Fashion / Imperfection Is Beauty by ifeteminikan: 9:57pm On Mar 26, 2020
Imperfection is beauty

You see more 'before and after' photos of models passing through social media. The difference of a model before and after using Photoshop is clearly visible. The models we see in magazines are far from reality.

You look at yourself and know that you cannot deliver 'the perfect picture'. It can be annoying to look at photo shopped models when you think you don't have the same beauty. But who really looks like the picture?

Most hearts almost stopped beating on the day most world Presidents and state governments decided to confine their population. some women, victims of violence, are terrified of finding themselves trapped with their brutal spouse or Partner, for most abused women and children, confinement leads to more exposure to violence, staying locked up 24/7 with your attacker means being exposed to more frequent crises, The anxiety of the period and spending all your time together mechanically increases the risks.

Health / Coronavirus Preventive Measures by ifeteminikan: 3:22pm On Mar 20, 2020
Trust our people to start attaching coronavirus to religion and how it’s going to save them, Its shows how very shallow our thinking is and why religious scammers are making lots of profits from their activities in Nigeria and among the blacks worldwide, if only everything is religion, our environment should be the most developed and richest in the world. Our people perish due to lack of knowledge. That aside so I heard all the coronavirus requirements won’t work in our community. Shame on all the enlightened and educated ones among us. It’s your duty to enlighten everyone you come across from your family, to your children who in turn should be hearing this from their school, to iya risi in the market, to Tobi the tailor, to the conductors to everyone you know in your vicinity and even villages. Iya Risi will probably hear about it same from her children ( if schools are doing the right thing, or from their friends whose parents are educated), from her neighbor who just came back from work or church, from you that she met in the market, from her husband who heard it from his boss/colleagues at work etc. The information will go round in no time and people, will, consciously or subconsciously, start taking little precautions even if total social distancing does not work, Nobody wants to die and Coronavirus “no dey look face or pocket”.
Some people are low risk and might not really feel the effects but we need to protect the society for the high risk populace i.e those with Respiratory issues, Diabetic, Cancer etc.
Life is so basic, we complicate everything and become gullible for scammers.
Covid 19 simple requirement.
PREVENTIVE ACTIONS:
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick, take them to the hospital.
• Stay home if you are sick or not feeling well
• Avoid large crowds and big events- Now is the time to avoid unnecessary gathering
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
• Avoid shaking hands, hugging and kissing.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing
o If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol based hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol.

• Heat and Moisture helps to clear out lots of Mucus – use the old method of getting Heat and moisture into your home: Add water to a big pot and bring to boil on high heat, add lots of fresh ginger and garlic, little cayenne pepper, onion and leave to boil for some time for everyone to breath into their lungs, Do this morning and night especially if you have kids. And cover on this with blanket if you already have some form of cold or flu.( Take this from someone who is dead sure 3 of her family had the virus since Dec, no evidence due to no test kit as at then). You need lots of water to get the full effects and add herbs to your tolerance level.
• Chloroquine is believed to help as well if you have access to it, the low risk ( Healthy younger and middle generation) dont probably need it , if you do the right thing

* Reduce junks and Sugar, Take lots of green tea and fresh fruits- Nobi chinese or india green tea oo, look for original Japanese Matcha or Sencha green Tea.

Spread the message not the virus.

Although every parent would like to keep an eye on their child around the clock, it is not usually possible after the child has reached a certain age and an unattended toddler becomes an easy target for anyone who has bad intentions, Unless the parent prepares his child.

According to the data of the National Police Headquarters, over two thousand cases of sexual abuse of children occur in most countries every year . Many of them relate to the exploitation of children by people around them - teachers, priests, trainers, and family members.

The 7 secrets of successful CV
Posted: 2nd June 2017 by Ian Harrison in CVs CV writing is not an exact science and opinion as to what works and what doesn’t will vary from source to source. However, some basic principles of the art of CV writing are true no matter what.

Curriculum Vitae is Latin for ‘the story of one’s life’, but this document should really be the exact opposite.

It must be a sales brochure for your transferable and relevant talent, rather than telling the recruiter everything that you’ve ever done. If it had a mission statement, it would simply be ‘to raise interest and win an interview’.

Keep in mind you need to beat the competition with your CV. For instance, 15,000 people recently applied to Virgin’s train driver advert, but the company only had 78 vacancies. So, if you want to make sure your CV helps you overcome your rivals, read on for the seven secrets of successful CVs.

1. Appearance
First impressions count for a lot. The appearance of your CV should demonstrate the care and time you’ve spent crafting it.

It’s important to use an easy to read font that looks good on screen or printed out—typically Arial or Helvetica work well. The spacing between sections also needs to be equal and neat.

