Good day , good people of this forum, i am going to go straight to my worrisome oral health condition, which is threatening my wellbeing,my psychological balance and i am so scared because i don't want something fatal and horrible happening to me.

I had tooth abscess operation done on my lower jaw teeth, i believe that is premolar and molar(2),subsequently the operation was done at a federal university teaching hospital and i have been relieved despite 2 months of being bedridden and transfixed.

Now to the main point of this boring essay, a different tooth, the last on my left cheek is broken.and sometimes with foul smell, the pain from the touch gives me unpleasant feelings no one else can fathom. I have a total of 3 teeth removed, 2 on the extreme left removed during the undesirable hospital experience, and one close to the extreme one giving me headache, insomnia,unpleasant feeling and below par performance in my endeavours. I am so worried because i feel some spasm in my body system, and aside from lacking the means or wherewithal to visit the dentist, i am very wary of getting the tooth off, because it would mean i would have no tooth at both end of my cheeks.

I am worried about the implications, scared about any complications whatsoever, putting it in mind the experience i had 2 years ago. I would also like to know if there is any affordable drug or antibiotics or anything 'magical' that would stop the bacteria from eating the sinews inside the cracked,broken and rotten denture.

Please help,i am depressed and getting downcast ,almost suicidal. Medical practitioner, dentists, and people of goodwill come to my rescue.

Take Mixanal tablet it helps, truth is ensure no food is left in the broken tooth, me I have 5 broken tooth n I never reach 40.

As I was bringing it in, I didn’t know the car was overheating and it burnt my gasket. I fixed it in agony.
Now just today, after parking it for 9 days I called the mechanic who told me I had to change the 4 coils, plugs and do a fresh servicing. I did all this and even bought two new gallons of coolant. Dear people, do you know that after an hour of all this, I tried to test drive , just along the way I noticed the car was over heating then I Tried to look for a little safe place And park. I opened my engine bay and noticed that gasket is burnt again! All my money down the drain! The stress, the agony, the everything. I’m so so sad! Trying really to be strong. Please people, what can I do? Now the car won’t start and I had to pay a towing van to tow it. Sorry about my grammar. My heart is just too heavy. Thanks. Any opinion is welcome.

You need to check your water pump/thermostat and radiator as well as the fan(fan may not be working well)

You are not supposed to connect your freezer to a stabilizer while your Gen is on. That was the mistake u made. Next time, plug the freezer directly and not through a stabilizer.

true gen don't go with stab but d depends on d gen, I use to plug my fridge to stab and it works fine with he gen but when I got a deep freezer I don't connect th stab when on gen due to the power like too much load on the gen.

the fire was from either the tire or from the engine close to the second tire of the truck, I was in a car when every body started running shouting fire, me I ran away from the car too.

the tanker driver started going back and trying to avoid cars but finally lost it when it hit a truck which actually fell on top of the family car( Honda CRV).

at first it was they didn't survive but one guy ran to the car and I followed him to start rescue and the man was able to come out and brought out his family members before the fire spread.

the family should go and thank God, because if the tanker had hit them directly it would have been worst.
