Family › Re: Making New Year Resolution by ibechris(m): 11:40am On Jan 01, 2021
U can incorporate the old and new goals together.
This is because every goal should have the capacity to be amended to suit every individual's daily, weekly, monthly and yearly challenges.

For the goals that are yet to be accomplished, include them in the category of long term goals, while those that are less complex should be tagged as short term. With this,u are good to go.

For example,I had been planning to embark on a goal which involves alot of cash,I discovered I couldn't accomplish it as planned so,I placed it on the category of a long term goals.

Elyn22:
Mine happens like 8 years ago, one thing in life is showing consistency in all we do, got married to a very stingy man that refused to assist me, tried all I could do back then, one thin I promised myself was not to work under anybody, who would want to employ me then with just waec result.
Ventured into selling Ok bags shoes, clothes etc, sold liquid wash and so many petty stuff but the money was not coming in, reason why my OK business did not yield profit was that I started it with a capital of 12k, I was nursing 3 babies at then, when ever I see what will be nice on my kids and even myself, I don't sell, I keep for our usage, the business as at then was somehow stressful, because I don't have a shop, I hawk this clothes mostly couple with my 3 kids, Oga was not ready to give me even ₦20. He sees every reasons not to give me, funny aspect of it was that he doesn't want me to do anything, all he wanted was for me to sit at home 24/7.
It wasn't funny back then, but to God be the Glory my life is a testimony.

Since he asked me to sit at home all through as a good wife, I had to obey and use my brain. I organized monthly contribution of 15k foe 12 people from January to December, I don't have I dime of my own, but I madee sure I picked January, February and March.
I collected forJanuary ,total amount was supposed to be 180k, but picked for 3months and was not having any source, so that made the money 135k.
I went to buy a new bajaj motorcycle, gave it for higher for 130k with a returning fee of 5k weekly, at the end of February, I collected the 2nd bought the 2nd machine and also collected for March and bought the third byke.
My monthly earning from the 3 byke became 60k monthly, by April and the rest of the months, I was able to pay other people collecting and still have extra 15k of my own, that was the beginning of my breakthrough.

If you're following up let me know so I can continue
Great woman I am following u.

My brother thank u for this great analysis.
U indeed took ur time to point at most important parts of various or suggestive businesses one can venture into most especially for our vibrant young men and women.

I shall also like to advice u because it seems u have this fear of quitting ur job just like everyone would do including me. I was a also a banker like u and I did face what u going through today and when I discovered the long way I was going to ply just for working for one man,I quitted and pursued my dreams which is lending money to businesses and that has worked for me and it is still working out for me.

Give yourself a target on when to leave to pursue ur dream, and u have to do it with a very strong conviction that u are going to make it.

U may not need everyone but few clients that have proven to be honest and trust worthy would turn such a business around for u. That is one thing I learnt while working as a banker in the same north. I started with a minimal Capital of N300k which I have turned around to close to 40million in 8 years.

This year alone I was able to rake in 12.6million just as interest on my capital. Just like u said, business do grow little by little and with years comes in progress and expansion.

Think about this as I wish u the best come 2021.

Family › Re: Uncooperative Wife, Advise Needed Pls by ibechris(m): 6:22am On Dec 28, 2020
I am a married man just like u.
I will say this without any iota of lie...any marriage that depends on single income in Nigeria now will not survive it except the man or woman comes from a very rich home.

Let me tell u my experience,my wife earns more salary than I do,but I earn big in passive income than my wife that it dwarfs her salary by 10 in some months. I make sure I dont touch her salary even now but I make sure she contributes hers whenever I am running low, which she does without me telling her. In fact, she knows my income and expenses because I have a book I write them down which she can access anytime anyday.

Before I married her,I laid down my goal, which she supported and together both of us are contributing towards the goal,so those who usually say that her money is her money should get married first. Then, they shall know that marriage is not for children.

Now,the problem is that,u didnt talk about money in ur marriage, because if u did, this wouldn't result to this ignorance from ur wife. I made my wife the controller of our business money, which has nothing to do with her salaries and yet she still contributes hers when it comes to buying of properties such as land and building.

Advice:
Draw a goal for the family and ask her for her contribution.

Explain to her why the goal is practically essential for the family to follow.

Tell her that, that is the new year's resolution that u have come up with for the growth of the family.

