It seems feasible than this nonsense biafra that has wasted uncountable lives. How can any sane person demand for a country within a country? Things like this never happens in Muslim nations yet we Christians demonize their Islamic rulings. It's quite unfortunate that the other Christian communities in the country are not persuading the igbos to abandon biafra and believe in one Nigeria My friend shut up. chigoziri2403: I first met her in Jos, I asked her for a fling, she refused, after much persuasion, she agreed, when she came to my apartment, she met one of my friends with benefits, she left and bluntly refused my advances after, I gave up.
Fast forward, met her in Abuja, we exchanged contacts. She was still extra sexy, she is built the way I like women: slim, small breast, flat tummy and huge ass.
She asked me for financial favour via whatsapp, I gave her. Her Whatsapp status are her videos dancing seductively without bra.
I stopped viewing them, one day she sent them directly to me, but later claimed it was meant for another person, I am greatly tempted to ask her for sex just once to get her out of my thoughts But here is the problem, she was once friends with my wife before I got married, and they had a big misunderstanding that's before I met my wife, they have mutual friends, lots of them, I don't want to ask her for a fling, and she ends up telling her friends who might tell my wife, her seduction is too much.
WHAT DO I DO? Mute her status, block her on all social media platforms. Delete her number from your phone (of what use is it? It's just like dangling a bone in front of a dog and expecting the dog not to devour it) If you do all these and keep yourself busy with work or productive things...you will surely forget her gradually. Flee my brother...FLEE from promiscuity, the dangers by far outweighs the 5 mins benefits. You should prolly have a discussion with your wife, cos if she finds out that you gave that lady money + other videos, your marriage will go down hill. |

If she is from the South South, South West and South East and her only proof of education is a university degree, please forget it.
The way those regions are going about marriage and marital rites, I fear for the future.
Just as Imo State, most especially Owerri ladies are living with a stereotype now.
You see their ladies, old and unmarried. Better still, they switch to cohabition. All because of cultural modifications.
Parents see their female children as goods to be sold to the highest bidder.
Ever wonder why parents in those regions give their children out to ritualists (Don wanny the militant), kidnappers (Evans the kidnapper), armed robbers (EMONEY the armed robber) without hesitation?
You cannot find that in the North.
PS I am not a Northerner but living with them for over a decade, I see that they have utmost respect for their marital institution.
Aboki can marry without having so much money. As long as he has a verifiable means of income.
On the day of Nikah, the bride's parents will settle her according to their financial strength. The Nikah is all about the young lady. Infact most of the expenses are footed by her parents. They celebrate her for finding a man and settle her to go build her family.
The most annoying thing is couples living separately and still making reference to their union as "fiancee's" despite being married traditionally.
This is very bad and condemnable I really don't understand the correlation between this 'beautiful nonsense' you wrote and the thread. I've been starring at my phone for the last 15 minutes, trying to piece things together but....naah I just couldn't. |

visatex: Brothers, you have done your best. Although, the two of you made some points too, so you guys should not take this too personal.
My take is, there is no perfect human. Whether he invested the state funds in a business or not is a "moral issue"...and for me, I am particularly happy he didn't deny it (which means he is not morally bankrupt).
However, there are laid out rules for public office holders, regardless of the good you intend to do. I believe he could have meant well, but he is also clearly an intelligent man to have gotten this far.
So, put yourself in his shoes, would you be a shareholder of the company from the beginning or would you "later" be a shareholder by a 'gift' (which somehow looks like a trojan horse) but in this case to deflect suspicion of his initial interest to have a major stake in the company, as may have been agreed from the beginning.
Whichever one, he played smart and that for me is the mind of a businessman. Under the law, he was gifted shares not money, which appears like a "thank you" and not a kickback. So, both of you have made your different points. And it was nice reading from two intelligent men. So don't call each other unprintable names. Cheers You have spoken well. I guess I overreacted by calling him dumb. I was just angered by their thought pattern. It's quite unfair to tarnish a good man's image, just for political gains. That man is the best thing to have happened to Anambra State since it's inception, all dividends of his government impacted positively upon the state as a whole down to the common man in the grassroots. Meet any petty trader in the Anambra markets even till today and Mention Peter Obi's name, and watch their face beam with smiles. May God bless us all with Good leaders who are interested in the upliftment of the masses and the well being of commoners. |

