People don't ask questions for asking sake. People ask questions when something is bothering them and they need to make sense of it.

about the vehicle or food, they are not alive, they don't have thoughts or way to experience the world around them, we are and the rest of the animals do have thoughts, and brains, and ways to experience the world around us.
