At your dashboard, go t o account setting, click on Add new payment method, follow the prompt and make sure you select A NON US CITIZEN at the tax page, complete the settings and save. Let’s know if it works N.B; Non-US are not required to fill tax form

You should be able to link GTB card to Nigeria paypal. likely error; ensure you have fund in your account at the time of linking it at least #2k. but for barter card log on to https://getbarter.co to register an account, you can fund your card with your naira master, visa or verve card.
