fact that Nigeria made her most improvement in Transparency International‘s annual Corruption Perception Index In 2014 under President Jonathan when we moved from 144 to 136 representing an improvement of 8 points.

Transparency International observed the Jonathan administration’s fight against the corruption in Nigeria’s fertilizer procurement regime, the use of technology to remove 50,000 Federal ghost workers and the speed at which the then President fired ministers accused of corruption or conflict of interests.

From that time till today, Nigeria has not made any improvements and has remained at 136 where Jonathan left us because Transparency International deals with facts, not opinions or media trial.

Other than media sensationalism, there have been no convictions of financial misappropriation stemming from the Jonathan era.

However, we do know that it is a fact that the allegedly corrupt pension thief, Abdulrasheed Maina, was dismissed and declared wanted by the Jonathan administration.

We also now know that it is a fact that the present Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, met with Maina in Dubai. We know that Maina’s family revealed in a press conference that Maina was invited back to Nigeria by the present government. It is also a fact that Maina was recalled, reinstated and given double promotion by the current administration.

Moreover, we know from the Head of Service’s leaked memo that President Muhammadu Buhari was aware of this entire saga.

Perhaps Asiwaju Bola Tinubu mistook the Usain Bolt speed at which Maina was smuggled back into the country and reinstated for the unproven claims of corruption under Jonathan.

We also know that it is a fact that $25 billion worth of contracts were awarded at the NNPC without due process. It is also a fact that this is the highest ever such amount involved in Nigeria’s history. Again, perhaps it is this amount that Tinubu meant when he said “So much money grew feet and ran away faster than Usain Bolt ever could”. Or perhaps he was referring to Babachir Lawal.

Nigerians should note that on the 7th of March 2014, then President Jonathan said “I am loyal to Nigeria’s economy. I don’t have accounts or property abroad.”

Till date, nobody has been able to contradict that statement because it is true.

Can Bola Tinubu or anybody in the APC leadership make a similar claim?

On the issue of Boko Haram and terrorism, it is a fact that there is only one global body recognized to monitor terrorism and that is the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP) which releases the annual Global Terrorism Index.

It is a fact that between 2013 and 2014, Nigeria under President Jonathan was unfortunately listed as the fourth most terrorized nation in the world.

However, in the latest Global Terrorism Index released yesterday (November 15, 2017) by the Institute for Economics and Peace, Nigeria has deteriorated from where Jonathan left it and is now the third most terrorized nation.

In 2015, President Jonathan ensured that elections held in every local government in Borno states, but last month, the United Nations declared that they could no longer operate in certain local governments of Borno state. So who is fooling who?

So if according to Transparency International, Nigeria was less corrupt under Jonathan than it is today and according to the Institute for Economics and Peace, Nigeria is more terrorized today than it was under Jonathan, it becomes clear that Bola Tinubu has no factual basis to make the claims he made.”

If you really feel like crying, do ao over your villages with N 257 billion debt and Zero projects to show and Zero economic growth.
I'm glad you said Aregbe is bad, and I'm also sure part of the so called "world class projects" was the Opon gbese. Please tell me the status of Opon gbese today? 80% of your so called world class projects would not last the loan duration. You know why? These projects were done not because they really and truly love the people; they projects cost were inflated. That's the only way people like you praise politicians for stealing your money.

Lol, you just show your economic ineptitude. Lagos debt profile is rated by Fitch at an healthy B+. The new stat on Fiscal responsibility and viability still has Lagos topping the list.
Nigeria debt to GDP is still around 20% it only become worrisome when it start approaching the 60% mark.
Only Economic deficient folks criminalise debt. The question should be what is the debt uses for. Good Economist will tell you Nigeria needs to borrow more to bridge it infrastructural deficit.
No nation developed solely on its income not to talk of third world countries like ours with huge infrastructural deficit. How do we catch up with the rest of the world without borrowing. Our budget of #8.6T (<30b dollars) the highest so far, is not even up to the money US spends on it foreign missions in Syria and Iraq alone, and were talking of moving close to those country. Do you know south Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Libya annual budget?

