The Lord Jesus told me that His timing is always perfect and it is human perspective that assumes that there is a delay in the fulfilment of Scriptures and prophecy. He said that all perspective delays are part of Gods perfect plan and it is actually not delay but an extension of His grace and love to each phase that is ending, which seems to be a delay to the next phase. For example, His extension of forty years of wilderness time, as judgment for the Israelites for failing ten tests, are because of His love and compassion to the first generation and second generation so that they could spend time together as a family, with parents seeing their children grow while children get to see the parents live out their lives and then pass away in old age. And Moses did not delay in coming down for God had it in mind to show Moses forty days worth of visions and revelations but the Israelites were just impatient (Exodus 32:1). Of course, God used the perceived delay to test what was in their hearts just as He used the forty years to test what was in the hearts of the Israelites (Deuteronomy 8:1-4). And God used Samuels delay to test Sauls heart whether he would learn to wait on God before going into battle (1 Samuel 13:7-14). Daniel thought that God had delayed fulfilling the seventy year prophecy of Jeremiah and God sent an angel to instruct him more clarity on the prophecy while he was interceding on behalf of Israel (Daniel 9:1-2, 19-27). In the parable of the good master versus the evil servant, the masters delay tested the heart of the servant (Matthew 24:45-51; Luke 42:42-48). The angels of God in heaven do not want any delay in the fulfilling of all of Gods word and prophecies (Revelation 10:5-7). The perceived delay by the Bridegroom serves to test all the ten virgins and separated them into the foolish and the wise (Matthew 25:1-13).

Everything that God does is always perfect and on time. It is important for all to exercise faith and longsuffering to inherit the promises of God (Hebrews 6:11-12). As we begin this second set of seven times seven years, we must not cast away our faith in Gods Word, but persevere to do Gods Will in order to receive the promises of God (Hebrews 10:32-36). The end of times has started, seven years have passed, and we have only six and a half years to the third seven years of war upon the earth. Forgetting those things behind, let us press forward for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:12-14). Amen.

5. Instead of “Thou shalt not commit adultery.”, Jesus Christ declared that even by simply lusting in your heart, you are already guilty of adultery - Matthew 5 vs 27 - 30

6. Instead of “Thou shalt not steal. ” , Jesus Christ declared that if you have in your hand something that your neighbor has need of, don't tell him to come tomorrow, give him that which he asked for - Matthew 5 vs 42

Instead of "Thou shall not Kill", Jesus instead declared that “You have heard that it was said to our people long ago, ‘You must not murder anyone.[a] Any person who commits murder will be judged.’ But I tell you, don’t be angry with anyone. I am a man of 38 yrs.
I decided long ago not to ever get married due to very unpleasant experiences I've had with women.
I've had reasons to rethink my decision lately.
I have 3 women/girls am considering for marriage, they all have their strengths and weaknesses.
As I will list below.

1.
Janet: This woman is 39 yrs old, a year older than me. We had a very troublesome relationship that lasted for 17 yrs and produced 2 kids; boys.
This woman have done things to me that few people will ever experience in their lifetime.
She once locked up my mum in the police cell when I was not around.
She brought her boyfriend when she was pregnant and introduced me as her brother.
She has taken me to social welfare office and gave false allegations against me.
She has accused me of trying to use our kids for money rituals.
She has accused me of attempting to rape our house maid which she knows was false.
She has gone round the neighborhood telling anyone that cares to listen that am Hiv positive even when she knows it to be false.
No evil known to man that she has not done to me and my family. I pay all the bills, takes care of her, she's unemployed and very religious.
I still consider her for marriage for the sake of my boys I don't want them to grow up in a broken home. We have been apart for 3 yrs now.
Also, at 39 with 2 boys and loads of trouble it will almost be impossible for her to get married to any man.

She's 26 yrs old and a single mother,(she gave birth at 17 with her 1st boyfriend) I met her after I stopped cohabiting with Janet and got a new apartment. She's what many will call a high class lady, she clubs,she dresses to kill, she drinks and we smoke together, she's the one that even taught me how to roll properly
Despite all these, she has a very good character and personality better than most girls who doesn't do what she does.I've met quite a few.
She doesn't hide who she is.
She's a very good cook, she cleans and she's very neat.

This lady is also special cos I've come to understand that things fall into place whenever she's around me, I've never lost any business opportunity or favour whenever she's with me. Whenever I tell her of challenges am facing, she will tell me that as long as she's with me that I will never fail to achieve whatever I want and this have always been the case. 3 times I brokeup with her just to test if she being around me have anything to do with the good fortune or if it's a mere coincidence. Things started crumbling around me. Clients no longer takes my calls, some of my contracts were terminated for no good reasons, clients will refuse to pay me for no reason.
Everything will come back to normal immediately we reconciled.(this mystery about her is beyond logic)
I am considering her for marriage for her personality, the good fortune she brings to my life and business.

Queen

Queen is a 20 yr old girl that is very beautiful and a virgin.
She loves me so much.
she even told her mum about me.
She's yet to gain admission into the university. Her parents have agreed that we should go ahead with marriage on the condition that she will graduate before coming to stay with me as wife.
Her mum is optimistic that we will make a good couple, she told me to come with my people cos other suitors are coming for her daughter' s hand in marriage and she will prefer her daughter marries me.
Somehow, I am not comfortable with her cos of our age difference; I am 18 yrs older than her. Girls of her age are known to change or become promiscuous when they get into the university.
I am considering her for marriage because of her beauty, her love for me,her smartness her parents support to the our union.

You don't need to send your transcripts to Russia.
The legalisation and notorization is the most vital part before leaving for Russia.
It's done in abuja.
It's a 3 step process, and I would advice you go yourself. Although someone can do it for you if you swear an affidavit for authorization but that's a long story.
