Seems Halimatu Ayinde is a Basketballer o, this your Midfield shoke!

Yewande B, Michelle A, Glory O, Blessing D, Rofiat I, Ashleigh P, Christy U, Onyi E, Tony P, Deborah A, Esther O, Ifeoma O, Gift M … are all debuting in their first World Cup, Only Yewande and Onumonu are 29yrs and above..
The purported number one team in the tournament had 14 debutants, bro. US went to Australia to win the cup not to fan the glory of yesteryears.

Ireland coach: Zambia Has Exposed Super Falcons To Us

Ireland Women’s national team coach Vera Pauw says his players now have an idea on how to tackle the Super Falcons, as he expressed his delight with the run-out against Zambia in a pre-Women's World Cup tune-up, reports BSNSports.com.ng.

Speaking after Ireland’s 3-2 defeat of Zambia at Dublin’s Tallaght Stadium on Thursday evening, Pauw said the Copper Queens offered a similar challenge to Group B opponents Nigeria.
“We know what it is to play an African team now,” the former South Africa coach said.

“You will never get this against a European team, this style of play, physical pressure, pressure that constantly goes over you in power and pace.

“That sort of play you will not get.”
He does not need any preparatory match with any African team to knockdown Nigerian Falcons. All he needs to do is take a look at the tired legs Nigeria brough to Australia.

Yes She started as an attacker but finally settled down as a Defender which she has been doing till date. I think injuries also played his path too cause she was released by Madrid CFF after recovering from a Long term injury and with her contract out, came back to Nigeria before she finally signed for the Israel Clubside she currently playing for.

Just hope she play her way back to a Top Club/League side as she possesses a lot of qualities of a good Defender.
In bold are part of the sporting business. Professional teams are not patient enough to wait an injured players to recover. This is juncture where national teams come help. She is very young and should have been included.

Okay ooo
Deltaman,

I must say it is very refreshing to read from you. Nigerians need to look beyond the bridge of their noses in order to grow. USWNT went to Australia with 14 debutants. Yet, Nigerian women team is loaded with fat and tired legs.

WHERE DID CHIDINMA OKEKE GET IT WRONGhuh

Chidinma Nkeruka Okeke (22yrs) Hapoel Beer Sheva FC, ISRAEL 🇮🇱

Okeke is a physically strong defender known for her speed, technique and offensive capabilities. She can play as a full-back or Center Back although she usually plays on the right. She has good dribbling skill and is noted for her involvement in counter-attacks by making crosses or long passes, a defender that showed her defensive ability and attacking flair by producing a genius performance when she replaced Faith Michael for Nigeria against Norway in their first game of the FIFA Women's World Cup. Her physique enables her to perform well in aerial duels and 1v1 situations.

Chidinma Okeke started her career in soccer as an attacker. She did not get anything wrong however Nigeria did. Nigerian football authorities hire football agents as coaches.

I guess you will sing a different tune when the Falcons are knocked out at the group stage. We have seen coach's choice over and over in Nigeria. The Falcon's backfield barely survived the Haitian squad.

To say the truth, the biggest historical sin of the Yorubas is the swiftness in which we quickly accepted the Igbos back and make them too comfortable in SW after the war. If anything like war happen again, I don't think the Yorubas will be so stupid again.

Soludo has demolished 100s of houses in Anambra but that is not a problem... The problem is that Sanwo-Olu can not do the same thing in Lagos because we have some persons that are impossible to please here. Yet they have blamed Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu for all the building collapse we have had in recent years.
I guess the stupidest blunder was the swiftness in which Yoruba joined northern region of Nigeria in the fight to bring Biafra back to Nigeria.

Normally,I'm a critic of Randy, but with regards to this list, he tried..it's an okay list... The problem with some Nigerian football fans is that they don't follow our national teams well.. most are probably unaware of Okobi situation at her club and the fact that she hardly starts for the super Falco anymore... Not to talk about that interview she gave about Randy last year... I saw someone commenting that Macleans should have made the squad and I pointed out that she got her chance at the last WAFCON but didn't impress, oga said she wasn't invited for the WAFCON, I just SMH
The list looks like a group stage dropout. It is heavy on the tired legs. I watch Falcon's preparatory match with Haiti, it showed Nigeria had woods at the back field.

I've been a critic of Randy but in this Okobi issue, I support her exclusion 100%.

1. That interview was wrong.

2. There is nobody in that team that doesn't deserve her spot except Deborah Abiodun (arguable)

3. Okobi has not really been exceptional for her club.

finito
One of the reasons Nigeria is a backwater. Nigerians have been forced to swallow craps hence multiple replications of bad leadership. I guess the chase for excellence calls for merit.

I have been a huge fan of Okobi, somehow I still am. But it's high time we start tackling this kind of behavior. Okobi will never do this in her club. It's only with the NTs where hierarchy has been destroyed. That's where they feel comfortable doing it.

I don't have any problem if pundits criticize Randy for removing her if the reason was not indiscipline.
Well, the so-called Randy is a college coach not a club coach.

Apart from that one good move, dude has been killing the game. He's too individualistic. His first instinct is to dribble, and even when he has the option to pass, he chooses to dribble. Not a team player.
Every dumbass Nigerian attacker is an individualistic player. The sickness of individualism must be cured if Nigerian football teams are to enjoy championship in future. The worst players on the U20 team in Argentina were #15, #19, #14 and #17. These dumb players would not have been selected if I had to contribute officially.

Niger Delta remember history ooh! Igbo people think say dem wise.

My Niger Delta people, remember how Igbos brought Biafra by force to our land and killed our fathers, mothers, children and relatives just because we decided to be Niger Deltans and not Biafra.

Today these Biafran people want to be President of Nigeria, this is very risky for Niger Deltans. What will these Igbo Biafra Peter Obi do to us this timehuh Will they cause another war in Nigeria?

Niger Delta must remember history and avoid these igbos who call us betrayers. They can never be trusted.

*This is written by Eze Uba*

If only any of the Igbo states had access to the coast. As Igboland is totally landlocked, it will mean biafra will be surrounded by Nigerian territory, which is a worse proposition than the status quo. Any attempt to force any of the current South South states to join biafra (for access to the coast) will spell the end of that enterprise, as Nigeria will never allow that. Besides, who forces others into a union while crying that you're trying to break free from a forced union yourself? That is the irony and dilemma of biafra…
