NOTE: I am not a PC or Console fanboy (fanboys stuff is for kids). I only play games for entertainment on any platform, this topic is too shed more light on PC Gaming

So why is PC called the Master Race;
1. Cheap, Free and DRM free(Piracy):
CHEAP
There is no PSN in Nigeria so buying a game on PS Store is overpay due to exchange rate, a retail PS4 game is 20k above, a game on XBL is 15k below, a pc game on Microsoft Store (formerly windows store) is 12k below while a retail PC game is just 5k…For 5k you get a game a console player will get for 20k above (money for new itel phone)

FREE
There are many free non-pirated PC games out there and that’s truth, even the Microsoft Store has free games.

DRM Free (Piracy)
95% of major games come with DRM whether na console or PC, but one thing about a PC is that crackers eventually breaks the DRM. Consoles are stuck with raw DRM but PC you can eventually wait for some months for it to be cracked and PIRACY AND PORNOGRAPHY ARE ONE and are a part of life but people always be hypocritical about it. We all have used a pirated media before (e.g. downloading of movies) or watch porn directly (e.g. xvideos, redwap) or indirectly (e.g. BBNaija, Game of Thrones) and sometimes game piracy has helped boost a game name e.g. GTA VC and SA, NFS MW 2005 etc

2. Portability, Flexibility and Input
PORTABILITY
A PC (laptops only) can move from a place to another with ease. I remember in one conference when I brought my PC Gaming Laptop, at break I was playing my Legend of Korra and my guy brought his PS4 but the funny thing is there was no TV or projector to connect and so we eventually connected the PS Dualshock 4 to the PC and played PES 13

FLEXIBILITY
A PC can do many things apart from gaming. You can; make 3D models, design anything, watch movie, read a pdf, enter nairaland and cause trouble etc. but a console main purpose is gaming even though consoles have apps

INPUT
When I read the 10 things PC is better than console, many people were saying who has time for a keyboard and mouse wahala, I just laughed. A PC can have input from almost any Gaming input including PS Dualshock 4, XBOX controllers, Nitendo controllers (including Switch) and other many game controllers all thanks to DirectX and there are Bluetooth enabled high ergonomic precision mouse and mechanical RGB keyboard

3. God Mode, Graphics and Jack of All Trades
GOD MODE
A PC is call god simply because all games are made on a PC, with the games being made a console is useless

GRAPHICS
Get a proper Gaming PC and your life will never be the same. I watched a video when someone bought 4 nVIDIA Titan X GPU and connected them via SLI, at 4K Game Ultra settings he achieved above 500FPS (This is no joke). A console is usually clocked at 30FPS with exception of XBOX One X which mostly is 60FPS

JACK OF ALL TRADES
A PC can play a PS3, PS2, PS1, X360, XBOX (original), Gameboy Advance, Gameboy Colour, PSP, PS Vita, Nokia Java Games, SEGA, Android and many via emulators. A PC has a XBOX One library already cause most games or exclusives are released on both and a PC was able to play PS4 games (although Sony threatened the emulator dev with lawsuit, so he cancelled the emulator) but still you can stream PS4 games via PS Now.

4. Game Booster (online/offline) and Streaming (online/offline)
GAME BOOSTER
Online
A PC has what we call PC cloud gaming, you pay a fee and a game is streamed from high servers (which contain powerful graphic cards) to your PC and because of this even an Intel Celeron PC with 2GB RAM and Intel HD graphics can play NFS Payback on Ultra settings via PC Cloud Gaming.

Offline
Due to the invention of Thunderbolt 3, people were able to create an external GPU tower. A PC which has a Thunderbolt 3 port (e.g. HP Spectre and many) can be connected to an external GPU Tower for a powerful boost in gaming and other related high graphic card usage (Adobe CC, Blender, Maya etc)

STREAMING
Online
A console can also stream but PC are far way better, you can get the streaming software for PC and android, set it up and make sure your pc is on and connected to the internet and that’s it. You can leave your PC on and connected to the internet at home and stream the game to another internet connected PC or android device at work or school and have the same experience as you are using your PC and for android you can even connect a controller for optimal experience

Offline
Consoles too can stream but on PC its easier, get the software and make sure your PC is on the same WIFI network with the device you wanna stream and voila. Your PC can be used for a presentation or watching a movie while you play your game on another PC or your android device within the WIFI proximity range.

5. Mods, Trainers, Saves and Freedom
MODS
This is literally one of the best thing of the PC, mods always makes a game more interesting and some of the memorable mods I use was; Tomb Raider (franchise) Naked Lara Croft – You play as Lara Croft completely nude (BEWARE OF KONJI), GTA Mods e.g. CJ is Superman, Trevor is Iron Man,,, NFS mods e.g. Bugatti Chiron in MW 2005 and so on. A mod in console must be added by the game publisher themselves which is very rarely

TRAINERS
Nowadays there are no more cheat codes in games and these affects console players but us PC we got trainers. A trainer is a software that activates cheats codes via hotkeys e.g. press F1 for infinite health and so on. I usually use trainers when I end a game in hard mode and decide to replay again with a Trainer activated

SAVES
Saves are easier on PC than Console. A PC save can be backup and exported to anywhere with ease and you can download a save from the internet and replace your original with the downloaded save.

FREEDOM
A PC has more freedom than Console just like how Android has more freedom from iOS.

The only thing PC faces is price, a gaming PC is 300k upwards while a console is 180k downwards

Once again I am not a fanboy, these are just basic raw facts on why pc is called the master race
