In Mombasa we have several private CFS - that store containers - and get paid - storage fee - and are under tight security from gov.

You can continue building ports - but they will remain inefficient - and Africa worst like everything Nigeria - until you start engaging your brains.

Apapa port in Lagos has an install capacity of 1.2million teu per year. Handles 25million tons of cargo per year.
What is that of Mombasa?

If your government can do the same, maybe yours will be written off too. If not, prepare to build another port because China is coming for Mombasa port. (or you can use Tanzania's port for a fee).
