I will suggest when you introduce these dishes you should also give credit to the originators of the food. Before people start claiming things they didn't invent. Building parking or loading bays for trucks is different from building a runway of 3KM to withstand stresses of 70 tonnes or more. Nigerian government is spending 64 billion to build the second runway of Abuja International Airport. Delta State government spent over 20 billion to build just the runway at Asaba Airport which had to be re-awarded to Setraco.

Anambra that has a yearly revenue of 97 billion is allocating 6 billion to build what exactly? Roads to an airport they do not have money for? Obiano to me is a poor administrator. You are very wrong , nwokem. First of all, Anambra can afford to build two aircraft runways if we plan and cut excessive spending. With local labor , engineers and frugality it can easily done. Most of the contract money goes to not the equipment and raw materials, but on company personnel who make outrageous amount of salary. Some JB engineers make 1 mil monthly in a poor country like Nigeria.

This picture holds the key to portable water supply to every home in the state. It does not look like much, but it has all the ingredients used abroad to supply water to every community. 1. a small overhead tank, a small office were the pumps used to fill the tank are located and about 2 or 3 deep boreholes on the land to feed the water tank.

If the authorities can liase with President-Generals of town unions to replicate this type of small-town water works in every community. It will be fantastic!
The people will pay a token each month to maintain the facility and perhaps the solar panel used to pump water from the boreholes into the overhead tank every day.

The station has the capacity to supply Umuoji , Uke, Ojoto ,Oba , Abatete and even Nkpor agu but what has Obiano done. Even the community high school fence at Ire Umuoji is being rebuilt by the town unions. This very land at Abidi, Umuoji where the project is located is sitting on a confluence of large body of water.
