Yes, age of domain, similar domain names sold, keyword in the domain, search volume, cost per click (CPC), just to mention a few. With experience, everything automated tools can do, you can also do it manually really. Sedo, Afternic, etc provide manual appraisal of domain names. If you are so sure of a domain name, get Afternic manual appraisal for about $25 per domain and use the certificate to promote and sell it.

In domaining, everything and anything is possible. If someone had told you that in year 2021 that CartASAP/com will be available for a Nigerian to register, would you have believed? God can keep a premium domain name for someone for his or her pay day, you never can tell!

"Rank and Sell" is not really for authority sites but niche sites which allow you to get paid for displayed adverts. It's still okay for $10,000 or less website sale. I usually target 52 articles per site with the assumption of at least one article per week in a year's target before sale.

Do you mean sales conversion rate? A site that is making money online with high-quality content will always sell. So, conversion rate is above 95 percent. However, some specific markets sell faster than the others e.g. weight loss, fitness, personal development, etc.

Personally, it's a suicidal way of doing business from Nigeria. Jettison the idea of using Nigeria number to make calls except you've existing online business clout and footprints which I do as a last resort especially when I want to make a strong and superior statement.

But then it isn't impossible to see someone that has learnt extensively and is still getting inconsistent results.

Good morning, great ones! There's something bothering my mind and I was hoping someone here may be able to share some useful insights.

What's the longest time that could be considered "normal" to not get a positive response from outbound, even when offering massive discounts? I think what I'm experiencing right now might not be normal.

The last sale that I could easily trace to outbound marketing was around early to mid May. One of my two sales since then was a Geo and it sold unexpectedly at Afternic, even though no one took the discounted offer I had made several weeks before then.

Even changing to a new email address (outbound wise) hasn't seemed to improve anything. What could wrong, anyone?

You should take note that the type of domain that will sell is not certain. No amount of prediction or mathematical calculation will get it right. So, I encourage fellow domain flippers to start an online business.

Whatsapp.com was bought in 2014 by Facebook.com because it's a business. Domain flipping is not a business that will guarantee steady sales until you've large portfolio size with optimum quality domain names with a mix of geo, keyword plus strong prefix/suffix, brandable, EMD, product or service domain names. In a sense, domain investing can be a number's game.
