Ikomi:
Agaram uka angry LOL

Let me answer your question as good as I can.

Listen I have heard and seen people die of fear even before they meet what they fear.

A woman is charged with adultery and asked to cross a river, mind u the rivers current could even sweep a weight lifter of his feet. You know why? The bottom of the river is infested with algae.

Though this case is a woman who possibly might have committed the charges leveled against her and possibly not. But lets not forget we are humans even if she did not commit adultery she could have erred in some other respects which weighs on her conscience, and here she is asked to cross a river that myth has it, that it would kill whoever have committed any wrongdoing especially adultery. Well she has to cross cause all eyes are on her. Even if the river current does not fall her, and the alga-es show her mercy, the eyes of the people watching would bring her down. Then they will come to a conclusion that she did not only commit adultery she was nearly turning a prostitute.

Another thing u should also ask youself is, since these events were not recorded were there guilty women that crossed unharmed.

Listen my dear "There is no darkness but ignorance"

If the world had there way am sure they would charge us for the air we breath and none, not any would be alive.
thank yousssssssss kiss bless bless your heart !

Uju baby!

Please there is a thread next door about a lady in her 30's with PID and unmarried.  The relationship with her boyfriend packed up partly because she is in her 30s and she cannot get pregnant probably as a result of her "chronic PID".

Please go and read that thread so you can realize that you should not waste your time with guys who are not ready to marry you after sleeping with you for over 2 years.

Please protect your organs from infection by limiting all unserious relationships. Please look for guys who are serious I beg you. Love is not everything. I would take a responsible man anyday--you can't help but fall in love with such a man down the road in your marriage, while your friends are still dating their numerous loved ones! kiss You would have had all your kids and they will still be "dating"!

Goodluck!
AJ i tell you, that seems to be the trend NOW.i do agree with you.Yeah, the truth is bitter but have to be told.looking around me even here in Nairaland eg lady UY. .  wink guys rarely marry who they dated for long.this so called long years of waiting more often don't pay on the girls.hmmmmmn, one needs to not only be in love but again and most importantly WISE AND SHARP !
@poster,waiting you said  shocked ok ooooooh.methinks the man is gone for good !keep saving all your love for him then. if he cud summon up courage to tell you things arent working, then why not let him be and move on?well,if you decide to wait, hope you know its at your peril?he might come back for sex and all what but still  . . . .  undecided
why is it that we gals find it difficult to move on?
why would a girl chose to wait for a man that has said ITS NOT WORKING?
why do we so believe that love is patient and stupid and not patient and wise?
why must we keep waiting and hoping when we have been rejected?
why can't we read the handwritting on the wall even when its so glaring ?
goodluck.

Romance › Re: hi? by ifyalways(f): 10:33pm On Feb 24, 2008
@poster,she was not confirmed medically infertile yet so if you really love her as you sound you can still stick to her.talking of PID,if not treated early and well might lead to permanent damage to the reproductive organs.infections causing bacteria can invade the fallopian tubes causing normal tissues to turn to scar tissues.this finally leads to the blockage of movement of eggs to the uterus.women with PID have greater chances of having ectopic pregnancy and infertility.

well, they said marriage its not all about having kids.there is always an option,ADOPTION. if you can, then you can still marry her . . . undecided
you too need to go for a test, you can be a healty carrier.if you love her enough, marry her then.

The good news is that it has not happened to any of us.  We have time to think things over--and I pray it never happens to any of us.

It is not as easy as you think---who talks of abortion in 2008! shocked

I deey laff! grin

You are not serious!  Abortion is only a prochoice decision for people who do not know any better!  For the ignorant. I am not a religious router--this is life and death we are talkin' about. It never an option for any sane female. Not if you have a period every month.

Go and think about it! kiss

Na beans!
thanks a million,we pray such things don't happen to any of us  kiss

Agreed.we dont wish for such things but i really think thats what i wud do.i simply cant live with such a child.Yes the adopted one might be a product of a worst crime but then, emotionally, its sounds better to me.hmmmmmn living with and loving a rape child?anyway God help us.
Am not going for adoption cos of any man,Hell no.i wud be doing so cos i cant possibly be a mother, not to talk of a good one to the unbron child so . . .perharps one never can tell,if there is any close relative that is willing to have and keep such a child,i might though its really gonna be hard.go tru 9 full painfull months cursing and hating ,nooo i simply cant.
yes adoption becomes an option for me.whatever the parentage.i dont know so it wont hurt me.

cooldude62:
hi all, i want to know what you all feel about girls who say guys must marry them because they are above 30 years old and thereby should not be heart broken in a relationship.
Please, are we not supposed to take into cognizance the behavior or health status of the lady before we go ahead to marry her?

read my own story,
i met a girl where i was working before,we started a relationship and i was determined to have it good for both of us,
i discovered however that whenever we made love, she released a colored substance which i found not usual, i was worried and i told her to go for a test, in fact,i took her down for the test,
the test revealed she had a chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease!!!
I goggled that and i wasn't happy with what i discovered, We went for the treatment and the stuff still persisted!
i also noticed that before then,we had sex without condom almost all the time but she never got pregnant!
I honestly wanted a baby and might have used her getting pregnant as a pre-requisite to our tieing the knot.
After what i discovered,i decided to dump her, although with style. I traveled to another state and we stopped communicating.
she got the message anyway,

Now my question is, should i have stayed with her because she was 30something after knowing she might not be able to conceive?
Most people who don't know why i dumped her (i kept it secret for her sake) kept saying i was unfair to her!
What do you all feel? Was i unfair?
i thank God for you ooooooh firstly cos it was ONLY Pelvic infection and not HIV.you wud have been singing a different song now. grin
you dont marry someone cos of self pity, the ppl i heard did that got frustrated and packed up.she wud find the right man in the same age frequency with her and likewise you .how old you sef dey huh