globemoney: lmaoooooo... You must think you are talking to a bunch of illiterates.. What is the relationship between Obi's family business in the company. IS it not corruption to invest state money in a company where you/your famiily has interest. Thats what Obi did. If any politician does it you will cry blue murder but you are here making excuses for obi. Nonsense Truly...you're quite dumb. Lemme reiterate what I said in a dumb man's language so maybe you'd understand. You're the King of your village, your village lacks a proper winepress (where wine is prepared) but it has all the raw materials needed to make good wine. Your village has some money but it is not enough to erect a good wine press and no one has experience on how to run a winery in the village, so you travel to the city. Then strike a deal with a wine company for a wine press to be built in the village as a partnership between the village and the wine company. The two entities would share costs 70-30 and the share ownership 70-30. The wine press finally gets built in the village, within a month the press records more than 400% of the expected turnover same in the next 5 months. The MD is of the company whishes to appreciate you in the best way for bringing such a profitable business to his company. He then gives your family 5% ownership out of his 70. Therefore the press is now 65% owned by the wine company, 30% owned by the village, 5% owned by your family. The village still has its return on investments intact, your ownership is to the detriment of the wine company who lost 5% of its ownership as a gift to you. You didn't envisage becoming a part of the press management in the first place but it was gifted to you months...in this case a year after the press was built. Obi's family didn't have any share in Padbod breweries before it was built in Anambra. It was only a year after it had been built and had a massive turnover that they were gifted a little percentage of Padbod's share of the company as appreciation. Get this into your skull and stop being petty with your directionless arguments |

RuudVanNisteroy: He was stammering like a fool when Kadaria Ahmed asked why he used states funds to invest in a company his family had shares in. The man is just a pathological liar! Which stammering?? I can remember vividly well that the only sets of people who were stammering in the presidential interview were Buhari and Osibanjo. Obi clearly stated that the said investment was a partnership between the Anambra state government and Padbod breweries [now owned by International breweries..makers of Budweiser, hero etc](which was a foreign investment he brought into the country) the said brewery which the Anambra state govt has a huge chunk of shares in was constructed with the funds you mentioned alongside the companies funds as was stated in the binding contract. After the unprecedented success they recorded within a short period of time, the management of Padbod breweries gifted his family shares in the company (from their allocation of shares) for bringing them to Nigeria and convincing them to venture into that profitable venture. The shares that were gifted to his family was not gotten before the investment by the state govt. It was after the company recorded massive profits in revenue. Again Anamba state still held their portion of shares intact, it was Padbod breweries that allocated a portion of their shares to him. POST the video link to that interview with kadira and you will see it yourself. But if you doubt...you can also research other sources to verify what he said. I will not reply you and that guy again, it's needless. You people are just hell bent on tarnishing his image, no kind of evidence nor explanation from me nor media sources will help. |

Because an investigation was launched by the PDP controlled house back then (an opposition to APGA that was hell bent on reclaiming the state back) and they found out that the money was meant for the purchase of vehicles. Obi himself petitioned the IGP to launch an investigation into the matter and after the report, he was absolved of any complicit as well. If the Dutch or British ruled the state for 8 years, you won't even recognize your state. And he cornered Local Government funds during the 8 years he ruled as well and refused to conduct elections. Look at someone who hasn't been to Anambra Before. Under Peter Obi, Anambra had one of the best road networks in Nigeria. Traffic can't hold you anywhere cos there's always another diverting route. If you have a proof that he stole, then bring it forth and charge him to court. Damn!! All you people who think you must steal as long as you're in a government position. For you to think that way, you are a harbinger of one of the darkest forms of corruption, " corruption of the mind/conscience". Once the mind is corrupt, one's external actions follow suit. I can say proudly without attaching any form of sentiment that he was one of the best Governors (if not the best) in his two terms serving as a Governor in Nigeria. I lived in Anambra during that period and I'm sure 80-89% of Anambrarians can attest to all he said up there. |
