Yes, you're very correct from my experience. But this is what I do. If a potential lead is suspicious and mentions that I should have used custom email ID, I'll simply reply him with gmail ID. "Hey, thanks for your honest observation. I prefer gmail ID because it has higher rate of delivery. But if using custom email will make you to trust, believe and buy this domain name, I'm sending you a mail from my custom email ID right away. Thanks once again for being open with me."

The first thing for you to do is to study and understand inside out what niche market and specific business he is doing (i.e. digital solutions for the window and door market, including a pricing configurator which I need to start selling out).

First, identify Google PPC (pay per click) advertisers for this keyword phrase using a known software like SpyFu.com

Second, send a mail to them explaining how they can optimize the domain name and start getting free targeted traffic from Google search engine without paying for clicks. Let them know that the average monthly search volume in the US alone for the search query is between 1,000 and 10,000 and CPC (cost per click) is between $1.87 and $6.86. Mind you, I just checked it out using the free Google Keyword Planner tool and I've attached a screenshot of what I did.

If you've above 5 PPC advertisers who have been consistent with their advertising for more than 4 weeks, you'll sell that domain name.

But your prepaid Africard must be denominated in dollars to receive dollars. If it is prepaid naira Africard, you can only receive in naira if I am not mistaken. So, make sure it is prepaid dollar account you got from UBA.

If you lift your limit with PayPal, you've no ceiling on how much you can receive daily. PayPal is in the business of making money from PayPal fees and charges. The more you receive, the more they earn from their services. But make sure sources of receipts are not questionable after lifting your limit.

Removing PayPal limit can be done with a bank account info. With Nigeria bank accounts, it's difficult to do it because of bureaucratic bottlenecks associated with Nigeria banking system.

To receive money from affiliate programs, simply input your PayPal email address in the paying section of each affiliate program.
