TravelRe: Surviving In Nigeria On N80,000 A Month by Igwe9(m): 10:37am On Apr 11, 2009
@ op
Presently, 80k /month exclusive of taxes is not all that bad for a place like Ibadan but will be pretty bad if you become redundancy and lazy.
I 'll advice you think of other ways to increase your monthly returns unless you are that stingy and self centered.
To be continued . . . . .

Glad to know that this car can't go beyond it's present location else the advertiser should had known that people in other places may develop interest just by mere looking at the pictures online.

I once thought that people that decline from posting the pictures of their advertising cars are afraid the real owners might get information on their cars whereabouts, but came to realize that some are confronted by technical difficulty,I still maintain that that is not an enough reason.

Expecting the pictures as supposed,
cool cool cool

Indian tried in the car, but I'd like the situation whereby safety is not compromised at all for any reason although the durability could be understandable for obvious reasons.

Nevertheless, Some peeps might be happy to have one just to boost their ago of owing brand new car. grin  grin   grin

when i saw this title , I was gonna tell you to go ahead and do your thing since bus has no age limit as regards to federal govt ban on importation of used vehicles, but since you don't know much about it.
I'd ask our clearing agents in the house to come to your aid.
Good luck as you wait for help.

AutosRe: Used Cars To Avoid by Igwe9(m): 7:37pm On Apr 04, 2009
naijaking1:
Any Car without a Service History
In this age of computerized record keeping, a car without a comprehensive service history is simply a car that hasn’t been serviced. It doesn’t matter if the guy selling it swears he always changed the oil himself; you have to assume that what’s currently in the crankcase has been coagulating in there since the early Pleistocene.

Of course, exceptions might be made for classics, but the truth is that, since the introduction of computerized ignitions and engine-control modules, an ever-increasing number of repairs have been creeping beyond the realm of home-mechanic care. Look for a long service history in any used car, with most of the servicing done by the same mechanic or dealership over time. There are simply too many good used cars out there with such a background to settle for anything less.
Caution: If a car doesn’t have a service history, look for signs that it spontaneously assembled itself after a strong wind blew through a junkyard.
The highlighted portion really makes me laugh but can only be true when the car is registered and driven in US and has a report for it's exportation as the case may be.

AutosRe: Baby Boy Or Pencil Light by Igwe9(m): 9:39am On Mar 31, 2009
For me, fuel consumption b/w honda and toyota ought be based on the practical approach rather than theoretical analysis since some other factors could affect the consumption like driving style, engine condition and smooth transmission process for automatic.

If some thing is rugged, I see it as ability to resist to an extent some of the external effects and also ability to retain it's initial state/quality for a very long period of time.

Our auto engineers have more to input on this. . .

Get your mechanic to help you out, cross check whatever he gives you, if it has it's numbers and their arrangement similar to some portion of Chassis number, try another mechanic or better still dig deeper for the right one .
You may even need to open the engine in some cases,,

Though I don't drive isuzu.
