There are routers to take care of that. Not all websites will be accessible on the free WiFi and surely device bandwidth will be capped. Torrents and downloads won't be possible.
Instead, users of these free WiFi should be careful what they use it for as it will be an open Hotspot where all usage activities can be seen by the admin.

Free WiFi can't work in naija. Trust Lagosians to start downloading all the Netflix movies they can download, update all the 'updateable' on there laptops... before you know it, the thing go crash

I pay over 5k every month for my flat. For house wey I dey commot for morning dey com back for night. And when I come back in the night, usually there is no light. Yet I have been paying this monthly estimation consistently. Give us prepaid meter, they won't. I don't even mind paying the increased tariff if I have a prepaid meter . My kaysy, please I need you to read this. I want to apply for DE, I attended Petroleum training institute, PTI Warri way back in 2004 for ND and went for HND in 2010. PTI doesn't require jamb exam as a prerequisite because it has its own exam for admission. I went for NYSC in 2011 and there was no need for jamb number then. Now I need to apply for DE and I need jamb number. Do I need regularisation? If I do will I do it for my ND or the HND. Please respond as soon as you can sir
