HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! PLEASE HAS ANYONE RECEIVED ALERT FOR ETERNA OIL DIVIDENDS. I recall the payment date was last December. |
Something funny seems to be happening with FBNH. Bid price higher than offer price......hmmmmmm ![]() ?

emmasoft:I doubt if the problem is with logging in. Are you able to trade ?? |
Am sure you must be smiling with your position in AMBA. Yesterday it closed at 66 Jideams: |
Thanks @jideams. I missed an opportunity on AMBA few weeks back at $42. I notice its recovery ability after any pull back. I will enter if any pull to53. |
Hi Jideams, Kudos for the conversation on this thread. Please what stocks are you looking at this week? Jideams: |
Once you are a US citizen, Permanent resident or legally sponsored employee you should be given SSN. If you fall into any of these categories you should have Social security number. umar745: |
Looking at the chart and your buy target of 45.01, It seems you are rather buying the resistance than support or near support. Any reason for that? |
I just stumbled into this thread and have seen great value in it. Thanks everyone. I recently opened an account with Ameritrade, but still struggling learning the software. Am really interested on trading the breakouts. A few of my settings on pops them up when the deal is done already. Whats your though on setting up trade based on breakout? Great job @jodeams |
With the kind of volume am seeing, my level of optimism in the bull for NSE stocks is toning down. Why will UBA be selling as much as over 90mln units in the wake of an event BNSITL considers a buying moment. Two things are in my mind now, the repeat of post May 29 2015. After the election the bull took over. Post May 29 precisely first week of June the bear was everywhere. Could it be that after Monday investors will see the much clamored flexible FX as not what we hoped for? Secondly, the foreign investor may be doing their thanksgiving that the moment of exit has come. For me am playing Buffet today, I have become fearful while many of us are greedy. |
My brother, We thank God for life. They may have taken your possession, but your life is far more than that. May the good Lord strengthen you. Its well. Chibuking81: |
Peterichy, It seems you got this one wrong again. On Friday there was a notification from NSE for the planned Disaster recovery test on Saturday. This kind of test could be likened to a fire drill test which tests the reaction when there is real fire. In this case NSE has gone through that test which like any Disaster recovery outcome reveals preparedness or lack of it in real disaster. From the spillover of the system been down this morning only confirms NSE's unpreparedness in the event of disaster rather than manipulation as suggested in your post. Remember our words define who we are. Write with verifiable facts. PETERiCHY: |
zendi:Sorry Bros wrong file was attached. |
FBNH now on full bid.... Contrarian..Contrarian ....Contrarian This time difference is really not helping some of us when good deals shows up at the beginning of the market.

Godisfaithful:Godisfaithful! Godisfaithful!! Godisfaithful!!!! How many times did i call you? Here you go again. What result ? How many times did you claim to have seen OandO's 2014 FY result At the end you had no clue to the bombshell that was coming. Am sure you are not planning to change your name again. |
MAGIC IN NSE ....Even the Elephant

Forte Oil PLC! Forte Oil PLC! !! Forte Oil PLC! !!! This one stock has not stopped to spin positive surprises. Forte Oil closed at N315. Any news ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ? |
Very poor communication. How much shares were sold at what rate and the total transaction? I really feel that our regulators have no intention of doing their primary duty. Any rubbish can be accepted by NSE and SEC. Shame! myjoy084: |

myjoy084:IN RETROSPECT!!! Just stumbled into this. One of those hopeful posts of myjoy. When His word was an "authority". Now TRANSCORP is sub N1.70 and readily available. It is rather intelligent not to be too assertive especially when a number of variables are outside your control. Market moves with time. When I posted that they were bids at 285 while offers were 282.50 yet no sale. Earlier before then there were 9000 bid size at 282.50 and offer at 282.50 yet no sale. Learning next time I will need to screen capture it. Born2berich: |
What exactly is happening with FO. The bidds are higher than the offer price yet no sale. |
While other companies are releasing Q3 2015 results OANDO PLC will be at the NSE today to address stockbrokers on matters relating to the audited FY 2014 result by 1.30pm. What a way not to run a company. Forteoil already has released her Q3 2015 numbers. Is time for us to say no to impunity in the running of any public quoted company in Nigeria. Mr Wale Tinubu has crossed the line................... |
For BNSITL that may not have been lucky in having their broker scale the capital requirement hurdle. This link might help http://www.punchng.com/business/capital-market/how-investors-can-change-stock-firms-sec-committee/ |
Days of impunity is over. Any service organization that can't perform better get off the way. Morgan owes us the obligation to have their system available OR provide an alternative. Morgan has failed to do that. On Monday the company asked for clients to send their mandate to them for execution in the absence of the self execution, this I can tell you never worked too. A number of sales I had intended to execute remained unactioned resulting in monetary losses. I HAVE CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY AND HE BELIEVES THERE IS A PROVEN CASE OF NEGLIGENCE & BREACH OF CONTRACT HERE. I WILL PURSUE THIS AGAINST MORGAN JUST TO SERVE AS A DETERRENT TO OTHERS. Though not planning a class case here, but if anyone is interested come with me. MORGAN HAS FAILED! chiclasweet: |
BNSITL, Has anyone been able to sale using the Itrade since Monday? I feel very frustrated the way Morgan has handled this problem without offering any alternative. Our market is time conscious and Morgan seems not understand this. |
Has Myjoy08 suddenly gone on sabbatical ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ?? |
ogoo4real:Yes o. Alert reach my corner. For FBNH NO SHOW YET. |
stockmetrics:Any single trade of 50,000 units and above (for stocks priced N99 or less) results in a price change. If this happens to be the last trade price for that day it then becomes the closing price for that stock. However, a stock priced more than N100 requires only 10,000 units of single trade to result into price change. Hope this helps. |
soloniger:Dangote Sugar was marked down on 28th April. Dividend will be paid this Friday 22nd May. |