I believe part of the loan was used to finance that Opon gbese (imo). Over 6b naira was spent on that project. Tell us if you can, the state of Opon gbese today? I remember how the project was praised and defended by the zombies. Unfortunately, children unborn would be the ones to pay back the loan incurred by a foo. lish governor and supported by people with dead brains.

What a smart way to avoid the question. Why can't you list those project and how much they cost? Maybe then I would believe that over 50% of the money did not end up in some idiots bank account.

I think the bolded part is actually applicable to you and not anybody else. If you struggle to rationalise the nexus between debt to finance infrastructural development and a future economic viability of a state, then you are the one that needs to seek knowledge. The last time we checked Osun state though heavily indebted, is not one of the states classified as not generating enough to keep it afloat
...error! error! Zombie identified! Zombie identified. It's not difficult to identify a zombie. They don't have brain and they think everyone should reason as such. Please Mr. Economics, can you educate us how and how long would a state with less than N2bn monthly IGR pay up a debt of N170b?

Can you list what those loans where used for? Since you know Osun that much, tell what the money was used for? Maybe we can start analysing each project per cost. Your government can not increase IGR but debt profile and you believe it's justified? I'm sorry for this country.

Sir,pls try to do ur research very well. The most developed country in the world right now has the highest debt profile, pls don't let us go outside. Av u ever checked the debt profile of Lagos state?? Debt is never a disease or a cancer to the system as far as the first party has already set the path of recovery nd that is wat Aregbe is doing now.Investing for the betterment nd future of osun state. What about other States that has collected bail out funds 3× without any single infrastructure nd workers salary is still on hold??
i don't like arguing because I believe everyone is entitled to his / her opinion. However, I will like to correct some of your point.

1. In 1999 when Obasanjo became the President, he said one major challenge confronting his administration was servicing debt with about $6b annually. This was loan incurred by past administrations. He said no Country can survive under that huge debt. I don't have any issue if any government - Federal, State, or LG borrow money. But the clause is, that loan must be paid fully before leaving the office. Failure to pay back before leaving the office should attract jail sentence and all his properties and assets seized by the government. Believe me if this clause is there, our debt profile would reduced drastically. Most of the money borrowed often end up in their private bank account both locally and abroad. If you look at the proposed 2018 budget, over N2tr would be used to service debt. The question I want you to answer, did the project that money was used for yield that N2tr?

2. I keep saying it and I will say it again and again, LAGOS IS A TIME BOMB! How do you justify a state that's the richest state in Nigeria and the most indebted state in Nigeria. That's is why I never praised Fashola's government. A state that has a monthly IGR of over N30b - over N360b annually. In Fashola's 8yrs, Lagos earned about N3trn. The same state also has over $1b debt. The question is, what did they do with all the money? Of course, they built a personal blog for N78m.

3. You mentioned advanced country. Yes, this countries, in most cases borrow money to equip their military Base. Some of the equipment are later sold to developing countries for profits. No advanced country would borrow money to construct Road or build school or hospital. They only borrow to 1. Defend and protect their country. 2. For investment purposes.

4. Buhari's government borrowed about N2trn in 2015 and when asked the finance minister what the money was used for, she said "I think". She couldn't tell us specifically what N2trn was used for.

5. I hope when all these loans are matured for repayment, those project would have yielded the money back. Otherwise, we may see our country or state for sale on OLX.
PoliticsRe: Aregbesola Commissions St. Augustine’s Government Elementary School, Ipetumodu by ibabz(m): 6:13pm On Nov 09, 2017
Honestly I don't know how Nigerians reason, especially our youth. The purpose of education is to develop your reasoning capacity but unfortunately when I see the way the so called educated young people reason I don't think this country has a future.

This is a governor that has plucked his state into heavy indebtedness. A state with monthly IGR of N1.37b and has about N147b debt profile. Even if all the monthly allocation is used to pay off the debt, it would take the more than 15yrs to pay back.

This man has used the allocations of 4 governors and people are praising him?

I hope and pray we wouldn't wake up one day and see Osun State for sale on OLX or on EBay for auction.