If need be,tell her the area where u want her to contribute her income. After all,an aunty of mine, built a house for the husband and till date, the world has not fallen, isn't that a woman too?

Then watch her reaction...if she goes against this, then my brother,u are married to ur enemy.

Personally,I am an advocate against single parenting. But the lady above shouldn't be judged harshly and I think she has realised the danger inherent in this form of parenting.

If she were my sister, I might have equally said some harsh words to her but because, that is not what she is seeking at this time. She really needs to pick up her pieces back and that is a beautiful step in the right direction.

What she needs now is solution and nothing else. May grace locate her. Is never easy at all.

Let me say what I know and experience they say is the best teacher.

Lack of money can destroy a wonderful love life.

Having multiple partners can destroy ones love life.

Joblessness is a cankerworn that can crack any marriage.

Lack of communication is another one.

Careless alcoholic person is another thing that can destroy marriage.

And finally, respect for spouse is key to having a worthy marriage.

Can u shut d furck up? U sound like an illiterate, if u went to school u should be smart enough to know that no business lasts forever.
Smart people see opportunities and key in before it closes, but dumb and slow people like you sit by the sidelines and keep wailing, while your mates would have grown richer b4 the opportunity ends. Gtfoh
U deceived people into MBA and now,u have started again. U will certainly be disappointed bigly. See u that is very intelligent.
If u are indeed educated and smart in thinking,u wouldnt sound this empty and terrible. How can u be this hopeless just because of what u will eat and forget to listen, so that others can learn from the stupid mistakes
u led them into.

Just imagine what i just read now. Nothing like hard work. Now I know better.

How can anyone use this kind of things without asking to know it consequences on the user? u see how stupid they are. Even common tablets that we used to buy from the pharmacy has its effect on us let alone juju in the name of snatching a man.

These same dings on here are the same people that will condemn and degrade single mothers and baby mamas, and they will use that same energy to condemn marriage, also same energy to insult single ladies calling them evening newspapers and Shiloh candidates, what the hell kind of humans are these ones for petes sake? You insult women and still fvck them and breed through them, to stay on their own is a problem, 99.9999999% of threads opened on romance section is complaints upon complaints about women and yet thet call themselves Alfa mails, what do these confused folks really want exactly?

And funny thing is, their insults always go back to hunt them at the end, either through their loved ones, e.g I remember one thread that reached FP where a guy lamented that his sister is close to 40, beautiful yet unmarried, I checked the guy's previous comments and what I saw made me laugh, he is an online red piller who insults women at will, forgetting there are females in his family and he'd one day have a daughter, very anyhow set of slogs.
Such men usually get blessed with female children.
There is always a terrible consequence for such a people.
Old age awaits everyone. Thank u for ur understanding.
Family › Re: Baby Mamas: Why Men Will Suffer The Consequences In The End by ibechris(m): 9:37pm On Dec 22, 2020
Do they need us to tell them that marriage is beautiful and truly worth all the stress.

Whether they are beach or beans, women are the most beautiful gift given to man on this earth,no wonder their value can not be underestimated.

I am not against those who have decided to remain single but they should also not forget the consequences at old age. Baby mama is a danger to our society and our women are the ones suffering from that horrible stigma.

And to all those who have made their decision to remain single,I pray God to grant them their wish and so shall it be,and to all those who bad mouth women and see nothing in them, but mere sex machine, pls change ur perception after all we all can't mock God.

She still haven't pay me till today and I'm sure she as been using gas to cook ,some will buy gas from me on credit and when it's time for them to pay they'll say the gas doesn't last that1kg supposed to last them for 2weeks but it only last them for 4 days bla bla bla , they'll say na only Noddles they cook , they'll end up not paying or pay reluctantly, they are many like that, when they have cash they go to another shop ,when they want credit , they'll come to my shop
The day I stopped selling on credit , debtor's have stopped coming to my shop and I have been having savings and profit

On my POS ,Some will do fake transfer to my acc, rushing me to give them cash ,I won't release cash untill I confirm the credit on my bank app, some close neighbor will come and drop Thier ATM on my desk that their kid is sick and they needed cash ( 2k-5k) , they'll say their husband have send them money but it hasn't reflect in their acc or they are expecting money from a debtor, family or friends asking me to give them the cash and withdraw it later on their ATM card when money get to the card , I'll reject such, Some people have stopped greeting me cus of that.they said I'm too strict . If my business ruin na them go still mock me behind
