I got this post from a Facebook friend and I decided to post this for awareness, especially in this trying economy in Nigeria. Banks are now using their ATM machines to defraud innocent Nigerians of their hard earn money. Great people if you are like me, you do not count your money when you withdraw from the ATM; I ask you to repent oohhh. Last night and this morning I had a very funny experience at the ATM and when I approached the bank in question the securities began to act ask me if I know how to use ATM. Just there a lady tried to withdraw N20000 and we insisted on counting we saw N10500. Another man came and we asked him to count, he felt angry we would ask him to do that but reluctantly he did and 31 pieces were missing. He was so shocked he screamed what is happening here. We entered the bank to complain and I dare say it was not just ATM failing someone was failing in character too. We all agreed we don't count cash when we withdraw from ATM and am thinking; how many people have used that machine without noticing. After speaking English without a convincing explanation our cash were refunded. This is not a case of debit without payment ooh. I really pressed to get the gist the had as explanation and sincerely till tomorrow I will say someone knew what was going on and had the guts to ask me if I don't make mistakes. So people just confirm before you leave the ATM or you will begin to suspect people around you when you notice later on. I asked the last man what he would have done if he noticed it at home and his response was; "I will never suspect the ATM". For me initially I thought I had misplaced the money and the other lady you will not like to hear what she told me came to her mind. Picture that you sent someone to the ATM would you have believed such story? Just confirm your cash because we are having either machine integrity or people integrity problem or both. OP Tell your sister to resume her wife role. Too much of Social Media is a big problem in marriage and relationship. |
My friend..some of us have heard from both side...that is from the commissioner of work, he said the demolition was for road construction, but finding reveals that they want to make the place either car park or just leave it. I think the Governor does not want any mud house near his mansion. BUT what he should have done was to compensate them well or better still give them like a month or two months notice. BUT hell no. They gave them just like a week or two which is very bad. Nobody hate Udom Emmanuel..but what is bad is bad. Take a look of the house. The road construction has been completed. so why the demolition of the poor man's house? wheredemdey: |
That is the question many are asking. Wizzyblack3: |
Harvest of Tears and Lamentation as Gov. Udom Orders Demolition of a House Belonging to 90 Years Old Man It was a heart-rending sight to behold when a Caterpillar supervised by military men pulled down a thatched house belonging to a 90 years old man in Awa iIman, the country home of Governor Udom Emmanuel. According to information sent in by one of Guide Newspaper’s citizen reporter, the thatched house belonging to the 90 year old man was pulled down to provide an expanse of land for the construction of a Visitor’s parking lot for the newly constructed mansion of the Governor in his hometown. It was gathered that the 90year old man who has been crying over the loss of his house is now putting up on the veranda of one of a Pentecostal Church in Awa iman in Onna Local Government. From the Pictures...The White House There is Governor Udom Emmanuel Mansion. Now How does the house affect an already constructed road ? Congratulations....and Thank God God will give you the needed wisdom |
Mr. Man, you need to consult an expert who will come and inspect your half plus, then he or she will advice you..You better not TAKE comments here as your final. If you so love 5-bedrooms, look for professional help. On my own assessment half plot will be too tight for the house and 2 cars as you proposed. Person like me...I like good landscaping for ventilation and relaxation. I would rather go and 4 bedroom or 3 bedroom all en-suites |
Leicester City have won the Premier League title in one of the greatest sporting stories of all time. Tottenham’s 2-2 draw at Chelsea on Monday confirmed a stunning achievement for Claudio Ranieri’s Leicester started the campaign as 5,000-1 outsiders for the title after almost being relegated last season. But they have lost just three league games in what has been described as a “fairytale” and the “most unlikely triumph in the history of team sport”. Closest challengers Spurs, Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and last year’s champions Chelsea, have all failed to match the Foxes’ consistency across the season. “In terms of domestic football, Leicester City winning the Premier League is the greatest achievement ever and I think it will never be surpassed,” former Leicester midfielder Robbie Savage told BBC Sport. “It is incredible. This is a turning point in Premier League history.” After Leicester drew 1-1 at Manchester United on Sunday, Tottenham needed to win all three of their remaining league games to catch the Foxes. But their title hopes were ended when they squandered a 2-0 lead to only draw at London rivals Chelsea. Match of the Day pundit and former Newcastle United, Blackburn Rovers and England striker Alan Shearer said Leicester’s achievement was “the biggest thing ever in football”. Shearer, who won the Premier League in 1995 with underdogs Blackburn, told BBC Sport: “For a team like Leicester to come and take the giants on with their wealth and experience – not only take them on but to beat them – I think it’s the biggest thing to happen in football.” Gianni Infantino, president of football’s world governing body Fifa, said Leicester’s “beautiful story” was a “fairytale”. Sports data analysts say Leicester are set for a potential £150m boost for winning the title, coming from Premier League prize money, Champions League participation cash, and increased match-day revenues from ticket and hospitality sales. If Leicester City Clinch the Premier League title on Sunday, this fan will see her £2 bet become £10,000. A Leicester City fan is keeping her fingers crossed her team can clinch the Premier League title on Sunday - so she can cash in a £10,000 winning bet. It seemed the unlikeliest bet in football before the start of the season when Karishma Kapoor decided to put £2 on last season's relegation strugglers to top the league this time around, at odds of 5,000-1. But the foxes are now just three points from clinching the title, and will be crowned champions as early as Sunday if they defeat Manchester United. Karishma told Sky News her whole family are big Leicester fans, and she thought a £1 bet for her, and another £1 for her aunty, were worth a punt. "It's been very tense and we have all been on edge waiting to see if they can do it," said Karishma. "My family have stayed optimistic and so have I. We just believe. Foxes believe." If Leicester City do get the three points they need to clinch the title, Karishma says she will go on holiday, and help her brother watch Champions League matches next season. Several Foxes fans have been offered the chance to cash out early by bookmakers. Last month, a punter who had a £50 bet on Leicester to win - also at odds of 5,000/1 - decided to take home a record-breaking £72,000 offer, even though they could have been in line to collect £250,000. Other bettors have held firm, remaining determined their team will win the league. Source: http://www.enrichnaija.com/incredible-leicester-city-fan-set-to-cash-in-on-5000-1-bet/

Hmmmm This is the time, We really need to rise and look beyond oil. We need to look into other areas, like agriculture, tourism, mining etc. Use the remaining money to build atleast one (1) refinery. |
Madam Linda, I know you are trying to stop violent against women, but this your letter, dont you think you are on the way of rubbishing Wizkid career, Image? anyways this is what we young men should try and avoid. Abusing in public and threatening word is NOT good. because at times we may not go away with it. |
