The most reliable now is nexegensynergia... They pay 17 percent in a month and 100 percent in 6 months and many other plans . They have office in portharcourt and backed by the EFCC.
This guy is low in the head.

How can u tell anyone that an investment is backed by EFCC?
Financial illiteracy is the cause of this.

Everyone must not be divorced and everyone mustn't get married, therefore,if u have chosen to be single all ur live,so be it and pls keep such shits to yourself no one wants to know why u chose to be single and for those married people, pls, dont get offended when u get terrible advice here as many of them are from terrible homes, hence their reasons for numerous outburst on marriages.

2020 has been a year no one can forget especially having Buhari as the president almost ruined it for many.

However,I love the fact that we all are learning fast...ponzi scheme is a no go area for me and I can categorical say, this year has been a great year for me,having really made some good cash out of my investment is a thing of joy.

If u must make money come 2021,u must invest ur money in the real sectors of the economy, after all, treasury bills, fixed deposits and bonds are all down for now and the economy isn't getting any better.

If u dont have the mind, pls put a certain percentage into an affordable real estate and the remaining can be invested in may be mutual funds and some fintechs that are regulated by CBN.

Wishing u guys a better 2021 and to those still searching for jobs, may u get a satisfactory one in this coming year.

Greetings All....Mature Advice please

I'm married 2015 with two daughters. We are holding on and praying for a baby boy but we don't know the peak period to have sex . We have chatted together . Doc. In the House Advice!
I equally got married same period with u and had two girls and we just wanted 3 children and u know what exactly we needed to say good bye to child bearing, so my wife opted for sex tracking.

That was in February of this year,we saw the doctor a(gyno) and he helped us to track the pregnancy with surprising precision and last month being November, I and my wife welcome our only son who weighed about 4point.
We thank God and thank God for science. And I thank God for giving my wife that idea which led us to the doctor.

U may try it as well, but it is usually 50/50 chances.

I wish u and ur wife the best of luck.

Osun State is notorious for this kind of news
Ritual killings and human sacrifice is like a way of life in Osun State especially in areas like Ikoyi ile, Osogbo,Iwo, and iragbiji( jokes apart)

Every week, there are reports of one ritual killing or the other.

Although ritual crimes cut across almost all regions in the country, they are more pronounced in Osun State ( NO BEEF ) maybe due to the influx of Yahoo boys angry undecided

What the fuccc is that hommie, there's nothing like a job in Nigeria.

After I left school, I started importing tech gadgets and I can comfortably say that I've created more employment opportunities that the federal government.

There's a lot of money in buying and selling if you have the right product. Don't dull.

If you sell a hot product of N5,000 to 2000 Nigerians, do the math !!!!

A job can only pay your bills, but youd be miserable after 35 years. Start a business now and use the internet to grow it.

Cheers !!!
Typical igbo man guy. I like ur spirit.
Family › Re: How Do I Tell My Son My Salary by ibechris(m): 11:39am On Dec 08, 2020
Start what u can finish...in fact,I will advice u to be open to ur children especially at this precocious age. What is there in them trying to sacrifice their life to help u out while u are the pillar of the house who is also lying to them.

What if,u or anyone drops dead today and that which u have been hiding later surfaces?...then u may have betrayed them. Trust ur children after all, everything u are labouring for today is for them and nothing more.

I am a civil servant like u sir but a junior colleague,at the age of 8,I knew how much my father earned and the date when his salary usually come at that time and today,we the children have actually agreed that he indeed tried with that little meagre sum to train us and see us through our education.

In this time and age, financial education would help them to learn fast and be better persons tomorrow,so do not hide ur salary from ur children especially now that they demanded to know except off course,u are into polygamous marriage.
Family › Re: Have You Ever Regretted Being Married To Your Partner? by ibechris(m): 2:44pm On Dec 06, 2020
Those saying that marriage is a scam are not in any way helping to solve ur puzzle.

These guys know nothing about marriage, many of them are from tattered homes, hence their reason but they can never say this openly and confidently.