We think everyone should study abroad! There are so many reasons why studying abroad can be a life-changing experience. If you still need to be convinced why you should study abroad , consider these:
WHERE SHOULD I STUDY ABROAD?
Maybe you already know exactly in which country or continent you want to study - but in which university? Or maybe you are really open to countries, but you know you want to go to a top notch biology program since you were pre-medical.

Another thing to consider: does your university partner with universities abroad? If so, this may be the easiest route for you, especially since it will likely be transparent when it comes to transferring credits. Many schools have partnerships with a variety of universities around the world, so ask your study office abroad.

Also check out our in- depth study guides - we have detailed information on what it is like to study abroad in the world, by country.

If you don't have a country in mind yet

If you are of full age in English, it might not make sense to study in China. But if you are specifically studying world literature, studying in China might be a great idea. Some countries are known for different things, and while there are probably great programs in many countries, this can be a good place to start if you're just starting out. Consider the following ideas:

Business and finance: think of the big cities that are hubs of activity: London, New York, Hong Kong, Toronto, Sydney and Tokyo.

English and literature: the main literary centers include Santiago, Oxford, Paris, Saint Petersburg, Dublin and Edinburgh.

Medicine and public health: developing countries often give you practical experience, but also think about the best health care in the world. Consider places like Denmark, South Africa, Ghana, Thailand or India.

Politics and law: political hotspots include Brussels, Geneva and Washington, DC

Engineering and technology: think of innovation poles like Singapore, San Francisco, Berlin, Tel Aviv, Stockholm and Lisbon.

Visual arts: try a city with a rich cultural history of visual arts and tons of museums, like Florence, Paris, Barcelona, Beijing or Chicago.

Performing Arts and Music: Theater and music centers include (but are not limited to) Havana, Nashville, London, Johannesburg, Buenos Aires and Berlin.

How to Apply to Schools Abroad

The application process for university admission varies from country to country and there is no perfect formula for obtaining university admission of your choice. However, you need to follow certain general rules and tips that can help you get admitted.

1. Choose your program
Decide where you want to study abroad, and in what level and in what field of study you are interested and have the necessary academic training to qualify. Think about your career prospects, then choose a specialization. Choose a program that fits your goals and try to choose a university that is highly ranked, renowned for the subject of your choice, or that meets other criteria that are important to you.

2. Read the requirements and deadlines carefully
The first step to applying to a school abroad is to check the conditions. If the information on the website is confusing or insufficient, ask the schools for more information. If you are unsure whether your nationality is accepted for student visas in the country, you can also visit official government websites and study boards. It is important to respect the deadlines to ensure that you do not miss the deadlines for admission or entrance examination.

Let's take a look at some of the ways that you can use job search sites to help you find employment with relocation to Europe.

Mirror, mirror, tell me who is the most irresistible teenager?

It is you, of course, if you know these most useful tips! No need to reveal them to others, but you may want to tell your closest friends about these precious secrets ...

The Ten Beauty Secrets Every Teenager Should Know

1, A foundation is made to be worn, not to be noticed.

The foundation makes it possible to standardize the complexion or to create a porcelain complexion. Avoid spreading too much foundation on your face. Use your fingertips or a makeup sponge to apply the foundation in moderation, then blend well.

2, Twice rather than one!
It is not easy to make beautiful cat eyes. To do this, professional make-up artists first outline the eye area using a pencil, then go over the line with a liquid marker. It's like coloring without going over the lines: it creates perfect and lasting cat eyes!

3, Give your hair volume with this hairstyle!
Before going to bed, tie your hair by tying it on the top of your head. When you wake up, untie the knot and run your fingers through your hair: people will have the impression that you have taken a long time to style them. Hush! It will be our secret.

4 No denial about acne.
Forget the designer jeans; it is far better to invest in great skincare. Consult a dermatologist and ask a beauty consultant to find out about dermocosmetics whose active ingredients will allow you to have a matte skin without imperfection.

A little advice: to help control skin problems, avoid bringing

The Male Biological Clock

We often talk about the biological clock in a way to let women seek to procreate after reaching a certain age.

What about men?

Researchers have now found evidence that women are not the only ones with a biological clock: that of men starts in the mid-thirties.

A French study carried out from 2002 to 2006, on 12,000 couples undergoing fertility treatment, indeed shows that the chances of pregnancy begin to weaken from the age of 35 years. This probability becomes much lower when the man exceeds 40 years. Moreover, previous studies had shown that natural reproduction than assisted were more difficult when the man was over 40 years old. It is likely, in fact, that DNA defects in the sperm are responsible.
