Yes you can, its best to use Delta airline though.

Prisscindy:
Hi,

Can travellers with B1/B2 visa travel to the US now?

Saw that some airlines won't carry them so I was wondering

wooow you actually sent someone a mail, I do hope the person ignores you just as you ignored me.

You stated in the give birth group that you got your visa, and I asked you to share the transcript but you didnt reply....fair enough, its your prerogative.

Then I sent a mail and you ignored too

But you now come here to send someone a mail asking for information too is just what is killing Nigeria.....sooo self centered

Goodmorning,Congratulations. Please where you issued a slip? i tried sending you an email. Please kindly reply me or call me. My contact is on my profile. I couldnt find yours

Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by ibukunpops(f): 2:45pm On Mar 24, 2021
Yes you need to do a Covid test 72hrs before leaving the UK.

Then pay for the second test online, after you receive the result of the one done, you will need to print the travel permit generated and board the flight with it.

This talks about expansion of the interview waiver for those already qualified.
Nigerians do not qualify since it was cancelled some years back, the news will be that we now qualify and not an expansion

Hello everyone, i asked a question some days back but didnt get responses.

I will be very glad if you can share your opinion.

Is it ok to just submit a personal bank statement showing salaries from one's company?
(like an entrepreneur)

Or should the statement of account of the company be submitted too during the application?
If its not submitted, does it matter?

Pls send your inputs.

Thank you

Good evening,

Need your clarification on something.

Is it necessary for someone that has a company to submit the bank statement of the business when he is already submitting a personal bank statement that shows salary payment from the company?

Please note that he will be submitting CAC docs and other relevant docs that shows he is the owner of the company.

Will appreciate your response and inputs.

Thank you.

Hello Irene, I will suggest you get the new place before she applies, considering the two previous refusals, its best to have a clean application this time. I dont think a shared house might be very comfortable for you, hubby, her and the new baby (to the VO) so its best you get the new place before applying...imo
She can apply early March and get her visa in 2 to 3 weeks, the most is to pay for walk in appointment if you dont get a close date after submission
All the best

Thank you so much Ace, for your contributions thus far, I appreciate you.. wooooow i never knew one could write omugwo. I would take all you have said into consideration.

giselle237:

Each applicant even a 1 hour old baby will need a passport of their own and ofcourse an application form. U can apply for the 2 years visa for urself

Check for the guidelines if ur child will need a uk visa as an american on www.gov.uk

Ehimeomo:

Ok. Thanks, I appreciate.

Your child who is a US Citizen doesn't need to apply for Visa to the UK, that's one of the pecks of been a US Citizen, just buy her return ticket and she is good to go smiley

You can apply for 2yrs visa or even 5yrs visa, just ensure your documents are adequate enough.

All the best

Like it has been stated already, please apply to UK first, travel there and go to Nairobi/Rwanda/Addis Ababa on the same visit, then wait for about 6-8 months before applying for the US

The US is now keen on travel history, so if you are asked it will be better to say, we have been to Dubai, Nairobi/Addis Ababa and London, rather than just Dubai alone.

You stand a good chance with UK if you submit the right documents and dont have a complicated bank statement.

Al the best!

When you guys say don't use agent, it is very annoying sometimes.
Not everyone has the time to sit and read hundreds of pages on a thread
There are agents that are well traveled and know their onions, not every agent is a quack so to say

Why not "if you have to use an an agent, ensure they are credible'

Alot of people have gotten Visa denials when they dont know exactly how/what they are meant to state on the forms or the appropriate supporting documents to upload/submit to give them a better chance with the VO.

I know people that chose VI only to realize they had to pay more or even chose the wrong type of appointment and had no choice than to pay for them at TLS.

Please you guys should be gentle on the 'dont use agents'

Thank you.

carnal:
modify and remove that figure please, this is a public forum.I can advice you and your wife apply for u.k visa between now and June if you have the fund, you can chose appropriate interview date at u.s embassy say September/October, having a u.k visa might boost your chances.the VO wont ask to see any documents, also read these thread from beginning to learn more.If any challenge we are here to assist, don't use any agent o

Explain on the extra information part of the form and also on the cover letter

Provide more proof than invoices, maybe like the screenshot of IG page if you have an active one, email/chat correspondences with people buying from you, documents from the delivery company you use to send goods to your customers, just things to show it is a genuine business and not audio one lol.

I know someone that runs her business with her personal account and she got the Visa.

All the best

Good evening great people.....I have uploaded my account statement today and I have an important question..
I have a bank account where I received my monthly salary.
I also carry out a lot of business transaction on that account .My business is not registered neither but I have a business where buying and selling take place regularly..
How do I explain this situation .I have invoices of goods I buy from online transaction which is clearly shown on my statement of account and also my invoice which I use as receipt..
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by ibukunpops(f): 7:51pm On Dec 03, 2019
I dont think you should reduce your monthly expenses, rather provide the proof of the additional income and a letter explaining you can afford the trip with your stated additional income which should be proplerly documented.

obiz0819:
Good Afternoon, my visa application was refused sometime in August this year based on the fact that my budget was more than my income.

I would like to make a reapplication this month but I kindly need your inputs on the following:

1. Would it be Ok to reduce my stated expenditure in this new application? In my last application, I stated that I spend 70k per month, leaving me with a disposable income of 130K so I want to state that I spend 40k/Month so my planned budget could be 320k for 5 days trip

2. I previously stated that I had additional income but I did not provide evidence for that. Tho the ECO didn't query my lack of evidence, I want to state now that I don't have an additional source of income in this new application, would this be fine?

@Justwise and others please help out with your thoughts.

Thanks
Travel / Re: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by ibukunpops(f): 7:23am On Oct 23, 2019
You can apply as a family if you have had several family travel history together, otherwise you need to apply alone so they can be your family tie.

You still need to have travel history to recognized countries yourself before you can even apply alone.

I will suggest you apply to the UK first if you havent already (based on the SA you mentioned) then Schengen and finally US.

Also be sure to fill the same information previously filled in your past 3 applications else.......

All the best!

Well it depends on how good she has been

I have travelled at 36weeks before and 37weeks, though I flew Delta and there was no need of any report.

I will suggest you call the airline and be clear of their own rules for preggy as different airlines have different policies.

Also Delta airline is around 325,000 now, you might want to check that out as you wont need any medical report nor fit to fly.

All the best!

Hi good people. I and my wife are travelling to the US on an immigrant Visa. My wife is currently pregnant. She is at 33 weeks and we are travelling around when she is 35 or 36. We plan to take Royal air maroc. Now my questions are:
1. Do we need to get medical fit to fly certificate? If yes, where do we get it
2. Any one ever used this airline as a pregnant woman, share your experience. Thanks all

I had my daughter in September 2017 and I used the self pay package. All bills were paid but I didn’t get an itemized receipt and zero balance confirmation.
