PoliticsRe: Buhari Is Going To Do Well, Give Him Time – Anglican Bishop by IbokUtoroh(m): 11:24pm On Jul 10, 2015
Slingkey:
Rev. Adebola Ademowo, Bishop Emeritus of
the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion)
has said that he knows President
Muhammadu Buhari will do well in spite of
the impatience among Nigerians.

Ademowo made this known in an interview
with the News Agency of
Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Friday.

The cleric explained that Buhari was only
being thorough in view of the fact that
change was a gradual process.

“They (Nigerians) shouldn’t be impatient at
all because the man is just going from one
step to another and I know that he is going
to do well.

“President Buhari is a very thorough person,
he is as straight as a ruler, and he has
started work, so, the man is going to take us
out of the woods.

“I have very strong faith in what he is doing,
he is impeccable, the man cannot be
corrupted, everything is on course the way
they are going they mean business and they
are doing well.

I wanted to tell you to shut up before but I won't say it. Saraki's thievery has never been a hidden fact except to some people who preferred watching paloma instead of catching up on current affairs in Nigeria. It's the same procedure that also brought Amaechi, Sylva and other criminals into the APC once they stayed chanting the change incantation like juju priests. The facts of this case were in the open for all to see from day one
can i tell him shut up in your behalf?

Jagaban one of Bougu Kingdom. Below are his talents in the West:

Fashola - Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
Ambode - Chartered Accountant with explicable experience
Amosun - FCA - Fellow Chartered Accountant
Aregebesola - Engineer
Ajimobi - Engineer with Experience with shell.
Fayemi - PhD holder with specialiazation in security matter etc.
Osinbanjo - Professor of Law

However in Ekiti they care for their stomachs and have decided to leave Jagaban out and elect a thug.

When other regions follow this footsteps. Then you will progress like the west. The north has started adopting this...but it's a problem implementing this in the east where a state like Abia has a huge talent like Alex Otti to take them to a new level after years of experience as the GMD of Diamond bank...but have decided to allow the most useless governor in Nigeria history rig elecTions for his candidate.

Jagaban Bougu...may you leave long Sir!!!

PoliticsRe: Buhari Lacks Moral Right To Talk About Party Supremacy – Tinubu by IbokUtoroh(m): 3:51pm On Jul 10, 2015
salterswan:
he National leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ahmed Bola Tinubu once again vented his anger at President Muhammadu Buhari on the ongoing National Assembly crisis rocking the 8th Assembly adding that Buhari gave room for the volume of criticism trailing his six-week old administration.

Tinubu disclosed that Buhari has done nothing to enforce the party supremacy that he parroted during the National Executive Council meeting held at the APC’s Party secretariat.

Tinubu said: But, to be sincere, the President gave room for some of the recriminations. For instance, he is blamed for allowing the National Assembly crisis to fester after claiming rather incredulously that he had no interest in who runs the show.

“By the time he realized that it was in his interest to show interest in the matter, the renegades had dug in so deep they could not be stopped.
“All Buhari could do was to scream “party supremacy” and tell the recalcitrant lawmakers to “pocket their ambitions”, ambitions that are already too big for their deep pockets.

“But that, to the small assemblage of Dracula’s, buccaneers and barracudas of National Assembly politics who do not take hostages, is a mere slap on the wrist.

“In fact, Yakubu Dogara, the House Speaker, in a petulant manner, launched into an academic exertion on the etymology of “party supremacy”, insisting that it is no match for “people’s supremacy”.

Insolence? More like it.’’

He added: “If Buhari really believes in party supremacy, what has he done to enforce it? Or does he believe –this thought I shudder to harbour – as some people with little or no knowledge of the issues that the revolt in the National Assembly is a mortification of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu? No. Never.

“It is rather the humiliation of the party–what some pundits have described as a game of party politics versus politics of the party, a fore shadow of the party’s destruction. Will Buhari allow this to happen?
“The President has, in fairness, acknowledged the fact that the battle has been won but the war could be lost. So, when will the move to clear the clouds and avert the threatening deluge?

“The lesson of it all: a leader must not prevaricate and procrastinate. No ambiguities. Say what you mean, mean what you say and insist on it. Never speak to impress – your subordinates may latch onto this to misbehave.

“Be swift as an arrow once you are sure of what you want. Be firm and stay firm. This is called principle.

“Those saying ankali, ankali do not necessarily get it right all the time. Do they?

“Now, those critics – gourmands, I swear – who say Buhari, because of his slim-and-trim diet-frame (they ascribe this to his ascetic culinary taste, as if they are familiar with the intricacies of presidential meals-preparation) will lack compassion for starving workers are now eating their word. States have N713.7b for workers’ long overdue salaries and there is joy in the land.
