My opinion, since naija changed from universal banking to pure commercial banking (DMB), banking revenue has declined. Also, since the introduction of those 3 letters policies (TSA, BVN), banking activities especially frauds and illegal money transfer has been reduced. Hence, the adverse effect on some banks especially those that rely mostly on foreign transactions.
