The west is responsible for significant amount of conflicts on the continent either directly or indirectly. TRUE
We are responsible for our problems and should stop blaming the west for all our f*ck ups. TRUE
IMO it's never been a question of OR but AND

discrimination against Russians across EU right now.
Banning the Russian national team from FIFA world cup is slightly understandable, but stopping Russian base teams from participating in UEFA competition because of a war they had no say in and no control over is discrimination at its peak.

SamuelAnyawu:

Bura/Barbur people never supported BH since inception. When BH left Maiduguri into LGAs in Borno around 2013-2014.

Biu peeps barricaded their town and dished out hot instructions that anyone seen supporting BH ideology will be brought out and killed right in their stadium. Fathers were pointing out sons who they discovered had ideologies and members. Brothers were ready to kill brothers with such ideologies.

The Bura people of Southern Borno are like Yorubas. You will see siblings of different religion. (Islam and Christianity). The Bura people saw BH as a Kanuri expansion in Borno. You know previously it was Biu town that peeps expected to become the HQ of Borno state. cool

One of the big flops Shekau did was winning Non-Kanuri towns and making Kanuri’s the Amir(King) of such towns. The non-Kanuri’s in BH felt slighted and started pulling out and selling info to security team. This is why ISWAP is a bit smart to give Shuwa’s and Bunduma’s some leadership role to remain acceptable in all Lake Chad areas.

Another issue is the terrain the only way to access the town is through the roads in and out.you can’t attack through the sides. Shekau tried over 7times to attack, but could not succeed as the locals were giving ng the military 100% support.

Till date Biu is the only town with banks aside Maiduguri here in Borno.
This is politics hiding under religion

Let us see.
Kenya is home to two UN Agency Hqs and is home to virtually all the UN Africa Hq agencies . Nigeria's UN mission answers to Nairobi.
The Second largest American African Mission after the one in Egypt is....
Kenya is the third largest recipient of American aid in Africa after Egypt and Ethiopia, a position it has held for more than a decade.
The Chinese as well as the Japanese have chosen Kenya as their African base(over Nigeria and South Africa).
Nigeria is known , but we know what it is known for even in countries like Indonesia and Malaysia. Kenya is seen in a more positive light.Plus, we win three quarters of all global marathons.Nigeria... even in football, have you won the World Cup??
We host one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and one of the best beaches in the world.
Exactly what does Nigeria have in those areas??
.....and there are more foreign missions in Nigeria than Kenya grin

Foreign Affairs / Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Ibrahimanees: 1:58pm On Mar 14, 2019
So fellow Nigerians. I have a theory. I think I know why Kenyans on this thread just refuse to give up. Attention. Yep you heard that right, they are looking for attention. I saw a Kenyan yesterday on YouTube and he/she? was complaining about how Nigeria and South Africa always overshadow Kenya in Africa. So maybe that's why they are always here on Nigerian matter, taking panadol for our headache. They want attention and it's working. Because I've always assumed Kenya is a state in Tanzania until I discover this thread now I know Kenya is a country, they have counties and not states e.t.c. And they are playing a double game too. Dissing Nigeria and sucking South Africa's d*ick. So I think we should just stop paying attention to them. grin. So my Nigerian peeps whadaya think?
