Hello ugonna245, If I understood you right, you bought a registered naija used car and wish to re-register it in another state. To be sincere with you, once a car is registered it is registered for good in Nigeria, but due to our vehicle registration system is yet to be computerized, it is possible to register a car more than once in Nigeria pending the upgrade of our system,though we will soon get there For good tyre, in no order . . try mechellin, Firestone ,Bridgestone or any tyre that is not open market(i.e cannot be imported by everybody), it helps to control counterfeiting.
