By the way the north has been ruling NIGERIA for long. In fact in Nigeria 61 years of Independence...the north has rule about 40 years of it and yet the north is the most underdeveloped part of NIGERIA.
If you're listing most developed states in Nigeria both Economically, infrastructurally, education etc.. you will only find only two northern states...Kano and kaduna.. places which has abudant Igbo population in them..
But the rest from 1-15 will be southern states all in all..that should tell you something.

Recently we got a release list for states that are doing well educationally.. the 3 Igbo states came top 6...
The north was no where to be found.
When you talking about infrastructures..
You can only find Kano and kaduna in the top 10 but in that same top ten..they're 4 Igbo states.
