TayserMahri:So you are a comedian?Wow I never knew. So you got anymore jokes to tell? Please let them be funny too. Are you seriously saying Kenya is more popular than Nigeria? Hahahahahaha |
So fellow Nigerians. I have a theory. I think I know why Kenyans on this thread just refuse to give up. Attention. Yep you heard that right, they are looking for attention. I saw a Kenyan yesterday on YouTube and he/she? was complaining about how Nigeria and South Africa always overshadow Kenya in Africa. So maybe that's why they are always here on Nigerian matter, taking panadol for our headache. They want attention and it's working. Because I've always assumed Kenya is a state in Tanzania until I discover this thread now I know Kenya is a country, they have counties and not states e.t.c. And they are playing a double game too. Dissing Nigeria and sucking South Africa's d*ick. So I think we should just stop paying attention to them. . So my Nigerian peeps whadaya think? |
So you Kenyans still here . Wow. I've got to say you guys are resilient. . If only you'll channel so much energy into creating your own "English" forum where Kenyans can post all the trash happening in your country, the playing field would be level and it would have been more entertaining .Alas the only Kenyan forum I knew about is mostly in Swahili. |
Tylann: You need a break away from this thread. I feel like It's beginning to affect you psychologically. I've been going through your comments and they keep getting darker and harder compared to your earlier comments. I can practically taste your hate for Nigeria. Most people (except the Ghanaians of course ) do not take this thread seriously, it's just a banter thread but for you I feel it's personal. You are always online. You always have something to say when someone comment especially on Nigeria. So take a chill for a while. |
forgiveness:Kibera's even got a dedicated website. https://www.kibera.org.uk/facts-info/ |
SuperIgbo1:so I guess there is no poverty in SE then or as you folks like to say "igboland"? Anyway don't bother to mention me again coz I done with this conversation your intellect isn't mature enough yet. |
SuperIgbo1:Mtisthequbit. After blaming other regions for Nigeria's failings, they are quick to claim all of Nigeria's success as theirs. I bet if you ask him now about most of Nigeria's achievement, either it was achieved by his region or someone from his region, or his region played an important role. Like I said We know ourselves ![]() |
SuperIgbo1:Mtisthequbit See what I am talking about. His region is perfect, no poverty, no Hunger, always blames another region for their problems/failings. I bet if you asked him now about all of Nigeria's problem, he'll always point to another region saying they are the cause. Like I said earlier we know ourselves. ![]() |
mtisTheQubit:Not true though. It's the other way around actually. There is a systematic demonization of certain group in Nigeria by other certain group just because one group are not "enlighten" enough to be on social media or internet platform to defend themselves, so the narrative is extremely skewed. Anyway I urge you to leave Nigerian politics and societal issues to Nigerians. We know how to handle ourselves. |
.... |
forgiveness:Also include world slum capital. Apparently more than 50% of Kenya's urban population live in slums. And 60% of Nairobians also live in slums occupying just 6% of the land. That's tight or if you want to be generous "cozy". ![]() |
PissedYagami:Yeah? Then please oh mighty and wise one, enlighten us please on how Islam is the cause of Somalia's clannish rivalry. |
tylann:So because Kenyans are doing it in Kenya and not in another country makes it alright? I've heard. Kwantinue. |
AskiaHarem:Exactly. |
tylann:Are you f*cking kidding me? Who does that? What are you claiming? Are you seriously telling me Kenya does not also have a problem with open defecation? Seems like you don't even know much about Kenya you are so proud of. Next time please it should be "my county and my county alone" |
And to think that two years ago Kenya's got more tech hub than Nigeria and South Africa almost twice as Nigeria
|
tylann:Nah I don't have a problem with, Just pointing it out so that others will know you are not qualify to talk about other countries since everything for you "Kenya and Kenya alone". For him mind now he's all about patriotism ![]() |
XhosaNostra:Numbers lady, numbers. How many 100-500? 1000-5000? 100000-500000? Have you met half, a quarter, quarter of a quarter of Nigerians living in South Africa? |

Are you kidding me, Kenya is above Tanzania in food emergency, ![]() |
AskiaHarem:They don't want us to attribute their success to whites but they want to blame other African migrants for their failures. |
tylann:For you, the whole world is synonymous with Kenya so no surprise there. |
PolymathDave:They are not up to 5000 but yeah, South African hospital are understaffed so Nigerian doctors fill in there. They should also be kicked out. And also akin omotosho who produced vaya, one of the best South African movie of recent time, including professor adekeye adebajo who wrote the critically acclaimed "The eagle and the springbok" should be kicked out too. In fact every Nigerian, thief, prostitute, scammer, professor, doctor e.t.c should be kicked out |
XhosaNostra:And how many Nigerians have you met? |
sufferNsmiling:Yeah yeah yeah, the Ghanaian obsessed with Nigeria. |
Kur17:Proof that 46% is for the extreme poor, and then what is the figure for the poor ![]() |
tylann:True, true, very true indeed At least I've never lied about the figures ![]() |
That someone that said 17 (10?) pct of Kenyans live below the poverty line? Well you 40pct live below the poverty line New generations are being born into poverty https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtCl2PRNTvw |
Looks like Kenyans are beginning to challenge Nigerians for their market share ![]() https://www.ndtv.com/hyderabad-news/kenya-student-among-3-arrested-with-cocaine-marijuana-in-hyderabad-cops-1967562 |
rvp20182:Why did you say only Middle East will be profitable? |
Kur17:Remove SA, Africa's growth goes up. Add SA, it comes down. So you see, Nigeria is not the only country that held Africa back this year and last year. Angola is included too. And you know one thing about predictions? they almost always never happen as expected. Nigeria GDP was predicted to overtake SA in 2020, it happened in 2014. Nigeria was expected to reach a trillion dollar economy 2019/2020, it's looking less likely to happen. Japan was predicted to to overtake US in GDP, now it's struggling to catch up to China. China was once predicted to hold some of the poorest people on earth, it sounds laughable now. You can hardly find prediction that happens 100% as expected! |
When people talk about how Nigeria's future is all bleak and doom because of petroleum, I was always like "really"? Yes the world is moving towards renewable and clean energy but they still need petroleum, you know why? Petrochemicals! Petroleum is still needed in production of rubbers, gels, fertilizers, synthetics. With polymerization you can produce virtually everything needed for day to day materials; piping, insulation e.t.c. So yes, the world is moving away from using dirty fuels but it will still need petroleum for a very very long time. |
obaaderemi:True words bro. I Keep Praying oil price should continue it's downward trend. And it's not like the core north is poor in resources or the likes, it's blessed too in resources, arable lands e.t.c. but the government just neglects everything. Especially mining sector. Though the government is now paying attention to the mining sector. With the coming online of the gold refinery next year, I hope activities will pick up then. |
. So my Nigerian peeps whadaya think?
