''If the United states citizens decide to be bombing the USA everyday and ready to die, there is nothing Obama can do about it. The only thing he can do is to urge citizens to report bad people. If citizens refuse to report evil people then there is nothing anyone can do.
Here in the USA in Chicago to be precise more than 10 people are killed everyday and that's the same thing. I am only worried that this is Abuja.
“There are people in power in certain parts of the country, leaders, who quite genuinely and authoritatively hate and cannot tolerate any religion outside their own,”
“When you combine that with the ambitions of a number of people who believe they are divinely endowed to rule the country and who… believe that their religion is above whatever else binds the entire nation together, and somehow the power appears to slip from their hands, then they resort to the most extreme measures.
“Youths who have been indoctrinated right from infancy can be used, and who have been used, again and again to create mayhem in the country”

eunisam: They is no tricle down effect in Nigerian development. What happens to poverty? What happend to unemployment? The GP rise should reflect on unemployment and poverty. My friend with a 7.4% rise in GDP annually u dnt expect a massive Improvement in those areas you mentioned. Although paid jobs are getting more difficult to come by these days but people are now getting self employed, going into acting and entertainment and this also accounts for the rise in GDP. Remember the article says Nigeria is now second largest in d entertainment industry. |

QMark: We have not captured Nigeria market, but busy capturing Eastern & Southern African markets. Or why are we still being referred to as a consumer nation? Until we start producing more than we consume, we have no business capturing other markets when Nigeria is starving of "QUALITY" made in Nigeria products.
Take out the Chinese, Indians & Lebanese from this country & we are dead. An average Nigerian doesn't see opportunities in manufacturing, as the profit doesn't come as fast as Music, Politics & Yahoo Yahoo.
All thanks to our brothers in the Eastern Nigeria for their efforts. How many made in Nigeria goods have u bought? With Nigerians and their high big mouth and high taste mentality. No one likes identifying with made in Nigeria goods. For eg c how pple are running down Innoson motors Well it is said dat a prophet is nt recognised in his home land. If Eastern and Southern Africa appreciate our goods, let them have them. |

naijanoni: Onazi and babatunde would still be 23 by august 2016.Both Onazi and babatunde's 24th birthdays would come up on Dec 2016. So both would still be eligible. But chances of them featuring is just about 10% Meaning they were born in 1992. CAF regulations on the next U23 says only players born on or after January 1st 1993 would be eligible. |

kingingkinging: It is always difficult to give a loaded question and expect a blancket answer. Questions are always relative and answers too are relative.
What Mr A will call a bad salary; Mr B may accept. I have seen people who were ready to work without salary just to garner the relevant years of experience for better opportunity.
However, if we want to pick an average salary, I think N60,000 for a start is not too bad. With that you can: 1. Pay your T. fare=N15,000 a month (highest) 2. Pay your tithe=N6000 3. Feed yourself=N18,000 @N600 per day 4. Cloth yourself=N5000 @ N2,500 per shirt (avg) 5. Save remaining N16,000 for future use eg writing of professional exams, etc. Wont u pay house rent? Wont u drop for ur parents? Wont u take care of ur babe? Won't u drop some thing for u siblings or nephew or nice in school? What of Church contributions (aside tithe)? What of recharge cards for Data bundle and phone calls? What of pay tv subscription? Abi na viewing centre u go dey sleep? What of entertainment of ur visitors? U no go take one or two bottles? |

It is statistics like these that make APC feel dat d SEners have little efect in the equation of d presidential election. They always forget dat atleast 30% of dat SW figure are Igbos.Atleast 30% of d SS population are Igbos. U need to know d population of Igbos in NC particularly Abuja and Jos. For NW nobody needs to tell u abt d high presence of Igbos particularly Kano and Kaduna. For NE BH activities have driven a large number of Igbos away, however dey are still in areas like Bauchi and Adamawa.
The election results will swing in d favour of who ever d Igbos throw their support for.If Buhari wants to b president he needs to seek how to win over d Igbos. |
