I have some investments that I have done in the last one year that have generated so much that I couldn't believe ut.

I bought some shops last year for 1milllion each and now it is selling for 3.2million. I bought a land for 1.5million and sold it for 3.1million two weeks ago and now, the one that surprised me most was the land I bought for 5million last year,is now selling for 10million and I have refused to sell, rather I want to buy one more and settle myself for my retirement in the next 21 years.

For me,I will advice u to buy land in a developing areas and see how demanding such lands are.

See,if must travel around Africa,go to a place like Uganda where things are very cheap relative to our currency,Kenya is another nice place where u can not be differentiated from the local people and also Mozambique but it's tough now especially for Nigerians.

Ivory Coast and Ghana.

Democratic Republic of Congo is another country with a big market where Nigerians are found doing so much business,although the northern part of it is the most dangerous region because of the M14 rebels just like Nigeria.

Don't ever go to that Swaziland...if u are not going there to invest forget it,it depend solely on the xenophobic south Africa for almost everything.

you are very correct- the guy will think i am the one asking her to demand for more- because i live in the US but the truth is that some Nigerians forming big boys whenever they go to naija are actually struggling financially here in America - especially the unmarried ones because after they finish paying bills, they barely have nothing left to save - so i get that ….

So, for a man who has the mind of not denying the pregnancy, who gave her money monthly while she was pregnant and also sends about N55k to N60k a month to this same lady (my cousin ) to care for his daughter may not be the best baby daddy in the world but certainly he is among the decent ones in today’s Nigeria - I believe it can only get better and I won’t “rock the boat” because I think my cousin just wants marriage and an opportunity go to America not necessarily that the money is not enough - Now I am not against that - but her personal wishes and dreams, no matter how noble they are can not obliterate the fact that the man is doing his bit and that needs to be commended. No one in life has it all, we all have to compromise and make amends… and meet each other at the middle….

Come to think of it, how much do entry level primary school teachers in public and private school earn in Nigeria ? certainly not more than what the guy is giving my cousin — so, if that money takes care of adults who work for it, it surely can take care of a kid - I hope they get it well in future, Amen !

Had it been that the guy wasn't bringing anything,then I could have asked u to talk to the guy but this guy is trying considering the global inflation rocking almost every nation.
That is close to 600k per annum...and she is even in Edo state where food is cheaper compare to some south south state.

Do u know that more than 50million Nigerians are earning less than that amount monthly and yet some people are complaining. U really need to educate your cousin about this abroad of a thing,because it is never easy over there and let her try demand less.

Keep it up,u have really tried and have nothing to say to the guy except where the guy stops bringing something as for me,I think the guy is trying.

The Lovers of Ijaw Nation Organization is asking the Nigerian system to restore us to none balkanized by creating Toru-Ebe State (for Ijaws of Ondo, Edo, Delta), Oil Rivers State (for Ijaws of Rivers and Akwa-Ibom States and increase Bayelsa LGAs to the proper number as it is in other States.
These states are economically viable.

Failure to do this, we are going to take full militant actions in every way so as to leave Nigeria and go for Ijaw Republic.

U made a salient point but those Bokoharam politicians are after what they will get to fund large their families,travel to mecca and marry as many wives as possible and wish the country destroyed over the future of this country.

These ladies should stop this trend of being baby mama without a proper plan. The guy in question tried,if it is some stupid home based guys,them for even deny the pregnancy and even remove u in their agenda for life.

This is a text book example that pregnancy can't keep such men.

However,I will also advice u to stay your stay before the Florida man starts seeing u as one of the persons she is using to either keep an eye on him or gingering your cousin to demand for more.