I was in this same level of thoughts with u some years back, but I can say here categorically, that marriage is fulfilling and worth the stress. Do not allow some guys who have not gone that way to come here and be shouting up and down that marriage is a scam, when many of them can not date one woman and be responsible at the same time.

My advice:
Marry ur friend, and ensure u need to know everything about the lady before u consummate the marriage.

Lay out ur goals with the lady and know if both of u are on this same page.

Marry a lady that is working or has handi-work.

Get to know her well and her family,it will do u alot of good while being married to her.

Avoid fashion crazy ladies else u will live to finance frivolities and u may end up regretting.

Finally,u owe her that vow u made to God and everything shall move as planned.

Do not be afraid, this is my five years in marriage and I have not regretted one day about my wife and neither has she.

Marriage is far better than that nonsense thing they termed as baby mama, take it or leave it.

I do not support the lady's rudeness, but the company should have informed her on the method they would use to contact her in case she was selected. It is just standard procedure.
Whatever method they applied has nothing to do with her rudeness...she is simply rude and stupid.

Thank goodness she messed herself up at least to give room for others to be called.

U had better relocate and leave that woman and regain ur sanity.

That woman is a bunch of evil character. I have never seen any woman thats engaged in this kind of acts that would allow the husband to prosper.

One thing I fear most as a married man is adultery and fornication...it can tear everything good in marriage and destroy the foundation of a blessed home.

Pls,relocate and tell no one where u are except ur mum.

*SHOUTING*

You'll be shocked the amount of money you spend if you start saving.

Since 2018, i have a spreadsheet I manage both on my mobile device and PC. Syncd.

Each and EVERY naira I spend or earn goes into the spreadsheet (Divided into Expenses and Income). Doing such financially smart things will open your eyes to lots of things you miss. At the end of each month. Tabulate using spreadsheet formulae how much you earned and spent and also subtract your expenses from your income. If it's negative then you lost that month.

You could easily visualize how much you spend of stuff like Airtime/Data, how much you truly make yourself and how much come from family, etc.

I found myself cutting lots of unnecessary things I spent on. For example, if my 1 week data expires before one week. Fire. Untill next week be that. Also, I stopped dailing all those yeye bank codes to recharge directly from bank account etc because my spreadsheet's data exposed how easily I recharged using those codes. A significant percentage of my Expenses went to data.

Get used to saving and you'll wonder why people don't become millionaires at the age of 40 at most.

ADVISE:
1. If your savings increase significantly, you'll be tempted to start investing thinking you're making a smart move. But dont. Especially if you aren't upto 30yrs.

2. Avoid sex or girlfriends technically collecting money (nothing dey there. I've been single since 2017. If you're so obsessed with sex. You can get it for free. If you know, you know)

3. Avoid MARRIAGE

4. Avoid making kids --especially if you're a man (you won't understand now)

5. Avoid data-consuming sites like Instagram etc. Wetin dey those yeye unoriginal peoples photo sef.

6. Take some time off internet periodically. You'll realize how you miss nothing at all. And if your work is based on the internet, that discovery will help you focus on only the apps and websites that matter.
I agree with all u have written except one.

Avoid marriage.

Except u meant to avoid early marriage which I know could render one inexplicably poor.

Are u 25 or a little above this age.

Pls,start saving and investing that little cash for the time being. Avoid keeping friends that would drain u or make u to spend on frivolities.

Nigeria isn't a funny place and things hardly gets better economically,in fact, the earlier u invest for ur tomorrow, the better u would become.

Ensure u set financial goals toward a brighter future and mingle with those who would encourage u and set u on the right path to success.

Find a mentor,a person who u might rely on for advice whenever money and investment matters are brought up.

Get a financial education early enough to avoid financial adventures that may affect u or drain ur finances as a result of poor money management.

And finally, save and invest wisely and avoid ponzi scheme that may leave u in perpetual regret.

Thanks.

There is no other time in our history that the poor have gotten this poor. Under this administration, the nigerian poor became inestimably poorer and destituted just for voting this vulturistic administration.

Those who are beneficiary to this injustice levelled on us are the ones praising the evil men in power.

May God decide their fate.
