The CGC's wife has given birth o, let's pray this gladdens his heart and makes him decide to give us Happy independence gift by releasing our list. May we all make it to the list. |
nniero11:Oga wait till u enter before u start to eye Wushishi seat now, lol |
billyboy:Chief shed more light on: 1. The first screening will see some applicants complement what's left of the second. 2.the last board meeting took more consideration of the second screening. And las las we fit reach November cos if list comes out in 2 weeks time , that's October already and 2 weeks to prepare that's November o. God help us |
Someone with link to the interview with the Customs Man yesterday should share with us here, let's have something to hope and cling on. This silence fit keh pesin. |
Karfcruiz:"Qualified ones" this guys want make hypertension catch us ne? And besides in January they said they would finish everything about the recruitment in Ending Febraury or March but here we are again. So Customs until we hear from them officially o. |
I think the recruitment is a non issue for the board, u don't expect the Min. Or board members to be fighting over who is recruited or not. Sure the board and Mgt. would get slots. Our issue would just be passively discussed like, we screened so so number of people and maybe we need so so number to fill in, and when do we start their intake processes like training and documentation if necessary. When they are ready we go hear them. Let's keep analysing since no one has genuine info here. |
billionsam:Hahhahaha |
Sportifier:Good question, anyone with a contact at Hq should ask for us now, me sha I was going to wuse Market I passed the place around past 11 but I didn't see any movements of outsiders o. Dis tin dey fear me o, but maybe some attended via Zoom. |
Children of God it's not that I want to spoil our mood but that meeting according to that Purported memo is for 10:00am and e come be like say Minister wey be chairman dey annual Banking and finance conference. Or have they postponed the meeting ne, who dey Abuja make e peep that old cabinet office whether movement dey happen. |
Macbenb13:I heard 286k tho from an officer. Anyways what do we know |
dgreatyen:Chief be calming down abeg |
You guys are lucky that you have collected APL, before Babandede retired ,now those with connects it's time to push o cos alot of underground works don begin |
So no one wants to talk again until after Tuesday huh? Don't just put hope too much on that Memo you can't authenticate neither do u have an idea about what's on the agenda if it turns out to be true. Anyways list will be out if it will be out and who will get will get. Another thing wey fit weak una be say , just d way those that went for screening are waiting for final list, that's same way People with connect are waiting I swear, I no 3 who the confidence they are waiting for the list with pass the one me wey go first screening get self . |
The Ref. Number is wrong, have u ever seen a ref number without a Year ? If not for breach of confidentiality I would have shared a sample of the Board and Mgt letters and notices, also the person who signed as Secretary did the mistake of making himself a Customs officer, the Secretary of the Board isn't an officer. No stamp or seal on the Letter and it's on plain paper not letter headed paper, Haba Guys let's use our brains for oncenow, if at this level u can't figure out a fake paper I wonder how u would detact fake invoices from smugglers. And who invites or calls for meeting via a memo for heaven sake? Am sure someone just typed that to see reactions maybe someone with real source might come out and talk, lol, abeg next time when we want to forge let's do better. |
sirnoah:Am not saying I have any genuine source about the recruitment but what I know for a fact is that this memo is fake besides the fact that I have the Oppurtunity to have seen first hand correspondences of the Board and that of the management. But not even that, am sure most of us are working in some other MDAs or private sector, just critically look at the memo from top to down, search even who is the current Secretary of the Board and see. |
sirnoah:This.circular is fake. |
. |
Reason why it seems no one has genuine source is because this recruitment is meritorously done and 90 % of candidates didn't get a push to be shortlisted. Had it been this recruitment was based on who know who, you would have seen lots of genuine sources, for instance it's not than am discrediting other agencies but for instance NDLEA even before they finished screening, some with sources knew when the camp would start and they were not wrong, likewise NIS as we speak when they started people knew the status at each stage but for NCS if you would do a survey of the Candidates, most don't know any big shot at Hq, as for source there are legit sources but since they have no stake at it maybe because they were not shortlisted they decide to keep mute, take for instance the DCG Human Resource A.T Babani, do u think if he gives info to someone informally he will be wrong ? Same applies to other DCGs and ACGs in the CGs office so he who get source get source and what shall be shall be. Don't be surprised there is someone reading this and laughing at us all because we don't know anything, maybe the list is next week, next month or next Year, if u know u know o. I leave in peace |
Naqeeb:Its just sad, nonine knows shit about NCS recruitment, No one for God sake has good intel |
Is it that no one here has any reliable source on this Recruitment? The silence isn't helpful o. Abeg someone with any hint on whats happening should share with us |
RivuletStream:Getiing Jobs even in "the Abroad " isnt easy, some people abroad deeply wished they are working inn Nigeria, yes our system is fuc*ed-up but Nigeria we curse can t bless us, he is opportune to get this NIS job, so he should take it and Donnie little to contribute to making things betters. |
rhapboss:Alot of people might think this is unreasonable but my candid advice is, Go the NIS job, while at it, if u have intention of migrating to Europe or America, the Job will give u more insights and allow u laxity to decide. The sad reality which most of us aren't privileged to see is that it's not all Eldorado abroad, the majority of people who go to study abroad don't actually make it to the headlines, with your NIS job it's easier for u to get established, successful and make headlines and even enjoy life wella. Its all about the individual not the Job, take that NIS job, look around we have many people who studied in Europe and America and are back here with no "dream job" and another factor to consider is, life in Europe isn't really what a typical African wants, culture, family, lifestyles Religion, anyways I don't know the kind of person u r and it's your shot to call but las Las my advice be , take that NIS job. |
Chijans:Try your luck by visiting the Hq specifically the HR department, u never can say. If u have the means to go to Abuja, Go , u might be lucky |
princensa:Calling the attention of Politicians would only make matters worse, I know a senator who is in the customs committee and couldn't even get a slot and this is the kind of justification they want to drown the entire boat. Left to these Governors and Senators/NASS members u want to call upon, someone like you wont have gotten near exam or screening. I advise you follow other diplomatic means to get screened rather than crush the hopes of other innocent candidates who don't even know their fate after 2 to 3 years of applying. Abeg my sister let it slide if u can't pursue other means other than publicising this. NCS have been fair so far so good, let's allow them take this Recruitment to a logical conclusion. |
I heard this since during first screening that they would also recruit again this year |
How Many went for the screening and how many were shortlisted ? |
I doubt if they would be able to finish that screening this week. |
Legalboy123:The wait never even start be that. NIS go start Documentation tomorrow o |
princensa:Just confirm your name is on the list I.e by checking on the list on the newspaper then call people who attended the second screening to verify. |
Jetochii:Its too early for that o, your performance at screening don't affect posting , that one na random vis a vis other factors |
Sigala:Maybe they didn't finish the run within the Stipulated time. What's the implication of not finishing within the time? Would such persons be disqualified? |
I saw the CGC even visit Gwagwalada to see for himself, this recruitment has generated controversies and too much attention, they should just get it done abeg, let's all know where we stand. |
)....naso I hear am o
