Politics › Has The New Electricity Tarrif Been Officially Effected by idupaul(op): 12:36pm On Mar 10, 2016
My recent prepaid recharges shows that despite the National Assembly instructing discos to hold back on the increment they still went ahead to increase the tarrif by almost 50 percent and worse is that they still charge 750 naira as a service charge even though Fashola said this would be removed when the new tariffs take effect ... see attached below my most recent recharge and notice how the new tariff is being run side by side with the 750 service charge and a another tax of 440 naira despite the senate resolution barring them and very poor electricity supply

Haha. Even the greatest Buhari hater here won't believe you. And you know you are lying.
This is is what I loaded some days ago...if u look at carefully u will see its just 340 kw units , it was previously 592 before the increment ..341 can't take me more than half the month ..I will get a consumption print out today and show u ..

Can't you read what I wrote the tariff has increased by 50 percent and yet the 750 charge is still there

Liar. I use premetres, you won't spend more than 10k 10k month even with 3 fridges, 3 AC and laptops and more. Lying to fulfil an agenda.
Is ur house the same size with mine ...I spend 20k a month on prepaid recharges a month for ur information. I require over 600 kw units a month and with the current tariff that's about 20k a month

We have made a mistake in voting Buhari and it's time we admit it ....İmagine my prepaid metre that required 10000 naira a month to power my home has shot up to 20000 naira and the worst part is that the 750 naira charge is still there yet the tariff was increase by more than 50 percent

I like the move. Kachikwu to me is the best thing to happen to this cabinet. He knows his onions about the oil sector.

But if I may ask, do they have the constitutional right to "unbundle" the NNPC without approval from the jokers at NASS?
He knows onions yet there is no fuel

same here o..

the folks in the complaint unit aint helping sef... Ever felt like sacking all Federal/State government staff, who are more than 40 years old and without a degree?

sometimes, we bypass (connect directly), when they tire, they'd come recharge the meter.

They even had the effrontery to increase the tariff, when they can't help us credit the unit angry angry
But degree is not not the problem it's generational wickedness

Politics › Re: What Nigeria Must Learn From The Death Of James Ocholi SAN - CramJones by idupaul: 4:12pm On Mar 07, 2016
jpphilips:
@CramJones, FRSC does not have an accident Investigation Bureau, if they did, the best in the world will not come up with the tire claptrap in less than 24hrs.
Do you have any idea how long it takes to reproduce an accident scene? yet you bought the nonsense spewed by FRSC who perhaps drew the conclusion based on a burst tire on site. A roll over vehicle is exposed to sharp debris that can puncture the tire, it doesn't mean that a burst tire caused the accident.
Mere looking at the pictures, the curtain side airbag deployed from the secondary node which is a fail safe for SRS systems the only thing that would cause that is that some occupants were not wearing seat belts, Ocholi's lifeless body in the bush support that theory. Else he would be strapped to his seat inside with perhaps major neck injuries due to the roof cave in.
It is unclear what caused the accident should be the right narrative, the so called FRSC has neither the expertize nor resources to determine the cause of an accident in such short notice.

Speed should be the first culprit in this case.

People like you make the outside world think Nigerians are goats.
Every accident in Nigeria must be attributed to burst tire ..what the he'll is a burst tire . That SUV clearly lost control due to something we else and not the usual FRSC narrative of burst tire
