frumentius: So how much did Abacha loot? When Nigeria cleared her debt with the Paris Club and other debtors, the FinMin Dr Okonjo-Iweala said Nigerian BoPs weren't impacted as the funds came from recovered military dictators' looted funds held abroad in foreign currency.
I just looked at US Treasury restricted accounts: $275m accruing to Nigeria. Not enough to pay for the Tucanos. More important though: this was seized after 2012, so from whom? Not every Nigerian loot is from Abacha. There are ministers, directors, governors, head of different organizations with funds stashed outside Nigerian. Many Nigerians were implicated in Panama papers and the recent one too. (I've forgotten the name). just to know how worse it is, even the current Senate president is in Code of conduct bureau for not declaring his overseas assets and account. Many people talk about how corrupt Nigeria is but to them it's just a statement. They don't live and experience it like Nigerians do. It's quite painful. God just help Nigeria. |

iblawi: By far over $14 billion.
This guy died 20 years ago and we are still receiving looted funds. Even the Paris Club is returning money to Nigeria till date. I think 14b is far fetched. Around 1. Something dollars in Swiss. I don't think the ones is US and UK are up to 5b dollars. |

SupremeCourt: moreover that one billion dollars is not part of the FEC approved statutory defence budget! COMMON SENSE! Which one billion dollars are you talking about? Is it not the recently approved money from ECA? If so then a simple question: who are the signatories of that account? The military do not have the right to walk up to AGF or FMF and demand for money. Though we know it happens when SHE was finance minister. |

SupremeCourt: In a country where common sense is missing from leaders to followers. Lagos and Abuja streets should be filled with protesters for this shameless talk, a fool just released one billion dollars without knowing what it will ve spent for and he said it boldly!
On the details of what new $ 1 billion would be utilised for, the accountant general of the federation told PREMIUM TIMES to direct its inquiries to the appropriate government agency responsible for the exercise – the military.
“I am not part of the military. I am not in the theatre of war. I do not know their needs. The military knows where to apply the money. That is why the question should be directed to them,” he said."
Premiumtimes Decenber 16 2017
Repeat of same crime committed by past FG 2014. If this shameless man paid salary from my tax works as accountant general in a big private company, can he sign release of one billion dollars to company engineers without asking what engineering projects the one billion dollars is meant for? Everywhere I waka go na fool I dey meet, I tire o.
Until senate pass law of death sentence for corruption and life jail for being accomplice to corruption, these financial crimes will kill Nigeria. Meanwhile, na fight we fight for petrol station getting petrol for car to go eat jollof and goat meat at Garki do Xmas. Premium times must be stupid if they think the military will provide him a shopping list. Premium times always overhyping everything. He said he knows the money will be use for military procurements BUT not the details. That's not his job. If the FEC approves one billion dollars for you now, it's not the job of the AGF to ask you what will you use it for. his job is to give you the money. He maintains the federation account but the doesn't control it. Just like a banker who maintains your money but doesn't control it also. COMMON SENSE. |

rdokoye: Support the Biafra movement, and you'll never have to deal with an Igbo person again. Don't you think that'll be most ideal? No point forcing a group of people, that obviously do not like other Nigerians (at least not anymore), to remain in the country.
I remember years ago, when the antagonism was one sided; people would make threads asking silly questions about Igbo people, and Igbo people would simply ignore them. Today, that's no longer the case, now you have Igbo people demeaning other Nigerians. It looks like Igbo folks are tired. This is the most stupid single handedly the most dumbest method of recruitment I have ever seen. From pictures to "Support Biafra" to history lesson. "I remember years ago". |

resurgentxtian4: All Muslims nations can form a coal tAnd fight for Palestine. What is stopping them?
I can’t argue with you anymore. Jerusalem un is the hands of the Israelis so what is the point of all these arguments? Can you help Palestine to retrieve the land, that is the crucial question. Yes yes yes, you are all bravado about Israel kicking the ass of Muslim countries and I pointed out a simple fact and you "I am not arguing again" like I said all your thinking is all about war, not diplomacy. |

resurgentxtian4: Then expect the al Aqsa mosque to be turned to rubbles. I guess it is because of that mosque that all Muslim nations are hyperventilating? You that your thinking is all about war. Israel has never face the Muslim nations, it defeated the Arab nations, countries like Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Indonesia and Malaysia did not partake in those wars. Maybe you should ask Israel what Iran did to it in Lebanon using JUST Hezbollah. |

chymer: This is a non binding resolution.
Its more like a talk shop. There have been many of such against North Korea and Syria. Russia and China vetoed them all.
Syria is still in shambles, and the North Korea is still developing Nuclear capabilities.
So why the fuss about this UN resolution?
Some of us here need to understand about international diplomacy and how the game is been played in UN.
UN can vote all they want, even if its 150:0 America can still veto it and nothing will still happen. this one is non binding, but it paves way for a resolution that will be binding if the UNSC cannot be unanimous, already initiated by Turkey as leader of OIC and Yemen as Leader of Arab league. |

SupremeCourt:
Kekekekekeke Okokobioko !!!
SupremeCourt you wicked o! You have turned all the liars against themselves, I said before that you are all liars here except a few sincere honest guys, the rest of you are self deceiving liars who turn blind eye to truth and market false info to boost your private ego.
The first person that shouted Nigeria must never buy T-72 again is Ibrahimanees and he is one of those now attacking me for demanding T-90. The moment he saw me come online ask for T-90 he stopped talking against T-72, he now says we dont give a fvck what tank Nigeria buys. Shameless liars you guys are, you are all what I said, hypocrites. See his comment below.
Patches now defending T-72 for Nigeria, go back 500 pages here and see how same Patches called T-72 a very bad tank and insulted Nigerian T-72, but now SupremeCourt calls for T-90, Pateches began defending T-72 that he condemned before. Hypocrite!
The South Africans quickly teamed up to join the foolish Nigerians to praise T-72 asking Nigeria to buy more second hand tank that cooks up its occupants to ashes. See South Africans shouting new Leopard tank for SANDF, but second hand T-72 for Nigeria 2018, and all the Nigerian fools said amen. Traitors, you should all be jailed, you prefer Nigeria to be destroyed just to say SupremeCourt is wrong, your ego is bigger than your fatherland, you are a fool.
Andrewza attacked T-90 calling it T-72. I said Algerian army generals will be fools for buying T-90 when they have T-72. The Algerian1 guy here launched attack back at Andrewza for reducing his T-90 to T-72 low class. Ah! SupremeCourt you wicked o, see how you have made mafia turn against mafia and mugu turn against maga! When I tell you truth you say I am wrong, now you see how you are fighting yourselves for telling lies to each other now?
Fools all of you, except a few sincere guys here who may be making honest human mistake and misled by the evil gang to reject T-90 for Nigeria, I know you the patriotic ones here, the other guys are hypocrites that can kill Nigeria to boost their personal ego. Traitors, you should all be in jail with Dasuki ATM for reducing Nigerian military from bulldog to pussy cat. God see painment. So my post was eating at you you have to go through all my posts looking and plotting on how to reply me. Yep I don't want more T72. Maybe u should go back through all the posts again and you will find that no where did I say I am in support of T72 over T90. What I said was you guys are derailing the thread with arguments about Nigeria while there are people from different countries here. And I also point out how stupid and self centered you are. I am at home come and beat me. |
