Politics › Re: Farmers To Pay Fee For Protection – Ogbeh by idupaul: 3:07pm On Jul 21, 2016
mrkayusfit:
In my opinion i think the farmers are self centered. Remember these herdsmen are Nigerians and they have the right to live and do their businesses any where in Nigeria. What's the big deal in allocating some portion of their farms for cattle grazing? If they were also rearing cattles, won't they graze them? The herdsmen are majorly the source of beef in the country and since everyone patronizes their meat, why can't we support the grazing bill so they can stop moving their cattles in the cities and instead have grazing fields? If every state creates grazing reserves don't you think it will limit clashes between farmers and herdsmen? I know there are bad eggs amongst the herdsmen but we can't throw away the baby and bath water. There has to be a compromise for the sake of peace.

The farmers should be ready to pay for their protection since they are doing their private business. They are not expected to buy guns to protect themselves. The government will provide security if they are ready to pay. The fulanis are not violent people, let's stop the stigmatization of herdsmen sad

When 15 million Nigerians decided to bring in a clueless president with a trainee cabinet what then do we expect. I pity the 165million who have been dragged into this news.

We have been in recession since the beginning of this year, at this point even the "jantamanta" figures and the propaganda can't lend support anymore.
Dogs are now eating roast corn and pear, people are starving in their dreams even madmen are facing stiff competition from sane people at the dumpsites, what is technical about this.

Hello my fellow Nigerians and Africans. The black Americans are bringing disgrace to us. I just saw a poster on the internet. It is about Donald trump- presidential candidate for America 2016 elections. He organized a National show inviting black American pastors. The stupid black American pastors agreed to participate in it. This is the same Donald trump that abused Africans- that we are only foods and have sex. Read this site:http://www.politics.co.ke/news/some-africans-are-lazy-fools-only-good-at-eating-lovemaking-and-stealing-donald-trump-2/ . this crazy black Americans are bringing disgrace to us. They are the most ignorant black group in the world . my fellow Nigerians and Africans, what will have to say about thishuhhuh?

You sound like they planned to block Buratai. .their religious procession and his opulent convoy met coincidentally at a road . The army didn't have any excuse to react the way they did ..tthose involved will never escape their day in the hague

This pictures reeks of hypocrisy. You are trying to spite the herdsmen for moving their cattles forgetting they have the right to live and do their business in any part of the Country. This is why we have to support the grazing bill so they can have grazing fields in every state in the country.
So their rights include moving cattle in the city centre ..do u know the amount of feaces cattles drop when they move and you don't think that alone is a health risk for city dwellers ..do you know that male Bulls can at times attack innocent road users as they move and you don't think this is security risk .. please try and reason things well

Without the militants, we are still in problem, global oil prices is down, from Russian to Saudi, Venezuela and all the Gulf are feeling the effects.
Yes that why we had to take it easy at this point and squeeze every available sales from the international market but know our vision less leaders thought it the best time to start a man hunt over a 13 billion naira fraud which we now loose more daily as a result
Politics › Re: Emefiele To Senate: Nigeria’s Economy In Deep Crisis by idupaul: 7:56pm On Jul 20, 2016
Abagworo:
Politics of bitterness is one of the major reasons for this quagmire. Our oil production has been cut by half with oil prices equally down meaning we are losing more than 55% of our projected income. You cannot blame Buhari for that. If he wants a quick solution he'd declare war on some sections of the country in order to control oil production. I am sure you will kick against that.
First I must make it clear that i was part of those who voted Buhari. ..part of why I described Buhari as vision less was the ease with which he allowed the fragile peace in the Niger delta at a time when our economy needed to maximise ever petrol dollars we could lay our hands on ..A leader with vision wouldn't have stirred the hornets nest at a time like that . ..now due to his vision less fiat methods we are loosing production in millions of barrels daily at a time when oil price are even low. I warned against any drastic move against corrupt ex militants till at least the economy had been buffered and other sources of income created but Buhari was urged on by blind hawks

The performance of this man has been woeful ever since he was unmeritedly picked by GEJ to replace emir sanusi. The economy is nosediving under his watch and all he has to offer are continuos excuses. I hope buhari sacks him asap and replace him with a competent Cbn governor
You are almost right but you forgot to add that Buhari is the paramount problem the Nigerian economy faces as of today ..his lack of foresight and clear vision will jeopardise any economy in the world ..do you realise till date the man is still running without even a budget
