Law and order |
Soldiers issued a statement claiming the deaths occurred during a battle with sea pirates. Now I see accusations and counter accusations. We can't take away the fact that the two soldiers that died is either someone's father, uncle, brother, son. My concerns are 1. If the sea pirates were there to steal electoral materials, how will they return it. To who? Assuming its returned. Must they consider it. 2. Why do soldiers pay for this carelessness. If I were a youth activist in Rivers State, I ll mobilise all citizens to stay indoor tommorrow,. Let Wike and Amaechi vote on behalf of all Rivers people. Winning doesn't worth anyone's life |
Your own is even small. The one that shocked me most was what I saw during my trip to Abu Abia state. Soldiers even collect bribes from motorists. Police collect too. Police take N20 while soldiers take N50. All vehicles and Keke pay this routine dues the number of times you ply the route. I kept wondering. Huh even soldiers again! That's how rotten this country is. All the security agencies, EFCC, police, customs, VIO, FRSC. They are all the same |

The kind of hatred APC Is breading in Rivers State just to win election is alarming. Sadly when the eggs they are laying begins to hatch, two things are bound to happen 1. It's innocent citizens that will pay with their blood 2. they will be quick to blame Wike for the death and violence nah wah o. Winning election is not a do or die affair now. These guys should just give peace a chance.. Assembling APC in the house to help Amaechi impeach Wike is where all this is revolving around. Its not worth the life of innocent citizens abeg |
Amaechi how come you don't understand the cause of epileptic power supply in Nigeria and you all dead brain could offer you is how to criticise the the previous administration. But wait o. Where exactly are you touring? Rivers State? I won't be surprised if you are thinking that Wike is the cause of epileptic power supply in Nigeria. It's shameful that after 6months of your appointment your still touring to understand #BrainDeadLeaders |
Crude oil is the only thing keeping this country together. I pray they find oil and gas in the North. They can advocate for secession themselves. If the crude oil in the south south was originally in the North, I cant imagine how they would have treated other citizens. Maybe, they may have disintegrated a very long time ago. |

Fynestboi: I think Aysucess99 did a great and even a better job as a single debater. This is the first time I am following a debate on nairaland because I always felt it was just student stuff. But this debate showcased brilliance and exceptional articulation I dont know what the rules are but what ever they are, I consider it an unfair rule disqualifying such brilliant performance because of the absence of his partner. The guy raised alot of unrebutted facts, outclassed the opposition with the numbers of convincing points. Why put him on the contest in the first place.? Why waist his time, mb and energy knowing you were going to disqualify him? He has shown true spirit of sports manship in his closing remark but that doesn't take away the dissatisfaction someone like me feels. Una no try abeg. That said, kudos to organisers of the debate for bringing together good brains |
[quote author=Tokt post=43744469] 1) Amaechi never contested so the phrase his election made no sense. 2) His party lost because shepopotamus who was supposed to be beside her husband in bayelsa voting was in Ph, directing and supervising all the irregularities and fraud that happened. Fortunately, she is no more. [/quoteI see so many DeadBrainApcTaniods loitering the streets ] |
Can we partake Modified Aysucess I give kudos to your approach to this debate with a sound and comprehensive approach. Your argument shows clearly that you have proper understanding of the subject. The subject is "The government is solely responsible for the high unemployment rate in Nigeria" Unlike the respondents, you showed clearly that responsibility here is not only about providing employment opportunities but creating an enabling environment for would be investors or entrepreneurs to properly engage their businesses themselves and other unemployed. This has not been countered by the opposition. Let me also lend my opinion here by stating that we have had great men in this country like Gani fahwemi graduated with pass and reaching admirable heights in their career. Emphasis on grades against creative skills, self motivation is one poor orientation limiting the capabilities of employable youths |
Please don't scare my wife. I dont know why she prefers to fly Airpeace. After this news, she ll be flying with her heart in her mouth. |

Phame: I totally agree with your comment. Nothing happened in Agatu people. Its all lies. I also pray that your village and your entire generation will experience the same thing that happened in Agatu which you call lies. May your people cry out for help and the world will brand them liars |
