Before buying the device, I read a thread about how I can use bb subscription to browse on this device which I tried but I was unable to get through.. The phone is new and its not rooted yet.. kasshoggi: Your kegel muscles are the ones which control urine flow. When you pee to a point, you notice they then come in spurts(start and stop etc). That's your kegels. To strengthen them, you're peeing and try to hold your urine for 8 seconds, release the urine, start again. You can also do it anywhere where you'll just assune you're peeing. Then do the stop start technique. All the best

Sams' teach your self visual basic in 24 hrs is another good book. http://www.informit.com/library/library.aspx?b=STY_VB6_24hours
If you successfully work with the Sams' book, you should be able to write a visual basic application up to an intermediate level.
