The pain is real. Ogun State alone has a higher IGR than all the five SE states. Oyo and Ondo States have higher IGRs than any state in the SE. This is where the revenues come from. We are replicating the Lagos success across the SW

Osun is in the same league with Anambra and they generate similar IGRs. Very soon Ekiti will be competing. Mark my words

If this is paining you already, your heart attack is on the way
Economic iliterates. Go and read "confession of economic Hitman" and see the foolishness of yoruba people

You're right but an industrial state need an airport.
No you are wrong. Commercialization distribute wealth and create stronger upper middle class to patronize airport more than industrialization.

Ogun state is an industrial hub, infact issue of electricity supply for companies is now becoming a thing of the past because a Chinese company has built a power plant that is generating about 100MW in Magboro for companies in Kara to Ogere , Abeokuta and Sagamu area but residential comsumers cannot use it because the cost per kWh is around 187 Naira
Haha, Chinese as usual. While the local perish in their mud house

The same foreign companies people like you rejoice and jubilate about each time they leave the country. Is that not an irony? The people that they left with brown roofs are far better than the people that have found the brown roof region as their own London and America and will risk their lives to come as an attachment standing in packed buses for 10 hours journeys.
Of course, our locally groomed indegenous companies will beat them in the long run.

Apart from the big players, there are several thousands of companies, family owned employing hundreds of thousands of people. Yoruba businesses in ogun, Lagos, Ibadan

Excuse upon excuse, losers always give excuses.

You people will say igbos build Lagos, unfortunately they can’t point to one single thing they have in Lagos, the major indigenous contributors to Lagos economy are Yorubas

Next na Ogun, another excuse from flat headed skulls is that it is because it is close to Lagos and they are foreign investors. Just accept say person whey pass you pass you
Lazy mofos sell land to oyibo multinationals because they can't create anything. Economic illiterates. Show us anything in Abeokuta

Go to page 2 of the thread and see the op break down the CEOs of some of those companies, maybe na your Alambla billionaires get them
Mugu. CEO is not necessarily owner. Yorubas are good employee of multinationals. They never built from scratch

It’s so funny that 99% of the foreign companies in Nigeria are actually in southwest.
Lol, I always wonder why and how southeast think they are competing with southwest. There’s no competition, southwest is miles and light years ahead of southeast in all ramifications. And it’s no joke
So you are celebrating foreign companies? Una no get sense oo. No be those foreigners pack all una money leave una with brown roof?

How many of these industries are owned by Ogun indigenes so that we can know what group economics is

Like Anambra 95% of industrial activities there are owned by Anambra folks making the money stay in the state

But in Ogun there is what is called capital flight! Investors pay indigenous folks peanuts ,declare anything as profit then oay paltry tax and repatriate the rest money back to home

So once again how many Ogun people owns industry in Ogun state or are they just workers ?
Yorubas are just deceiving themselves. Economic illiteerates

After bridges of friendship among elites, you as common man will buy 1 liter of fuel 1k
